This article discusses the synchronization problem of singular neutral complex dynamical networks(sNCDN)with distributed delay and Markovian jump parameters via pinning *** control strategies are designed to make the singular neutral complex networks *** delay-dependent synchronization criteria are derived in the form of linear matrix inequalities based on a modified Lyapunov-krasovskii functional *** applying the Lyapunov stability theory,Jensen's inequality,schur complement,and linear matrix inequality technique,some new delay-dependent conditions are derived to guarantee the stability of the ***,numerical examples are presented to illustrate the effectiveness of the obtained results.

This paper presents,a new approach of Medical Image Pixels Clustering(MIPC),aims to trace the dissimilar patterns over the Magnetic Resonance(MR)image through the process of automatically identify the appropriate number of distinct clusters based on different improved unsupervised clustering schemes for enrichment,pattern predication and deeper *** proposed MIPC consists of two stages:clustering and *** the clustering stage,the MIPC automatically identifies the distinct number of dissimilar clusters over the gray scale MR image based on three different improved unsupervised clustering schemes likely improved Limited Agglomerative Clustering(iLIAC),Dynamic Automatic Agglomerative Clustering(DAAC)and Optimum N-Means(ONM).In the second stage,the performance of MIPC approach is estimated by measuring Intra intimacy and Intra contrast of each individual cluster in the result of MR image based on proposed validation method namely shreekum Intra Cluster Measure(sICM).Experimental results showthat the MIPC approach is better suited for automatic identification of highly relative dissimilar clusters over the MR cancer images with higher Intra closeness and lower Intra contrast based on improved unsupervised clustering schemes.

Augmentation of abnormal cells in the brain causes brain tumor(BT),and early screening and treatmentwill reduce its harshness in ***’s clinical level screening is usually performed with Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI)due to its multi-modality *** overall aims of the study is to introduce,test and verify an advanced image processing technique with algorithms to automatically extract tumour sections from brain MRI scans,facilitating improved *** research intends to devise a reliable framework for detecting the BT region in the twodimensional(2D)MRI slice,and identifying its class with improved *** methodology for the devised framework comprises the phases of:(i)Collection and resizing of images,(ii)Implementation and segmentation of Convolutional Neural Network(CNN),(iii)Deep feature extraction,(iv)Handcrafted feature extraction,(v)Moth-Flame-Algorithm(MFA)supported feature reduction,and(vi)Performance *** study utilized clinical-grade brain MRI of BRATs and TCIA datasets for the *** framework segments detected the glioma(low/high grade)and glioblastoma class *** work helped to get a segmentation accuracy of over 98%with VGG-UNet and a classification accuracy of over 98%with the VGG16 *** study has confirmed that the implemented framework is very efficient in detecting the BT in MRI slices with/without the skull section.

The structural, electronic, and optical properties of Zn3（VO4）2 are investigated using full potential linearized aug- mented plane wave （FP-LAPW） method within the framework of density functional theory （DFT）. Various approaches are adopted to treat the exchange and correlation potential energy such as generalized gradient approximation （GGA）, GGA＋U, and the Tran-Blaha modified Becke-Johnson （TB-mBJ） potential. The calculated band gap of 3.424 eV by TB- mBJ is found to be close to the experimental result （3.3 eV）. The optical anisotropy is analyzed through optical constants, such as dielectric function and absorption coefficient along parallel and perpendicular crystal orientations. The absorption coefficient reveals high absorption （1.5 ×10^6cm^-1） of photons in the ultraviolet region.

Influence of Cu doping in Magnesium Hydroxide Nanoparticles for Bandgap Engineering

Cu doped Mg(OH)_(2) nanoparticles were synthesized with varying concentrations from 0 to 10%by a chemical synthesis technique of coprecipitation.X-rays diffraction (XRD) of the samples confirms that all the samples acquire the hexagonal crystal *** results indicated the solubility limit of dopant in the host material and the secondary phase of CuO was observed beyond 3%Cu doping in Mg(OH)_(2).The reduction in the size of nanoparticles was observed from 166 to 103 nm for Mg(OH)_(2) and 10% Cu doped Mg(OH)_(2)samples,*** shift in absorption spectra exhibited the systematical enhancement in optical bandgap from 5.25 to 6.085 eV.A good correlation was observed between the bandgap energy and crystallite size of the nanocrystals which confirmed the size induced effect in the *** transformation in the sample morphology was observed from irregular spherical particles to sepals like shapes with increasing the Cu concentration in the host *** energy dispersive X-Ray (EDX) analysis confirmed the purity of mass percentage composition of the elements present in the samples.
