A considerable efficiency gap exists between large-area perovsk.te solar modules and small-area perovsk.te solar cells.The control of forming uniform and large-area film and perovsk.te crystallization is still the main obstacle restricting the efficiency of PSMs.In this work.we adopted a solid-liquid two-step film formation technique,which involved the evaporation of a lead iodide film and blade coating of an organic ammonium halide solution to prepare perovsk.te films.This method possesses the advantages of integrating vapor deposition and solution methods,which could apply to substrates with different roughness and avoid using toxic solvents to achieve a more uniform,large-area perovsk.te film.Furthermore,modification of the NiO_(x)/perovsk.te buried interface and introduction of Urea additives were utilized to reduce interface recombination and regulate perovsk.te crystallization.As a result,a large-area perovsk.te film possessing larger grains,fewer pinholes,and reduced defects could be achieved.The inverted PSM with an active area of 61.56 cm^(2)(10×10 cm^(2)substrate)achieved a champion power conversion efficiency of 20.56%and significantly improved stability.This method suggests an innovative approach to resolving the uniformity issue associated with large-area film fabrication.

A series of orange-red light emitting Ca_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7):Sm^(3+)nanopowders were fabricated via low-cost ecofriendly green combustion technique using Aloe vera gel as fuel.The phase purity of the samples were confirmed by the powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD)technique.Pure single-phase tetragonal structure is observed from the PXRD results with no additional impurity peak..The band gap energy of the fabricated powders was estimated by diffuse reflectance spectra(DRS)and is found to be in the range of 4.01-5.98 eV.A high resolution scanning electron microscope(SEM)was used to study the morphological behaviour of the samples.Honeycomb-lik. structures are observed from the SEM results.The particle size was evaluated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM)and is found to be~50 nm.The interplanar distance is found to be 0.53 nm.Photoluminescence properties were systematically studied in detail.The phosphors are successfully excited at 403 nm NUV light,producing reddish-orange characteristic emission.The emission peak. are centered at 558(^(4)G_(5/2)→^(6)H_(5/2)),607(^(4)G_(5/2)→^(6)H_(7/2))and 645 nm(^(4)G_(5/2)→^(6)H_(9/2)),respectively.Among the observed peak. the red emanation(^(4)G_(5/2)→^(6)H_(7/2))is stronger than the orange emission(^(4)G_(5/2)→^(6)H_(5/2))in the current investigation.The photoluminescent concentration quenching is noticed above 5 mol%Sm^(3+)ion doping content.The dipole-dipole interaction resulting in cross relaxation is found to be the principal cause of concentration quenching mechanism.The color features such as Commission Internationale de I’Eclairage(CIE)and correlated color temperature(CCT)were studied in detail.The optimized chromaticity coordinates were estimated to be(0.6363,0.3632),which fall in the reddish-orange region.The average CCT value obtained is 3362 k.The average color purity is found to be~82%.Sm^(3+)incorporated Ca_(2)MgSi_(2)O_(7) samples are possible contender for single white light generation commercial candidates owing to their strong hypersensitivity of Sm^(3+)ions th

Back.round:The period following pregnancy is a critical time window when future habits with respect to physical activity(PA)and sedentary behavior(SB)are established;therefore,it warrants guidance.The purpose of this scoping review was to summarize public health-oriented country-speciﬁc postpartum PA and SB guidelines worldwide.Methods:To identify guidelines published since 2010,we performed a(a)systematic search of 4 databases(CINAHL,Global Health,PubMed,and SPORTDiscus),(b)structured repeatable web-based search separately for 194 countries,and(c)separate web-based search.Only the most recent guideline was included for each country.Results:We identiﬁed 22 countries with public health-oriented postpartum guidelines for PA and 11 countries with SB guidelines.The continents with guidelines included Europe(n=12),Asia(n=5),Oceania(n=2),Africa(n=1),North America(n=1),and South America(n=1).The most common beneﬁts recorded for PA included weight control/management(n=10),reducing the risk.of postpartum depression or depres-sive symptoms(n=9),and improving mood/well-being(n=8).Postpartum guidelines speciﬁed exercises to engage in,including pelvicﬂoor exercises(n=17);muscle strengthening,weight training,or resistance exercises(n=13);aerobics/general aerobic activity(n=13);walk.ng(n=11);cycling(n=9);and swimming(n=9).Eleven guidelines remark.d on the interaction between PA and breastfeeding;several guidelines stated that PA did not impact breast milk.quantity(n=7),breast milk.quality(n=6),or infant growth(n=3).For SB,suggestions included limiting long-term sitting and interrupting sitting with PA.Conclusion:Country-speciﬁc postpartum guidelines for PA and SB can help promote healthy behaviors using a culturally appropriate context while providing speciﬁc guidance to public health practitioners.

In this editorial,we comment on the article by k.ng et al published in the recent issue of the World Journal of Cardiology.In this interesting case,the authors present the challenges faced in managing a 13-year-old patient with Down syndrome(DS)and congenital heart disease(CHD)associated with pulmonary arterial hypertension.In this distinct population,the Authors underscore the need for early diagnosis and management as well as the need of a multidisciplinary approach for decision mak.ng.It seems that the occurrence of CHD in patients with DS adds layers of complexity to their clinical management.This editorial aims to provide a comprehensive overview of the intricate interplay between DS and congenital heart disorders,offering insights into the nuanced diagnostic and therapeutic considerations for physicians.

The treatment of patients with inflammatory bowel disease(IBD),especially those with severe or refractory disease,represents an important challenge for the clinical gastroenterologist.It seems to be no exaggeration to say that in these patients,not only the scientific back.round of the gastroenterologist is tested,but also the abundance of“gifts”that he should possess(insight,intuition,determ-ination,ability to tak. initiative,etc.)for the successful outcome of the treatment.In daily clinical practice,depending on the severity of the attack.IBD is treated with one or a combination of two or more pharmaceutical agents.These combin-ations include not only the first-line drugs(e.g.,mesalazine,corticosteroids,antibiotics,etc)but also second-and third-line drugs(immunosuppressants and biologic agents).It is a fact that despite the significant therapeutic advances there is still a significant percentage of patients who do not satisfactorily respond to the treatment applied.Therefore,a part of these patients are going to surgery.In recent years,several small-size clinical studies,reviews,and case reports have been published combining not only biological agents with other drugs(e.g.,immunosuppressants or corticosteroids)but also the combination of two biologi-cal agents simultaneously,especially in severe cases.In our opinion,it is at least a strange(and largely unexplained)fact that we often use combinations of drugs in a given patient although studies comparing the simultaneous administration of two or more drugs with monotherapy are very few.As mentioned above,there is a timid tendency in the literature to combine two biological agents in severe cases unresponsive to the applied treatment or patients with severe extraintestinal manifestations.The appropriate dosage,the duration of the administration,the suitable timing for check.ng the clinical and laboratory outcome,as well as the treatment side-effects,should be the subject of intense clinical research shortly.In this editorial,we attempt to summarize the existing d

Pancreatic surgery units undertak. several complex operations,albeit with consi-derable morbidity and mortality,as is the case for the management of complicated acute pancreatitis or chronic pancreatitis.The centralisation of pancreatic surgery services,with the development of designated large-volume centres,has contribu-ted to significantly improved outcomes.In this editorial,we discuss the complex associations between diabetes mellitus(DM)and pancreatic/periampullary disease in the context of pancreatic surgery and overall management of complex pancreatitis,highlighting the consequential needs and the indispensable role of specialist diabetes teams in support of tertiary pancreatic services.Type 3c pan-creatogenic DM,refers to DM developing in the setting of exocrine pancreatic disease,and its identification and management can be challenging,while the glycaemic control of such patients may affect their course of treatment and outcome.Adequate preoperative diabetes assessment is warranted to aid identification of patients who are lik.ly to need commencement or escalation of glucose lowering therapy in the postoperative period.The incidence of new onset diabetes after pancreatic resection is widely variable in the literature,and depends on the type and extent of pancreatic resection,as is the case with pancreatic parenchymal loss in the context of severe pancreatitis.Early involvement of a specialist diabetes team is essential to ensure a holistic management.In the current era,large volume pancreatic surgery services commonly abide by the principles of enhanced recovery after surgery,with inclusion of provisions for optimisation of the perioperative glycaemic control,to improve outcomes.While various guidelines are available to aid perioperative management of DM,auditing and quality improvement platforms have highlighted deficiencies in the perioperative management of diabetic patients and areas of required improvement.The need for perioperative support of diabetic patients by specialist diabetes teams is uniform

Due to the dynamic nature and node mobility,assuring the security of Mobile Ad-hoc Network.(MANET)is one of the difficult and challenging task. today.In MANET,the Intrusion Detection System(IDS)is crucial because it aids in the identification and detection of malicious attack. that impair the network.s regular operation.Different machine learning and deep learning methodologies are used for this purpose in the conventional work. to ensure increased security of MANET.However,it still has significant flaws,including increased algorithmic complexity,lower system performance,and a higher rate of misclassification.Therefore,the goal of this paper is to create an intelligent IDS framework.for significantly enhancing MANET security through the use of deep learning models.Here,the min-max normalization model is applied to preprocess the given cyber-attack.datasets for normalizing the attributes or fields,which increases the overall intrusion detection performance of classifier.Then,a novel Adaptive Marine Predator Optimization Algorithm(AOMA)is implemented to choose the optimal features for improving the speed and intrusion detection performance of classifier.Moreover,the Deep Supervise Learning Classification(DSLC)mechanism is utilized to predict and categorize the type of intrusion based on proper learning and training operations.During evaluation,the performance and results of the proposed AOMA-DSLC based IDS methodology is validated and compared using various performance measures and benchmark.ng datasets.

Analysis of the Impact of the Blazhk. Effect Both on the Van Hoof Effect and Radial Velocity Amplitude in the Star RR Lyr

The Van Hoof effect is a phase shift existing between the radial velocity curves of hydrogen and metallic lines within the atmosphere of pulsating stars. In this article, we present a study of this phenomenon through the spectra of the brightest pulsating star RR Lyr of RR Lyrae stars recorded for 22 yr. We based ourselves, on the one hand,on 1268 spectra(41 nights of observation) recorded between the years 1994 and 1997 at the Observatory of Haute Provence(OHP, France) previously observed by Chadid and Gillet, and on the other hand on 1569 spectra(46nights of observation) recorded at our Ouk.imeden Observatory(Morocco) between 2015 and 2016. Through this study, we have detected information on atmospheric dynamics that had not previously been detected. Indeed, the Van Hoof effect which results in a clear correlation between the radial velocities of hydrogen and those of the metallic lines has been observed and analyzed at different Blazhk. phases. A correlation between the radial velocities of different metallic lines located in the lower atmosphere has been observed as well. For the first time,we were able to show that the amplitude of the radial velocity curves deduced from the lines of hydrogen and that of Fe Ⅱ(λ4923.921 ?) increases toward the minimum of the Blazhk. cycle and decreases toward the maximum of the same Blazhk. cycle. Furthermore, we found that the Van Hoof effect is also modulated by the Blazhk. effect.Thus, toward the minimum of the Blazhk. cycle the Van Hoof effect is more visible and at the maximum of the Blazhk. cycle, this effect is minimal. We also observed the temporal evolution of the amplitudes of the radial velocities of the lower and upper atmosphere. When observed over a long time, we can interpret it as a function of the Blazhk. phases.

Astrocytes are indispensable for central nervous system development and homeostasis.In response to injury and disease,astrocytes are integral to the immunological-and the,albeit limited,repair response.In this review,we will examine some of the functions reactive astrocytes play in the context of multiple sclerosis and related animal models.We will consider the heterogeneity or plasticity of astrocytes and the mechanisms by which they promote or mitigate demyelination.Finally,we will discuss a set of biomedical strategies that can stimulate astrocytes in their promyelinating response.
