t.e China-Myanmar Economic Corridor(CMEC) is an import.nt.part.of China's Belt.and Road Init.at.ve and an import.nt.area for global ecology and biodiversit.. In t.is st.dy, t.e annual and seasonal spat.ot.mporal pat.erns of t.mperat.re and precipit.t.on in t.e CMEC over t.e past.cent.ry were invest.gat.d using linear t.ndency est.mat.on, t.e Mann-k.ndall mut.t.on t.st. t.e t.t.st. and wavelet.analysis based on t.e mont.ly mean climat.c dat. from 1901 t. 2018 released by t.e Climat.c Research Unit.CRU) of t.e Universit. of East.Anglia, Uk. t.e result. show t.at.t.e CMEC demonst.at.d a t.end of warming and drying over t.e past.100 years, and t.e rat. of change in Myanmar was st.onger t.an t.at.in Yunnan Province of China. t.e warming rat. was 0.039 ℃/10a. Precipit.t.on decreased at.a rat. of -6.1 mm/10a. From t.e perspect.ve of spat.al dist.ibut.on, t.mperat.re was high in t.e cent.al and sout.ern, low in t.e nort. of t.e CMEC, and t.e high-t.mperat.re cent.rs were mainly dist.ibut.d in t.e sout.ern plain and river valley. Precipit.t.on decreased from west.t. east.and from sout. t. nort. of t.e CMEC. From t.e perspect.ve of t.e rat. of change, warming was st.onger in cent.al and nort.ern CMEC t.an in sout.ern and nort.east.rn CMEC. t.e rat. of precipit.t.on decline was st.onger in t.e cent.al and west.rn regions t.an in t.e east.rn region. t.is st.dy provides a scient.fic reference for t.e CMEC t. address climat. change and ensure sust.inable social and economic development.and ecological securit..
