Hybrid Prairie Dog and Beluga Whale Optimization Algorithm for Multi-Objective Load Balanced-Task Scheduling in Cloud Computing Environments

The cloud computing technology is utilized for achieving resource utilization of remotebased virtual computer to facilitate the consumers with rapid and accurate massive data *** utilizes on-demand resource provisioning,but the necessitated constraints of rapid turnaround time,minimal execution cost,high rate of resource utilization and limited makespan transforms the Load Balancing(LB)process-based Task Scheduling(TS)problem into an NP-hard optimization *** this paper,Hybrid Prairie Dog and Beluga Whale Optimization Algorithm(HPDBWOA)is propounded for precise mapping of tasks to virtual machines with the due objective of addressing the dynamic nature of cloud *** capability of HPDBWOA helps in decreasing the SLA violations and Makespan with optimal resource *** is modelled as a scheduling strategy which utilizes the merits of PDOA and BWOA for attaining reactive decisions making with respect to the process of assigning the tasks to virtual resources by considering their priorities into *** addresses the problem of pre-convergence with wellbalanced exploration and exploitation to attain necessitated Quality of Service(QoS)for minimizing the waiting time incurred during TS *** further balanced exploration and exploitation rates for reducing the makespan during the task allocation with complete awareness of VM *** results of the proposed HPDBWOA confirmed minimized energy utilization of 32.18% and reduced cost of 28.94% better than approaches used for *** statistical investigation of the proposed HPDBWOA conducted using ANOVA confirmed its efficacy over the benchmarked systems in terms of throughput,system,and response time.

A mobile ad hoc network(MANET)involves a group of wireless mobile nodes which create an impermanent network with no central authority and *** nodes in the MANET are highly mobile and it results in adequate network topology,link loss,and increase the re-initialization of the route discovery *** planning in MANET is a multi-hop communication process due to the restricted transmission range of the *** aided routing(LAR)is one of the effective routing protocols in MANET which suffers from the issue of high energy *** few research works have focused on resolving energy consumption problem in LAR,energy efficiency still remains a major design *** this aspect,this study introduces an energy aware metaheuristic optimization with LAR(EAMO-LAR)protocol for *** EAMO-LAR protocol makes use of manta ray foraging optimization algorithm(MRFO)to help the searching process for the individual solution to be passed to the LAR *** fitness value of the created solutions is determined next to pass the solutions to the objective *** MRFO algorithm is incorporated into the LAR protocol in the EAMO-LAR protocol to reduce the desired energy *** ensure the improved routing efficiency of the proposed EAMO-LAR protocol,a series of simulations take *** resultant experimental values pointed out the supreme outcome of the EAMO-LAR protocol over the recently compared *** resultant values demonstrated that the EAMO-LAR protocol has accomplished effectual results over the other existing techniques.

Muscular Dystrophy (MD) is a group of inherited muscular diseases that are commonly diagnosed with the help of techniques such asmuscle biopsy, clinical presentation, and Muscle Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI). Among these techniques, Muscle MRI recommends the diagnosis ofmuscular dystrophy through identification of the patterns that exist in musclefatty replacement. But the patterns overlap among various diseases whereasthere is a lack of knowledge prevalent with regards to disease-specific ***, artificial intelligence techniques can be used in the diagnosis ofmuscular dystrophies, which enables us to analyze, learn, and predict forthe future. In this scenario, the current research article presents an automated muscular dystrophy detection and classification model using SynergicDeep Learning (SDL) method with extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost),called SDL-XGBoost. SDL-XGBoost model has been proposed to act as anautomated deep learning (DL) model that examines the muscle MRI dataand diagnose muscular dystrophies. SDL-XGBoost model employs kapur’sentropy based Region of Interest (RoI) for detection purposes. Besides, SDLbased feature extraction process is applied to derive a useful set of featurevectors. Finally, XGBoost model is employed as a classification approach todetermine proper class labels for muscle MRI data. The researcher conductedextensive set of simulations to showcase the superior performance of SDLXGBoost model. The obtained experimental values highlighted the supremacyof SDL-XGBoost model over other methods in terms of high accuracy being96.18% and 94.25% classification performance upon DMD and BMD respectively. Therefore, SDL-XGBoost model can help physicians in the diagnosis of muscular dystrophies by identifying the patterns of muscle fatty replacementin muscle MRI.

Studies on the Growth and Characterization of L-Arginine Maleate Dihydrate Crystal Grown from Liquid Diffusion Technique

Nonlinear optical crystals of L-Arginine maleate dihydrate were grown from liquid diffusion method. The lattice parameters of the crystal were identified using single crystal and powder crystal X-ray diffraction analyses. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and Fourier transform Raman spectroscopy were made to study the vibrational functional groups in the grown crystal. Optical absorption and transmission ranges were measured from UV-VIS-NIR spectrum. The molecular structure of the crystal is established through 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR studies. Thermal stabilities and decomposition of the grown crystal were studied from TG/DTA and DSC analyses. Nonlinear optical property of the crystal was determined by kurtz and Perry powder technique.

Higher education plays an important role in all aspects of *** climate change and sustainability into the curriculum is important to prepare future health-care professionals for climate change and sustainability actions to build resilient health *** this study,we evaluated the preparedness,knowledge,and perception regarding climate change and its impact on human health among Indian nursing students.A quantitative descriptive survey was conducted among 644 undergraduate nursing students studying in three institutes in the southern,northern,and western parts of *** used a structured online questionnaire with established validity and reliability to collect *** data were analyzed using Statistical Package for the Social Sciences version 26 *** results showed that more than half of the students reported experiencing excessive increase(362;56.2%)and decrease(374;58.1%)in temperature in recent *** more than three quarters of the students(494;76.7%)accepted the general truth that climate change is mainly caused by human activities,only less than half of the students(309;48.0%)perceived the impact of climate change to be *** quarters of the students(483;75.0%)had a high level of knowledge regarding climate *** students who had a high level of knowledge about climate change exerted a high perceived impact of climate change(χ^(2)=75.47;Pknowledge about climate change and its impact on human ***,there is an observed gap between knowledge and their preparedness and confidence to engage in climate change ***,we propose to strengthen the nursing curriculum by integra

Self-assembled multifunctional nanotheranostics against circulating tumor clusters in metastatic breast cancer

Circulating tumor clusters(CTC)disseminating from the primary tumor are responsible for secondary tumor formation where the conventional treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy does not prevent the metastasis at locally advanced stage of breast *** this study,a smart nanotheranostic system has been developed to track and eliminate the CTCs before it can colonize at a new site,which would reduce metastatic progression and increase the five-year survival rate of the breast cancer *** multiresponsive(magnetic hyperthermia and pH)nanomicelles incorporated with NIR fluorescent superparamagnetic iron oxide nanoparticles were developed based on self-assembly for dual modal imaging and dual toxicity for spontaneous killing of CTCs in blood stream.A heterogenous tumor clusters model was developed to mimic the CTCs isolated from breast cancer *** nanotheranostic system was further evaluated for the targeting property,drug release kinetics,hyperthermia and cytotoxicity against developed CTC model in *** vivo model in BALB/c mice equivalent to stageⅢandⅣhuman metastatic breast cancer was developed to evaluate the biodistribution and therapeutic efficacy of micellar nanotheranostic *** CTCs in blood stream and low distant organ metastasis after treatment with the nanotheranostic system demonstrates its potential to capture and kill the CTCs that minimize the secondary tumor formation at distant sites.
