创新生态系统内主体基于知识的博弈不仅关乎个体的生存和发展,也影响创新生态系统的演进•文章从群体演化博弈视角,研究了差异性环境下创新生态系统主体创新保护策略及跟随策略选择问题.先后构建非对称演化博弈模型和多智能体仿真模型,分析了制度、生态、技术等因素对创新生态系统演化均衡稳定性及演化稳定策略的影响.研究发现:专利运营及维权成本、救济力度、政府补贴、技术替代与模仿相对难度是影响系统演化均衡的关键因素;基于上述因素形成的不同情境,系统涌现四种均衡状态:(专利,模仿)、(专利,替代)、(技术秘密,模仿)、主体策略规律性持续波动;仿真模型呈现随机波动,在趋势上符合演化稳定分析结果;合作网络密集度高、学习搜索范围广时,由于主体交互性增强,决策不确定性下降、有效性提高,各群体长期演化趋向于平均收益期望大的策略.信息模糊度高时,决策不确定性及系统波动幅度增加,群体间策略交互制约作用减弱,系统长期演化偏离演化稳定分析结果.

烯烃类化合物,如乙烯和丙烯,是工业生产的关键原料,它们可以通过选择性氧化转化为环氧乙烷(EO)和环氧丙烷(PO)等高附加值的化学品.目前,烯烃类化合物转化主要通过热化学途径实现,通常需要高温高压条件,并可能导致过度氧化生成CO_(2),因而选择性较低,且对经济和环境效益不友好.与此相对,电催化反应以电能作为驱动力,通过优化催化剂、电解液和反应电位等,有望在相对温和的条件下提高反应的选择性和能量效率,为高选择性烯烃氧化提供一种潜在策略.然而,当前烯烃的电化学选择性氧化的电流密度较低,整体生产成本相对较高,因此,有必要进一步研发高效且稳定的电化学选择性氧化烯烃的体系.本文综述了近期关于烯烃选择性电化学氧化的研究进展,研究主要集中在两个方面:一是烯烃在电极和电解液界面上直接进行电化学氧化的方法;二是通过电化学反应原位生成氧化剂(如Cl2和H_(2)O_(2))后,再对烯烃进行氧化的间接方法.对于烯烃的直接电化学氧化,反应的选择性可以通过调控几何效应和电子效应来优化.具体来说,通过引入如氯离子这样的物种,减少催化剂表面的可用活性位点数量,从而降低烯烃在催化剂表面的双位吸附,进一步降低过度氧化的可能性.此外,通过调整电催化剂的电子结构,改变其表面氧物种的电子性质,直接影响烯烃的加氧步骤,从而实现对反应选择性的精准调控.烯烃的氧化过程受限于其固有的缓慢反应动力学,导致直接电氧化所能实现的电流密度有限.为了提高该过程的速率,可以引入氧化还原介导物种来实现烯烃的选择性氧化.近期研究结果表明,卤素和过氧化氢作为介导物种在烯烃的选择性氧化反应中表现较好.利用先进的串联反应器技术,过氧化氢介导乙烯氧化为乙二醇的电流密度已经可以达到500m A cm^(–2).深入探索了烯烃电化学氧化的前沿研究方向.在烯烃的直接电氧化过程中,电催化剂的选择和性质对整体反应性能具有决定性影响.现有催化剂的化学成分、晶体学结构及合成方法上仍有较大的优化空间.尤为重要的是,关于烯烃电氧化的中间产物和反应途径,仍存在诸多争议.通过结合原位或在线的表征技术与密度泛函理论计算相结合,对反应机理进行深入探讨,将为反应体系的进一步完善提供理论支持.在间接氧化策略方面,反应器的设计与优化是研究的核心,旨在提升整体反应效率并确保经济效益.最后,进行技术经济分析为确定烯烃电氧化在特定条件下的经济效益提供有力依据.

阿联酋火星计划希望号火星探测器自2021年5月23日开始对火星进行科学探测,并于2023年4月完成了主要科学任务,在行星尺度上对火星大气的日内和季节变化进行了为期一火星年的观测。由于创新性的低倾角高椭圆轨道设计,在希望号轨道上任一点均可对全火星盘进行观测,其上搭载的仪器对全火星表面全地方时的覆盖仅需约10个太阳日,因此其所获取的观测数据具有空间上大覆盖率和时间上高分辨率的特点。

In this paper,we present an RFID based human and Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)Interaction system,termed RFHUI,to provide an intuitive and easy-to-operate method to navigate a UAV in an indoor *** relies on the passive Radio-Frequency IDentification(RFID)technology to precisely track the pose of a handheld controller,and then transfer the pose information to navigate the UAV.A prototype of the handheld controller is created by attaching three or more Ultra High Frequency(UHF)RFID tags to a board.A Commercial Off-The-Shelf(COTS)RFID reader with multiple antennas is deployed to collect the observations of the ***,the precise positions of all the tags can be obtained by our proposed method,which leverages a Bayesian filter and Channel State Information(CSI)phase measurements collected from the RFID ***,we introduce a Singular Value Decomposition(SVD)based approach to obtain a 6-DoF(Degrees of Freedom)pose of the controller from estimated positions of the ***,the pose of the controller can be precisely tracked in a real-time manner,while the user moves the ***,control commands will be generated from the controller's pose and sent to the UAV for *** performance of the RFHUI is evaluated by several *** results show that it provides precise poses with 0.045m mean error in position and 2.5∘mean error in orientation for the controller,and enables the controller to precisely and intuitively navigate the UAV in an indoor environment.

Introduction: Neglected ankle fractures are common in our regions. Patients first consult traditional healers and it is when the signs persist that they consult the surgeon for a swollen and painful ankle. Initially we always performed anatomical repairs with osteosynthesis, but the majority of patients still complained of pain and disability. We wondered whether a primary arthrodesis would not be indicated in old ankle fractures to avoid disabling pain for patients. We therefore performed a series of arthrodesis on neglected post-traumatic ankles. The objective of our study was to describe the results of arthrodesis on an old post-traumatic ankle and to propose a therapeutic indication in the face of any neglected ankle fracture. material and method: This was a prospective study over 8 years between December 2012 and November 2020, involving 36 cases of neglected ankle fractures treated by arthrodesis using meary’s technique. We used AOFAS (American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Score) preoperatively and postoperatively for an objective assessment. Results: The average follow-up was 4.2 years and our results were satisfactory (94.4%) with an average AOFAS score ranging from 27.8 preoperatively to 76.7 postoperatively. The fusion rate was 97.2%. Discussion: Arthrodesis appears here as an important alternative in the treatment of neglected ankle fractures with significant trophic disorders.

microring lasers feature ultralow thresholds and inherent wavelength-division multiplexing functionalities, offering an attractive approach to miniaturizing photonics in a compact area. Here, we present static and dynamic properties of microring quantum dot lasers grown directly on exact(001) GaP/Si. Effectively, a single-mode operation was observed at 1.3 μm with modes at spectrally distant locations. High temperature stability with T_0~103 K has been achieved with a low threshold of 3 mA for microrings with an outer ring radius of 15 μm and a ring waveguide width of 4 μm. Small signal modulation responses were measured for the first time for the microrings directly grown on silicon, and a 3 dB bandwidth of 6.5 GHz was achieved for a larger ring with an outer ring radius of 50 μm and a ring waveguide width of 4 μm. The directly modulated microring laser,monolithically integrated on a silicon substrate, can incur minimal real estate cost while offering full photonic functionality.

This present study aimed to determine the efficacy of supplementing layer diets with vitamin A(0, 8,000 and16,000 IU/kg diet) and vitamin E(0, 250 and 500 mg/kg diet) either individually or in combination on egg production and quality, and blood hematology and chemistry of birds reared under summer conditions. A total of 135 Bovans Brown laying hens were distributed to 9 treatment groups with 5 replicates of 3 hens/pen in a 3 × 3 factorial design. A significant improvement in feed conversion ratio(FCR) was observed as supplementary vitamin A or E increased(P 0.01). Hens fed diets supplemented with 16,000 IU vitamin A plus 500 mg vitamin E/kg diet had the best FCR among all groups. Egg quality traits were not significantly affected by the interaction of vitamin A and vitamin E levels. There was a significant increase in monocytes(P ≤ 0.01)and a decrease in basophils counts(P ≤ 0.05) in response to vitamin E. Significant decreases were observed in packed cell volume(PCV), thyroxine(T_4), alanine transferase(ALT), albumin, total cholesterol and total lipids((P ≤ 0.05 or P ≤ 0.01) P 0.01), and increases were observed in serum concentrations of globulin(P ≤ 0.05)and calcium(P ≤ 0.01) due to vitamin A. The combination of 0 IU vitamin A and 500 mg vitamin E/kg diet had the highest values of PCV(40.09%) and hemoglobin(Hb)(10.33 mg/100 mL) among all groups. Vitamin E raised serum values of total protein, total cholesterol and total lipids(P ≤ 0.05 or P≤ 0.01). Feed intake, FCR,PCV, Hb, lymphocytes, monocytes, eosinophils, T_4, ALT and total protein were significantly affected by the interaction of vitamins A and E(P ≤ 0.05 or P ≤ 0.01). The interaction of vitamins A and E was only significant with respect to serum total protein(P ≤ 0.05). It can be concluded that layer diets supplemented with vitamins A and E had good results in alleviating the harmful impacts of high ambient temperature. Restoration of kidney tubular epithelium following sublethal injury sequentially involves partial epithelial–mesenchymal transition(pEmT),proliferation,and further redifferentiation into specialized tubule epithelial cells(TECs).Because the immunosuppressant cyclosporine-A produces pEmT in TECs and inhibits the peptidyl-prolyl isomerase(PPIase)activity of cyclophilin(Cyp)proteins,we hypothesized that cyclophilins could regulate TEC *** we demonstrate that in cultured TECs,CypA silencing triggers loss of epithelial features and enhances transforming growth factorβ(TGFβ)-induced EmT in association with upregulation of epithelial repressors Slug and *** pro-epithelial action of CypA relies on its PPIase *** contrast,CypB emerges as an epithelial repressor,because CypB silencing promotes epithelial differentiation,prevents TGFβ-induced EmT,and induces tubular structures in 3D *** addition,in the kidneys of CypB knockout mice subjected to unilateral ureteral obstruction,inflammatory and pro-fibrotic events were *** silencing/knockout leads to Slug,but not Snail,*** support of Slug expression depends on its endoplasmic reticulum location,where it interacts with calreticulin,a calcium-buffering chaperone related to Slug *** CypB silencing reduces ionomycin-induced calcium release and Slug upregulation,we suggest that Slug expression may rely on CypB modulation of calreticulin-dependent calcium *** conclusion,this work uncovers new roles for CypA and CypB in modulating TEC plasticity and identifies CypB as a druggable target potentially relevant in promoting kidney repair.
