The success of deep transfer learning in fault diagnosis is attributed to the collection of high-quality labeled data from the source ***,in engineering scenarios,achieving such high-quality label annotation is difficult and *** incorrect label annotation produces two negative effects:1)the complex decision boundary of diagnosis models lowers the generalization performance on the target domain,and2)the distribution of target domain samples becomes misaligned with the false-labeled *** overcome these negative effects,this article proposes a solution called the label recovery and trajectory designable network.LRTDN).LRTDN consists of three ***,a residual network.with dual classifiers is to learn features from cross-domain ***,an annotation check.module is constructed to generate a label anomaly indicator that could modify the abnormal labels of false-labeled samples in the source *** the training of relabeled samples,the complexity of diagnosis model is reduced via semi-supervised ***,the adaptation trajectories are designed for sample distributions across *** ensures that the target domain samples are only adapted with the pure-labeled *** LRTDN is verified by two case studies,in which the diagnosis k.owledge of bearings is transferred across different work.ng conditions as well as different yet related *** results show that LRTDN offers a high diagnosis accuracy even in the presence of incorrect annotation.

ERAD: Enhanced Ransomware Attack.Defense System for Healthcare Organizations

Digital integration within healthcare systems exacerbates their vulnerability to sophisticated ransomware threats, leading to severe operational disruptions and data breaches. Current defenses are typically categorized into active and passive measures that struggle to achieve comprehensive threat mitigation and often lack.real-time response effectiveness. This paper presents an innovative ransomware defense system, ERAD, designed for healthcare environments that apply the MITRE ATT&Ck.Matrix to coordinate dynamic, stage-specific countermeasures throughout the ransomware attack.lifecycle. By systematically identifying and addressing threats based on indicators of compromise (IOCs), the proposed system proactively disrupts the attack.chain before serious damage occurs. Validation is provided through a detailed analysis of a system deployment against Lock.it 3.0 ransomware, illustrating significant enhancements in mitigating the impact of the attack. reducing the cost of recovery, and strengthening the cybersecurity framework.of healthcare organizations, but also applicable to other non-health sectors of the business world.

High/medium entropy alloys(H/MEAs)are generally possible to exhibit chemical short-range order(SRO).However,the complex role of SRO on mechanical properties from nano-scale to meso-scale is still challenging so ***,we study the strengthening mechanism and deformation behavior in a model body-centered-cubic HfNbTa MEA by using atomic-scale molecular dynamics,micro-scale dislocation dynamics,and meso-scale crystal plasticity finite *** SRO inhibits dislocation nucleation at the atomic scale,improving the flow *** SRO-induced ultrastrong local stress fluctuation greatly improves the micro-scale dislocation-based strength by the significant dislocation forest ***,the Ta-rich locally ordered structure leads to an obvious heterogeneous strain and stress partitioning,which forms a strong strain gradient in the adjacent grain interiors and contributes to the strong back.stress-induced strain hardening.

Hypoxic and temporal variation in the endocrine disrupting toxicity of perfluorobutanesulfonate in marine medak.(Oryzias melastigma)

Perfluorobutanesulfonate(PFBS)is an emerging pollutant capable of potently disrupting the sex and thyroid endocrine systems of ***,the hypoxic and temporal variation in PFBS endocrine disrupting toxicity remain largely *** the present study,adult marine medak. were exposed to environmentally realistic concentrations of PFBS(0 and 10μg/L)under normoxia or hypoxia conditions for 7 days,aiming to explore the interactive behavior between PFBS and *** addition,PFBS singular exposure was extended till 21days under normoxia to elucidate the time-course progression in PFBS *** results showed that hypoxia inhibited the growth and caused the suspension of egg spawn regardless of PFBS *** regard to the sex endocrine system,7-day PFBS exposure led to an acute stimulation of transcriptional profiles in females,which,subsequently,recovered after the 21-day *** potency of hypoxia to disturb the sex hormones was much stronger than PFBS.A remark.ble increase in estradiol concentration was noted in medak. blood after hypoxia *** in sex endocrinology of coexposed fish were largely determined by hypoxia,which drove the formation of an estrogenic *** further enhanced the endocrine disrupting effects of ***,the hepatic synthesis of vitellogenin and choriogenin,two commonly used sensitive biomark.rs of estrogenic activity,failed to initiate in response to the estrogen *** to sex endocrine system,disturbances in thyroidal axis by PFBS or hypoxia were relatively ***,the present findings will advance our toxicological understanding about PFBS pollutant under the interference of hypoxia.

The number and composition of species in a community can be quantified withα-diversity indices,including species richness(R),Simpson’s index(D),and the Shannon-Wiener index(H΄).In forest communities,there are large variations in tree size among species and individu-als of the same species,which result in differences in eco-logical processes and ecosystem ***,tree size inequality(TSI)has been largely neglected in studies using the available diversity *** TSI in the diameter at breast height(DBH)data for each of 99920 m×20 m forest census quadrats was quantified using the Gini index(GI),a measure of the inequality of size *** generalized performance equation was used to describe the rotated and right-shifted Lorenz curve of the cumulative proportion of DBH and the cumulative proportion of number of trees per *** also examined the relationships ofα-diversity indices with the GI using correlation *** generalized performance equation effectively described the rotated and right-shifted Lorenz curve of DBH distributions,with most root-mean-square errors(990 out of 999 quadrats)beinglimate change.
