chaotic Aquila Optimization Algorithm for Solving Phase equilibrium Problems and Parameter estimation of Semi-empirical Models

This research study aims to enhance the optimization performance of a newly emerged Aquila Optimization algorithm by incorporating chaotic sequences rather than using uniformly generated Gaussian random *** work employs 25 different chaotic maps under the framework of Aquila *** considers the ten best chaotic variants for performance evaluation on multidimensional test functions composed of unimodal and multimodal problems,which have yet to be studied in past literature *** was found that Ikeda chaotic map enhanced Aquila Optimization algorithm yields the best predictions and becomes the leading method in most of the *** test the effectivity of this chaotic variant on real-world optimization problems,it is employed on two constrained engineering design problems,and its effectiveness has been ***,phase equilibrium and semi-empirical parameter estimation problems have been solved by the proposed method,and respective solutions have been compared with those obtained from state-of-art *** is observed that ch01 can successfully cope with the restrictive nonlinearities and nonconvexities of parameter estimation and phase equilibrium problems,showing the capabilities of yielding minimum prediction error values of no more than 0.05 compared to the remaining algorithms utilized in the performance benchmarking process.

Tuning the optoelectronic properties for small organic compounds as organic solar cell applications

Recently,organic solar cells have attracted the attention of many researchers owing to flexibility,low cost,light weight and large-area applications,and significant improvement in the power conversion efficiency(PCe).In this work,we designed chains from organic compounds as donors and replaced the core unit in each series with a variety of acceptors in order to enhance their optical and electronic characterization and performance for power conversion efficiencies in organic solar *** utilized density functional theory(DFT)and time-dependent density functional theory(TD-DFT)to investigate the geometry optimization by using the Gaussian 09 *** electronic and optical properties were determined,which involve the lowest unoccupied molecular orbital(LUMO)and the highest occupied molecular orbital(HOMO)levels,the band gap energy,maximum absorption wavelength(λmax),open circuit voltage(Voc),and light harvesting efficiency(LHe).Our evaluation denotes that the small compounds suggested are predicted to exhibit the best performance compared to the first series(SC1),like a lower band gap energy,a lower HOMO energy level,a greater absorption range,and a larger PCe.

In this work,we have explored wormhole(WH)solutions in F(R,L_(m))gravity by assuming the Morris-Thorne WH metric and F(R,Lm)=R/2+(1+γR)L_(m),whereγis the free model *** determined the WH solutions by utilizing two newly developed shape functions(SF)that satisfy all basic conditions for a WH’s physical *** also observe that the null energy condition(NeC)behaves ***,for both models,we use the volume integral quantifier(VIQ)and Tolman-Oppenheimer-Volkoff(TOV)equation to determine how much exotic matter is needed near the WH throat and the stability of the *** extensive detailed discussions of the matter components have been done via graphical *** obtained WH geometries meet the physically acceptable conditions for a stable wormhole.

Prey animals are often faced with uncertainty due to having imperfect information regarding current local conditions,including predation risks and the availability of reliable foraging opportunities(Dall 2010).As this uncertainty increases,the probability of making costly behavioral errors also increases,leading to more risk averse behavioral tactics(Feyten et al.2019).For example,Trinidadian guppies Poecilia reticulata are far more risk averse when faced with multiple unknown sources of risk assessment information than when faced with a mix of known and unknown cues(Feyten et al.2019).Prey can reduce uncertainty by gathering and integrating private and social information regarding current risk levels within microhabitats(Dall 2010;Munoz and Blumstein 2012).

Photometric Studies of eV Cnc and AH Cnc in the Open Cluster M67

Contact binaries at various stages of evolution unveil various operating mechanisms that drive *** report the photometric and period variation analysis of two contact binaries eV Cnc and AH Cnc in open cluster *** observed the cluster from the JCBT 1.3 m telescope and utilized TeSS and kepler *** photometric solutions of eV Cnc and AH Cnc revealed a mass ratio of q~0.41 and~0.15 with an inclination of i=42°and87°*** solutions suggest that eV Cnc is probably a semi-detached and AH Cnc is a deep low-mass ratio contact *** study of O-C variation analysis indicates that for both systems,the period is increasing which suggests the mass transfer is occurring from secondary to *** the case of AH Cnc and based on simulations by randomly varying the time of minima to fit the LITe solution,we noted the third body orbital period to be around P_(3)=26.82±2.54 yr,which is different from earlier reported values and conclude that future observations are required to confirm this *** compare these two systems with other similar contact binaries to get an estimate of the final configuration of the respective systems.

Comparison between seismic analysis of twisting and regular 52-story towers considering soil-structure interaction

A dynamic analysis of both twisting and regular towers is carried out to determine the results of considering soil-structure interaction(SSI)on high-rise *** addition,the difference between the seismic performance of using twisting towers over regular ones is *** twisting tower is a simulation of the evolution Tower(Moscow).The towers’skeletons consist of RC elements and rest on a reinforced concrete piled-raft *** soil model is considered as multi-layered with the same soil properties as the zone chosen for the analysis(New Mansoura City,egypt).The only difference between both towers is their shape in *** whole system is modelled and analyzed in a single step as one full 3D model,which is known as the direct approach in *** analyses are carried out using finite-element software(Midas GTS NX).Dynamic output responses due to three records of seismic loads are proposed and presented in some *** on the results,it is concluded that SSI has a considerable effect on the dynamic response of tall buildings mainly because of the foundation flexibility,as it leads to lengthening the vibration period,increasing the story drift and the base shear for both cases.

In this paper,the approximate synchronization of leader-follower multiagent systems(MASs) over finite fields is studied in regard to local and global ***,the approximately synchronous state set(ASSS) is ***,combined with ASSS and transient periods,some criteria for the local and global approximate synchronization of systems are ***,the algorithms for calculating the maximum approximately synchronous basin(MASB) and the maximum control invariant set(MCIS) are ***,the global approximate synchronization of the system is achieved by designing the state feedback control,and a design algorithm of the controller using the truth matrix method is ***,the results of approximate synchronization are degenerated to complete ***,two examples are shown to demonstrate the results of this paper.

Inclusive quasielastic neutrino-nucleus scattering with energy density functional nuclear models

In this study,we calculated the inclusive charged-current neutrino-nucleus scattering from ^(40)Ar in the quasielastic *** explore the effect of uncertainties stemming from the nuclear structure,we used the kIDS(korea-IBS-Daegu-SkkU)nuclear energy density functional and Skyrme force models,namely SLy4,SkI3,and *** models were selected to have distinct behavior in terms of the density dependence of the symmetry energy and the effective mass of the *** the charged-current neutrino scattering,the single-and double-differential cross sections were calculated for various *** cross sections are reported as a function of the incident neutrino *** theoretical cross sections were compared with experimental data,and the roles of the effective mass and symmetry energy were investigated in terms of charged-current neutrino-nucleus scattering.
