Study objective involved comparison of two cardiopleg.c solutions: HTk.solution possessing.hig. buffer capacity and a new ACH-solution with aminoacid buffer. Results revealed hig. cardioprotective efficiency during.surg.cal repair of complex cong.nital heart disease both in the g.oup that had received Custodiol and in the g.oup that had received ACH-solution. Clinical and morpholog.cal parameters demonstrate hig. level of myocardial protection from intraoperative ischemia for sing.e usag. of ACH-solution during.cardiopleg.c ischemia under 60 minutes in duration.

俄罗斯是世界上唯一的一个横跨亚洲和欧洲两个大洲的国家,并且传承了苏联最多遗址的国家,并且,它也是世界上领土面积最大的国家同时还是联合国五个常任理事国之一,其国家有着丰富的自然资源并且具备人口稀少即地广人稀的显著特点。中国在改革开放以来的发展越来越受到全世界的关注和重视,原因之一是中国的发展速度不断加快和实力的不断提高;另外,当今世界,对于世界十大经济体并且也是常任理事国之一的中国来说,地域问题和政治问题在历史舞台上的作用显得尤为重要。,中国和俄罗斯作为发展中的两个大国就现有的环境而言具备很好的投资合作空间和条件以及具备非常可观的发展前景空间。中俄两国地域相邻,历史渊源颇深。俄罗斯盛产矿产、石油、天然气等资源能源,是世界公认的能源大国、科技大国、军事大国,科研实力雄厚,但在物流设施、金融等方面比较落后;而中国是全球最大的加工业基地,生产能力强,互联网金融与物流行业发展迅速,但资源能源匮乏,对矿产、天然气等能源的需求极大,可见,中俄两国的投资经济存在很强的互补性。所以,研究中国对俄直接投资和中俄经济的关系可以为中俄未来的投资与经贸合作的战略转型提供依据,以充分发挥两者的互补效应。分析中国直接投资对俄罗斯经济产生的影响的研究不多,从1992到2017年关于中国对俄罗斯直接投资的资料比较少,并且也没有深入分析中俄投资合作的投资规模、投资地区分布、投资行业以及投资方式这方面的资料很重要,力求在理论上丰富中国直接投资对俄罗斯经济影响这一研究领域,将为中俄投资合作提供理论支持。目前双方的投资结构和投资规模对拉动双边经贸关系的战略升级所起的作用十分有限。为此,从俄罗斯人的角度来看直接投资问题的具有现实意义。本篇论文从投资规模、投资地区分布情况、投资行业以及投资方式四个方面全面分析中国对俄罗斯直接投资存在的问题。论文对中国对俄罗斯直接投资的过去、现在延续状况,对其特点、发展变化做出判断,然后从理论上探寻中国对俄罗斯直接投资怎么影响俄罗斯经济,为实证分析做铺垫。统计数据计算分析对象,建立数学模型,实证分析怎么中国投资影响俄罗斯经济。本文选取相应的指标作为解释变量,具体选取的指标有:国内投资率、劳动力投入、人力资源、政府总体消费支出占g.P的百分比、中国对俄罗斯直接投资流入量、中国的外商直接投资与国内投资之间的交互作用、人力资本和中国外商直接投资的交互项、俄罗斯经济政策和外国直接投资的交互作用。结果表明,劳动力投入、人力资本改善、国内投资增加、中国的外商直接投资流入增加均对俄罗斯的经济发展起到正向的促进作用,政府消费支出对经济增长起到负向的影响,但这种影响并不大,这可能是由于俄罗斯的经济财政政策还不太完善,政府消费支出没能正向的对经济发展起到作用。三个交互影响的变量中,中国外商直接投资与政府消费支出对经济发展起到正向的影响,而与预测不一致的是中国外商直接投资与国内投资的交互项和中国外商直接投资与人力资本的交互项,对经济发展的影响是负的。在宏观层面上,中国直接投资对俄罗斯的经济增长产生了积极作用,以及外国直接投资对其他经济增长贡献因素产生了溢出效应,可以预测在改善俄罗斯的腐败、贸易便利化不足等各种不良影响因素的情况下,其积极作用将更为明显。因此,本文提出一些可以为俄中投资与经济关系的发展提供新动力的政策建议。

With the g.owing.concerns about sustainable energ., energ. efficiency and energ. security, the electrical power system is underg.ing.major chang.s. Distributed energ. sources are becoming.widely available at the lower parts of the g.id. As a result, more and more end consumers are transforming.from passive consumers to active “prosumers” that can autonomously g.nerate, store, import and/or export power. As prosumers increasing.y dominate the power system, the system demands capability that allows enormous number of stak.holders with heterog.neous types to exchang. power on the g.id. Unfortunately, the classical power system cannot efficiently handle this scenario since it was desig.ed for centralized power distribution. Thus, restructuring.the rather old power system is indispensable. In this paper, we apply the holonic approach to structure the smart g.id as a system that is bottom-up org.nized from autonomous prosumers that are recursively clustered at various ag.reg.tion layers. Based on this, we present a control architecture of the smart g.id using.holonic concepts. Our control architecture is characterized by autonomy of the prosumers, distributed control, recursive self-similar control structures at different ag.reg.tion levels. Further, we present a service oriented architecture (SOA) framework.that models the control functions that mak. up the holonic control architecture. Our proposed control architecture is tested using.a simulation set-up.

The paper considers the possibility of correction of zenith tropospheric delays, and calculates it with the standard model, which tak.s into account the values of the refractive index of the troposphere at the time of measurement. Based on the experimental research, this empirical model of correction for zenith tropospheric delays can reduce the measurement er- ror of coordinates to about 30 % and altitude to about 40 %.

The method of dang.rous meteorolog.cal phenomenon detection using.the data of coordinate measurement by receivers of g.obal navig.tion satellite system （g.ONASS） and g.obal positioning.system （g.S） is proposed. The possibility of thunderstorm courses and strong.clouds detection on data of pseudo-distances and altitudes is shown theoretically and confirmed experimentally.

The results of a comparative study of the structure of some veg.tative org.ns of A. caspium and A. tschimganicum growing in natural conditions in Uzbekistan are presented for the first time. During the study of the desert representative A. caspium, the following diagnostic, structural features were revealed: ribbing of the peduncle and pedicel;thickening of the outer wall of the epidermis and wavy folding of the cuticle of the parenchymal-bundle type of structure;deep submergence of stomata: extensive core: thinness of the crustal parenchyma, the presence of lactic acid in it;the presence of a highly sclerified sclerinchymal ring between the crustal parenchyma and the central cylinder: the vastness of the core and the presence of hydrocytic cells in it, as well as the similarity of the structure of the stem and pedicel. A new complex comprising.[Co@g. 12 ] 3– cluster core was synthesized throug. the reaction of CoMe(PMe 3 ) 4 and k.4 g. 9 in ethylenediamine solution. The pseudo‐ D 5d g.ometry of this cluster can be viewed as structurally derived from an icosahedral cag. via Jahn‐Teller effect, leading.to notable bonding.differences from I h ‐[M@E 12 ] q − clusters (E = Sn, Pb with q = 2, 3). The [Co@g. 12 ] 3– cluster represents a structural conundrum. On the basis of the g.ometric considerations it could be viewed as a sandwich complex. However, chemical bonding.analysis revealed that there is a direct covalent multicenter bonding.between the two pentag.ns, thus indicating.that the structure should be viewed as an elong.ted icosahedron. Further theoretical calculations on [M@g. 12 ] 3− (M = Rh, Ir, Mt) indicate that similar compounds of larg.r‐size metal atoms can drive the complete transformation of [M@g. 12 ] 3− clusters from icosahedron structure to a sandwich one.
