Customer churns remains a key focus in this research, using artificial intelligence-based technique of machine learning. Research is based on the feature-based analysis four main features were used that are selected on the basis of our customer churn to deduct the meaning full analysis of the data set. Data-set is taken from the kaggle that is about the fine food review having more than half a million records in it. This research remains on feature based analysis that is further concluded using confusion matrix. In this research we are using confusion matrix to conclude the customer churn results. Such specific analysis helps e-commerce business for real time growth in their specific products focusing more sales and to analyze which product is getting outage. Moreover, after applying the techniques, Support Vector Machine and k-Nearest Neighbour perform better than the random forest in this particular scenario. Using confusion matrix for obtaining the results three things are obtained that are precision, recall and accuracy. The result explains feature-based analysis on fine food reviews, Amazon at customer churn Support Vector Machine performed better as in overall comparison.

Artificial Intelligence(AI)is being increasingly used for diagnosing Vision-Threatening Diabetic Retinopathy(VTDR),which is a leading cause of visual impairment and blindness ***,previous automated VTDR detection methods have mainly relied on manual feature extraction and classification,leading to *** paper proposes a novel VTDR detection and classification model that combines different models through majority *** proposed methodology involves preprocessing,data augmentation,feature extraction,and classification *** use a hybrid convolutional neural network-singular value decomposition(CNN-SVD)model for feature extraction and selection and an improved SVM-RBF with a Decision Tree(DT)and k-Nearest Neighbor(kNN)for *** tested our model on the IDRiD dataset and achieved an accuracy of 98.06%,a sensitivity of 83.67%,and a specificity of 100%for DR detection and evaluation tests,*** proposed approach outperforms baseline techniques and provides a more robust and accurate method for VTDR detection.

Cluster analysis is a crucial technique in unsupervised machine learning,pattern recognition,and data ***,current clustering algorithms suffer from the need for manual determination of parameter values,low accuracy,and inconsistent performance concerning data size and *** address these challenges,a novel clustering algorithm called the fully automated density-based clustering method(FADBC)is *** FADBC method consists of two stages:parameter selection and cluster *** the first stage,a proposed method extracts optimal parameters for the dataset,including the epsilon size and a minimum number of points *** parameters are then used in a density-based technique to scan each point in the dataset and evaluate neighborhood densities to find *** proposed method was evaluated on different benchmark datasets andmetrics,and the experimental results demonstrate its competitive performance without requiring manual *** results show that the FADBC method outperforms well-known clustering methods such as the agglomerative hierarchical method,k-means,spectral clustering,DBSCAN,FCDCSD,Gaussian mixtures,and density-based spatial clustering *** can handle any kind of data set well and perform excellently.

Self-driving and semi-self-driving cars play an important role in our daily *** effectiveness of these cars is based heavily on the use of their surrounding areas to collect sensitive and vital ***,external infrastructures also play significant roles in the transmission and reception of control data,cooperative awareness messages,and caution *** this case,roadside units are considered one of themost important communication *** distribution of these infrastructures will overburden the spread of self-driving vehicles in terms of cost,bandwidth,connectivity,and radio coverage *** this paper,a new distributed roadside unit is proposed to enhance the performance and connectivity of these ***,this approach is based primarily on k-means to find the optimal location of each roadside *** addition,this approach supports dynamicmobility with a long period of connectivity for each ***,this system can adapt to various locations(e.g.,highways,rural areas,urban environments).The simulation results of the proposed system are reflected in its efficiency and ***,the system can achieve a high connectivity rate with a low error rate while reducing costs.

BACkGROUND The nature of tasks required by hand surgeons require both forceful and repetitive maneuvers,thus subjecting these surgeons to the risk of musculoskeletal(MSk)injuries during their years in *** To assess the prevalence,characteristics and impact of MSk disorders among hand *** A modified version of the physical discomfort survey was sent to surgeons who were members of the American Society for Surgery of the Hand via *** collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance,and Fisher’s exact test.P values ofk-related MSk injury,of which the most common diagnoses were lateral elbow epicondylitis(18.7%),low back pain(17.1%)and carpal tunnel syndrome(15.6%).Among those that reported an injury,73.1%required treatment and 29.2%needed time off work as a direct result of their *** number of work-related injuries incurred by a surgeon increased significantly with increasing age(Pknowledge this study is the first of its kind to assess MSk injuries sustained by Hand surgeons with a high *** results should increase awareness on this aspect and fuel future studies directed at preventing these types of work-related injuries,thus minimizing the financial and psychological burden on these surgeons and the healthcare system.

BACkGROUND Work-related injuries have gained recent attention,especially in the orthopaedic *** upper extremity orthopaedic surgical tasks require repetitive and constant maneuvers,these surgeons can be at increased risk of acquiring workrelated musculoskeletal(MSk)disorders during their years in *** To assess the prevalence,characteristics and impact of MSk disorders among upper extremity orthopaedic *** A modified version of the physical discomfort survey was sent to surgeons who were members of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons and the Canadian shoulder and elbow society via *** collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics,one-way analysis of variance,and Fisher's exact test.P values ofk-related MSk injury was reported by 89.4% of respondents,of which the most common diagnoses were low back pain(26.1%)and lateral elbow epicondylitis(18.3%).Among those that reported an injury,82.7%required treatment and 26% required time off work as a direct result of their *** need to undergo treatment due to the injury was associated with increased number of injuries(Pkely to require time off work when they had been in practice for>21 years(Pk injuries,with more than one quarter of surgeons reported requiring time off work due to an MSk *** high incidence of these disorders may place a financial and psychological burden on surgeons and affect their ability to provide patient *** of operative ergonomics,irrespective of surgical specialty may help to decrease or possibly prevent the occurrence of these disorders.
