High-voltage(>4.0 V)lithium metal battery(LBM)is considered to be one of the most promising candidates for next-generation high-energy ***,the commercial carbonate electrolyte delivers a poor compatibility with Li metal anode,and its organic dominated solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)shows a low interfacial energy and a slow Li^(+)diffusion *** this work,an inorganic LiF-Li_(3)N rich SEI is designed to enable high-voltage LBM by introducing nano-cubic LiF and LiNO_(3)into1 M LiPF_(6)ethylene carbonate(EC)/dimethyl carbonate(DMC)(v:v=1:1)***,the unique nano-cubic structure of as-synthetized LiF particles achieves its high concentration dissolution in carbonate electrolyte to enhance the interfacial energy of *** addition,tetramethylene sulfolane(TMS)is used as a carrier solvent to dissolve LiNO_(3)in the carbonate electrolyte,thereby deriving a Li_(3)N-rich *** a result,the as-designed electrolyte shows a high average Li plating/striping CE of 98.3%after 100 cycles at 0.5 m A cm^(-2)/0.5 mA h cm^(-2).Furthermore,it also enables the ultrathin Li(~50μm)‖LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(NCM,4.4 mA h cm^(-2))full cell to deliver a high-capacity retention of 80.4%after 100 cycles with an outstanding average CE of 99.7%.Notably,the practical application prospect of the modified electrolyte is also estimated in LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)‖Li pouch cell with an energy density of 261.2 W h kg^(-1).This work sheds light on the internal mechanism of Li^(+)transport within the inorganic dominated SEI and provides a simple approach to stabilize the high-voltage LMBs.

Small rNAs （srNAs） are non-coding transcripts exerting their functions in the cells directly. Identification of srNAs is a difficult task due to the lack of clear sequence and structural biases. Most srNAs are identified within genus specific intergenic regions in related genomes. However, several of these regions remain un-annotated due to lack of sequence homology and/or potent statistical identification tools. A computational engine has been built to search within the intergenic regions to identify and roughly annotate new putative srNA regions in Enterobacteriaceae genomes. It utilizes experimentally known srNA data and their flanking genes/kEGG Orthology （kO） numbers as templates to identify similar srNA regions in related query genomes. The search engine not only has the capability to locate putative intergenic regions for specific srNAs, but also has the potency to locate conserved, shuffled or deleted gene clusters in query genomes. Because it uses the kO terms for locating functionally important regions such as srNAs, any further kO number assignment to additional genes will increase the sensitivity. The PsrNA server is used for the identification of putative srNA regions through the information retrieved from the srNA of interest. It is essential to minimize soil quality degradation in sloping agricultural fields through stabilization and improvement of soil hydraulic properties using sustainable soil *** study aimed to analyze the impact of different tillage practices,including conventional tillage(CT),minimum tillage(MT),and zero tillage(ZT),on soil hydraulic conductivity in a sloping agricultural field under maizeewheat *** results showed that the highest runoff volume(257.40 m3),runoff coefficient(42.84%),and soil loss(11.3 t)were observed when the CT treatment was *** contrast,the lowest runoff volume(67.95 m3),runoff coefficient(11.35%),and soil loss(1.05 t)were observed when the ZT treatment was *** soil organic carbon and aggregate mean weight diameter were found to be significantly greater(with mean values of 0.79%and 1.19 mm,respectively)with the ZT treatment than with the CT *** the tilled treatments(CT and MT),substantial changes in the saturated soil hydraulic conductivity(ks),near-saturated soil hydraulic conductivity(k),and water-conducting porosity(ε)were observed between two crop *** three soil parameters were significantly higher in the period after maize harvesting than in the wheat growing *** contrast,no significant difference in these soil parameters was found when the untilled treatment(ZT)was carried *** regard to the slope positions,ks,k,andεshowed different behaviors under different *** toe slope position showed significantly lower ks andεvalues than the summit and middle slope *** the evaluated tillage practices,ZT was found to be the most promising means to improve the soil hydro-physical properties and effectively reduce surface runoff and soil erosion.

BACkGrOUND Perioperative surgical home(PSH)is a novel patient-centric surgical system developed by American Society of Anesthesiologist to improve outcomes and patient *** has proven success in large urban health centers by reducing surgery cancellation,operating room time,length of stay(LOS),and readmission ***,only limited studies have assessed the impact of PSH on surgical outcomes in rural *** To evaluate the newly implemented PSH system at a community hospital by comparing the surgical outcomes using a longitudinal case-control *** The research study was conducted at an 83-bed,licensed level-III trauma rural community hospital.A total of 3096 TJr procedures were collected retrospectively between January 2016 and December 2021 and were categorized as PSH and non-PSH cohorts(n=2305).To evaluate the importance of PSH in the rural surgical system,a case-control study was performed to compare TJr surgical outcomes(LOS,discharge disposition,and 90-d readmission)of the PSH cohort against two control cohorts[Control-1 PSH(C1-PSH)(n=1413)and Control-2 PSH(C2-PSH)(n=892)].Statistical tests including Chi-square test or Fischer’s exact test were performed for categorical variables and Mann-Whitney test or Student’s t-test were performed for continuous *** general linear models(Poisson regression and binomial logistic regression)were performed to fit adjusted *** The LOS was significantly shorter in PSH cohort compared to two control cohorts(median PSH=34 h,C1-PSH=53 h,C2-PSH=35 h)(P valuerly,the PSH cohort had lower percentages of discharges to other facilities(PSH=3.5%,C1-PSH=15.5%,C2-PSH=6.7%)(P valuere was no statistical difference observed in 90-d readmission between control and PSH ***,the PSH implementation reduced the 90-d readmission percentage(PSH=4.7%,C1-PSH=6.1%,C2-PSH=3.6%)lower than the national average 30-d readmission percentage which is 5.5%.The PSH system was effecti

One of the key challenges for achieving stable lithium(Li) metal anode is the construction of the rational solid electrolyte interphase(SEI),but its realization still faces enormous *** this work,a robust artificial fluorinated hybrid interphase consisting of lithium-bismuth(Li3Bi) alloy and lithium-fluoride(LiF) was designed to regulate Li deposition without Li dendrite *** obtained hybrid interphase showed the high Li+diffusion rate(3.5 × 10^(-4)S cm^(-1)),high electron resistivity(9.04 × 10^(4)Ω cm),and high mechanical strength(1348 MPa),thus enabling the uniform Li deposition at the Li/SEI ***,Li3Bi alloy,as a superionic conductor,accelerated the Li+transport and stabilized the hybrid ***,LiF was identified as a superior electron-blocker to inhibit the electron tunneling from the Li anode into the *** a result,the modified Li anode showed the stable Li plating/stripping behaviors over 1000 cycles even at 20 mA cm^(-2).Moreover,it also enabled the Li(50 μm)‖LiNi_(0.8)Co_(0.1)Mn_(0.1)O_(2)(4.4 mA h cm^(-2)) full cell to achieve an average Coulombic efficiency(CE) of 99.6%and a high-capacity retention of 79.2% after 100 cycles,whereas the bare Li anode only exhibited a low-capacity retention of 8.0%.This work sheds light on the internal mechanism of Li+transport within the hybrid interface and provides an effective approach to stabilize the interface of Li metal anode.

Arsenic(As)is a known carcinogen and naturally occurring semi-metal in soils and in the Earth's *** of soils and water with As poses a serious threat to millions of people worldwide due to its health hazards and toxicological ***,devising novel and efficient methods for remediation of contaminated areas has attracted a great deal of interest across the *** this study,we investigated the usefulness of synthetic birnessite,goethite,hexadecylpyridinium chloride-modified montmorillonite(HDPC-M),hexadecylpyridinium bromide-modified zeolite(HDPB-Z),and lanthanum(La)-doped magnetic biochar produced from eucalyptus bark(La-Euchar)as adsorbents at 10%dosage for As stabilization in a soil spiked with 1000 mg kg^(-1)*** effectiveness of the above adsorbents in As immobilization in soil was assessed using single-step extractions with 2 mol L^(-1)HNO_(3)and deionized water,the simplified bioaccessibility extraction test(SBET)method,and sequential extraction with the modified Community Bureau of reference(BCr)*** of the adsorbents shifted the exchangeable fraction of As to more recalcitrant fractions and dramatically reduced the exchangeable fraction by 6%-99%and the extractable amounts with HNO_(3),deionized water,and SBET method by 30%-92%,17%-95%,and 12%-90%,respectively,compared to the unamended *** immobilizing effects of adsorbents on As decreased in the sequence of birnessite>La-Euchar>goethite>HDPB-Z>*** exhibited great affinity for As and drastically reduced As extractability by more than 90%in all single *** results revealed that HDPC-M,HDPB-Z,La-Euchar,birnessite,and goethite are promising immobilizing agents for in situ stabilization of As in terrestrial environments.

The Sodium Montmorillonite(Na-MMT)is not susceptible to polymer due to its organophilic character and low basal *** primary objective of this study was to improve Na-MMT platelets separation by organically modifying it with cation and anion exchanges using Cetyl trimethyl ammonium bromide(CTAB)and Sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS)*** spacing,presence of functional groups,Zetapotential with particle size analysis and thermal stability of the Organomodified Na-MMT(OMMT)were characterized using XrD,FTIr,zeta-potential analyzer and TGA *** basal spacing of CTAB modified OMMTincreased to 19.5Åfrom 11.0Åwhich corresponds to the basal spacing of *** SDS modified OMMT did not show any increase in the basal *** spectra of CTAB modified Na-MMT illustrated the attachment of CTAB functional groups to Na-MMT,while the same was absent in the case of SDS modified *** zeta-potential of Na-MMT shifted from–24.88 mV to 15.66 mV in the case of CTAB modified Na-MMTand 12.49 mV for SDS modified Na-MMT,indicating a greater surface potential of the modified *** TGA showed greater weight loss for CTAB modified Na-MMT than that for Na-MMT,indicating the effective Na+ion exchange with alkyl amines.

The content-basedﬁltering technique has been used effectively in a variety of recommender Systems(rS).The user explicitly or implicitly provides data in the Content-Based recommender *** system collects this data and creates a proﬁle for all the users,and the recommendation is generated by the user proﬁ*** recommendation generated via content-basedﬁltering is provided by observing just a single user’s proﬁ*** primary objective of this rS is to recommend a list of movies based on the user’s preferences.A con-tent-based movie recommendation model is proposed in this research,which recommends movies based on the user’s proﬁle from the Facebook *** recommendation system is built with a hybrid model that combines the Mon-arch Butterﬂy Optimization(MBO)with the Deep Belief Network(DBN).For feature selection,the MBO is utilized,while DBN is used for classiﬁ*** datasets used in the experiment are collected from Facebook and *** dataset features are evaluated for performance evaluation to validate if data with various attributes can solve the matching ***ﬁle is com-pared with features that prove the features will support movie *** proposed model’s mean absolute error(MAE)and root-mean-square error(rMSE)values are 0.716 and 0.915,and its precision and recall are 97.35 and 96.60 percent,*** tests have demonstrated the advantages of the proposed method in terms of MAE,rMSE,Precision,and recall compared to state-of-the-art algorithms such as Fuzzy C-means with Bat algorithm(FCM-BAT),Collaborativeﬁltering with k-NN and the normalized discounted cumulative gain method(CF-kNN+NDCG),User proﬁle correlation-based similarity(UPCSim),and Deep Autoencoder.
