Herein,a novel interference-free surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy(SERS)strategy based on magnetic nanoparticles(MNPs)and aptamer-driven assemblies was proposed for the ultrasensitive detection of histamine.A core-satellite SERS aptasensor was constructed by combining aptamer-decorated Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MNPs(as the recognize probe for histamine)and complementary DNA-modified silver nanoparticles carrying 4-mercaptobenzonitrile(4-MBN)(Ag@4-MBN@Ag-c-DNA)as the SERS signal probe for the indirect detection of *** an applied magnetic field in the absence of histamine,the assembly gave an intense Raman signal at“Raman biological-silent”region due to *** the presence of histamine,the Ag@4-MBN@Ag-c-DNA SERS-tag was released from the Fe_(3)O_(4)@Au MNPs,thus decreasing the SERS *** optimal conditions,an ultra-low limit of detection of 0.65×10^(-3)ng/mL and a linear range 10^(-2)-10^5 ng/mL on the SERS aptasensor were *** histamine content in four food samples were analyzed using the SERS aptasensor,with the results consistent with those determined by high performance liquid *** present work highlights the merits of indirect strategies for the ultrasensitive and highly selective SERS detection of small biological molecules in complex matrices.

Water-soluble lignin-carbohydrate complex(LCC)rich in polysaccharides exhibits benign in vitro antioxidant activities and distinguishes high biocompatibility from lignin-rich LCC and ***,the antioxidant activity of water-soluble LCCs remains to be improved and its structure-antioxidant relationship is still ***,structurally diversified water-soluble LCCs were isolated under different ball-milling pretreatment durations(4,6,8 h),extraction pathways(ho-mogeneous and heterogeneous),and isolation routines(water extracts and residues after water extraction).Their structures were characterized by wet chemistry,chromatography and *** activities were evaluated by ferric reducing antioxidant power and 1,1-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl radicals scavenging rate(RDPPH).Results show that altering ball-milling duration and isolation procedures cause varied structures and antioxidant activities of the water-soluble ***,prolonging ball-milling duration to 8 hours and homogeneous extrac-tion can enhance their antioxidant activity through releasing more phenolic structures and pro-moting the extraction of high-molecular-weight LCCs via reducing mass-transfer resistance,*** a result,the RDPPH of water-soluble LCCs reaches up to 97.35%,which is associated with the arabinan content with statistical significance(Pis study provides new insights into the structure-antioxidation relationship of herbaceous LCC as potential antioxidants.

Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)cotton production is challenged by two main problems,i.e.,the low concentration of Bt protein at the boll setting stage and the lowest insect resistance in bolls among all the cotton plant’s ***,increasing the Bt protein concentration at the boll stage,especially in bolls,has become the main goal for increasing insect resistance in *** this study,two protein degradation inhibitors(ethylene diamine tetra acetic acid(EDTA)and leupeptin)were sprayed on the bolls,subtending leaves,and whole cotton plants at the peak flowering stage of two Bt cultivars(medium maturation Sikang 1(Sk1))and early maturation Zhongmian 425(ZM425)in 2019 and *** Bt protein content and protein degradation metabolism were *** results showed that the Bt protein concentrations were enhanced by 21.3 to 38.8%and 25.0 to 38.6%in the treated bolls of Sk1 and ZM425 respectively,while they were decreased in the subtending leaves of these treated *** the treated leaves,the Bt protein concentrations increased by 7.6 to 23.5%and 11.2 to 14.9%in Sk1 and ZM425,*** combined application of EDTA and leupeptin to the whole cotton plant increased the Bt protein concentrations in both bolls and subtending *** Bt protein concentrations in bolls were higher,increasing by 22.5 to 31.0%and 19.6 to 32.5%for Sk1 and ZM425,*** organs treated with EDTA or/and leupeptin showed reduced free amino acid contents,protease and peptidase activities and significant enhancements in soluble protein *** results indicated that inhibiting protein degradation could improve the protein content,thus increasing the Bt protein concentrations in the bolls or/and leaves of cotton ***,the increase in the Bt protein concentration without yield reduction suggested that these two protein degradation inhibitors may be applicable for improving insect resistance in cotton production.

0 iNTRODUCTiON To relieve the short supply of suitable land for residing,cultivating,and commerce,it is accepted to reclaim land from lakes,river estuaries,and coastal regions in many countries(Mancini et al.,2020).The large-scale reclamation activities have an irreversible effect on the mico-geomorphology and hydrodynamic system of seasonally flooded areas(Zhang et al.,2019;Yu et al.,2018).For example,coastal regions reclaimed extended the groundwater flow paths,as well as created groundwater level rise,resulting in water-logging in the reclaimed area(Hu et al.,2008).Similar changes in groundwater flow systems may alter groundwater-lake water interactions,and it can ultimately affect the water cycle in the lake ***,such detailed studies are presently *** addition,natural exchanges between the lake and groundwater systems can be strongly affected by physical hydrological processes(Javadzadeh et al.,2020),chemical properties(kamtchueng et al.,2015),and bioto behavior(Hancock et al.,2005).

Recently,intelligent fault diagnosis based on deep learning has been extensively investigated,exhibiting state-of-the-art ***,the deep learning model is often not truly trusted by users due to the lack of interpretability of“black box”,which limits its deployment in safety-critical applications.A trusted fault diagnosis system requires that the faults can be accurately diagnosed in most cases,and the human in the deci-sion-making loop can be found to deal with the abnormal situa-tion when the models *** this paper,we explore a simplified method for quantifying both aleatoric and epistemic uncertainty in deterministic networks,called *** SAEU,Multivariate Gaussian distribution is employed in the deep architecture to compensate for the shortcomings of complexity and applicability of Bayesian neural *** on the SAEU,we propose a unified uncertainty-aware deep learning framework(UU-DLF)to realize the grand vision of trustworthy fault ***,our UU-DLF effectively embodies the idea of“humans in the loop”,which not only allows for manual intervention in abnor-mal situations of diagnostic models,but also makes correspond-ing improvements on existing models based on traceability ***,two experiments conducted on the gearbox and aero-engine bevel gears are used to demonstrate the effectiveness of UU-DLF and explore the effective reasons behind.

High/medium entropy alloys(H/MEAs)are generally possible to exhibit chemical short-range order(SRO).However,the complex role of SRO on mechanical properties from nano-scale to meso-scale is still challenging so ***,we study the strengthening mechanism and deformation behavior in a model body-centered-cubic HfNbTa MEA by using atomic-scale molecular dynamics,micro-scale dislocation dynamics,and meso-scale crystal plasticity finite *** SRO inhibits dislocation nucleation at the atomic scale,improving the flow *** SRO-induced ultrastrong local stress fluctuation greatly improves the micro-scale dislocation-based strength by the significant dislocation forest ***,the Ta-rich locally ordered structure leads to an obvious heterogeneous strain and stress partitioning,which forms a strong strain gradient in the adjacent grain interiors and contributes to the strong back-stress-induced strain hardening.
