The knee joint has long been considered a closed *** pathological effects of joint diseases on distant organs have not been ***,our clinical data showed that post-traumatic joint damage,combined with joint bleeding(hemarthrosis),exhibits a worse liver function compared with healthy *** mouse model,hemarthrosis induces both cartilage degeneration and remote liver ***,we found that hemarthrosis induces the upregulation in ratio and differentiation towards Th17 cells of CD4^(+)T cells in peripheral blood and *** of CD4^(+)T cells reverses hemarthrosis-induced liver *** of cartilage matrix induced by hemarthrosis upregulates serological type Ⅱ collagen(COL Ⅱ),which activates CD4^(+)T *** application of a COL Ⅱ antibody blocks the ***,bulk RNAseq and single-cell qPCR analysis revealed that the cartilage Akt pathway is inhibited by blood ***-articular application of Akt activator blocks the cartilage degeneration and thus protects against the liver impairment in mouse and pig *** together,our study revealed a pathological joint-liver axis mediated by matrikine-activated CD4^(+)T cells,which refreshes the organ-crosstalk axis and provides a new treatment target for hemarthrosis-related disease.

Nano-hydroxyapatite(nHAP)has been widely used in bone repair as an osteo-inductive and naturally-occurring ***,the optimal applied form of nHAP and the underlying mechanisms involved remain ***,to investigate into these,a range of corresponding models were designed,including three applied forms of nHAP(Free,Coating and 3D)that belong to two states(Free or fixed).The results indicate that when fixed nHAP was applied in the 3D form,optimal osteogenesis was induced in human bone marrow stem cells(hBMSCs)with increased bone volume via integrinα7(ITGA7)-mediated upregulation of the PI3K-AKT signaling pathway,while contrary results were observed with free *** osteogenesis experiments in mice subcutaneous transplantation model further confirmed the different tendencies of ITGA7 expression and osteogenesis of hBMSCs in free and fixed states of *** results revealed that the two states of nHAP play a different regulatory role in cell morphology and osteogenesis through the valve role of ITGA7,providing cues for better application of nanoparticles and a potential new molecular target in bone tissue engineering.

试验旨在研究酶解鱼溶浆粉对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)生长、肠道消化酶、血清生化及免疫指标的影响。以初始体重为(25.00±0.20)g健康黄鳝为研究对象,设置3个处理组,每组3个重复,每箱50尾黄鳝。酶解鱼溶浆粉分别替代基础饲料(对照组鱼粉含量为40%)中0、2.5%和5%的鱼粉,分别记为FM组、SHM2.5组和SHM5.0组,养殖试验持续56 d。结果表明,与FM组相比,酶解鱼溶浆粉替代部分鱼粉(SHM2.5组和SHM5.0组)对黄鳝增重率无显著差异(P>0.05),但肠道胰蛋白酶活性显著升高(P0.05);酶解鱼溶浆粉替代部分鱼粉显著升高血清中免疫球蛋白M、补体4和溶菌酶水平(P<0.05),SHM5.0组血清中葡萄糖、三酰甘油和碱性磷酸酶水平显著升高(P<0.05)。综上所述,酶解鱼溶浆粉适当替代鱼粉对黄鳝的生长、饲料利用和肠道消化酶无不利影响,并且会增强黄鳝的免疫功能。

重庆武隆庆口滑坡发育在斜倾厚层陡崖带上,下方数百年的煤矿开采形成了大面积的采空区。基于对地质条件、采空区现状和山体变形特征的分析,发现该滑坡既有弯曲张拉变形又有侧向滑移变形,提出了弯曲-侧滑破坏模式。根据山体变形历史,分弯曲变形和滑移变形两个阶段,分析了滑坡变形特征,研究了岩层面产状变化。并根据层面与临空面组合关系,将山体破坏分为弯曲张拉破坏、楔形体破坏和平面滑动破坏3个阶段,建立了各破坏阶段的判据,揭示了弯曲-侧滑型滑坡演变规律和形成机理,为该类滑坡防灾减灾提供了科学依据。

Prediction on nonlinear mechanical performance of random particulate composites by a statistical second-order reduced multiscale approach

A novel statistical second-order reduced multiscale(SSRM)approach is established for nonlinear composite materials with random distribution of *** these composites considered in this work,the complex microstructure of grains,including their shape,orientation,size,spatial distribution,volume fraction and so on,results in changing of the macroscopic mechanical *** first-and second-order unit cell functions based on two-scale asymptotic expressions are constructed at ***,the expected homogenized parameters are defined,and the nonlinear homogenization equation on global structure is established,***,an effective reduced model format for analyzing second-order nonlinear unit cell problem with less computation cost is introduced in ***,some numerical examples for the materials with varying distribution models are evaluated and compared with the data by theoretical models and experimental *** examples illustrate that the proposed SSRM approaches are effective for predicting the macroscopic properties of the random composite materials and supply a potential application in actual engineering computation.

A Multiscale Algorithm for Heat Conduction-Radiation Problems in Porous Materials with Quasi-Periodic Structures

This paper develops a second-order multiscale asymptotic analysis and numerical algorithms for predicting heat transfer performance of porous materials with quasi-periodic *** these porousmaterials,they have periodic configurations and associated coefficients are dependent on the ***,radiation effect at microscale has an important influence on the macroscopic temperature fields,which is our particular interest in this *** characteristic of the coupled multiscale model between macroscopic scale and microscopic scale owing to quasi-periodic structures is given at ***,the second-ordermultiscale formulas for solving temperature fields of the nonlinear problems are constructed,and associated explicit convergence rates are obtained on some regularity ***,the corresponding finite element algorithms based on multiscale methods are brought forward and some numerical results are given in *** examples including different coefficients are given to illustrate the efficiency and stability of the computational *** show that the expansions to the second terms are necessary to obtain the thermal behavior precisely,and the local and global oscillations of the temperature fields are dependent on the microscopic and macroscopic part of the coefficients respectively.

近水平层状坝基岩体渗透结构及其工程意义

查明坝基岩体的渗透结构对于大坝工程防渗方案的制定具有重要意义。以黄河古贤水利枢纽工程近水平分布的红层坝基岩体为研究对象,使用“连续、高分辨率”压水试验数据处理与统计方法,分析了岩体透水率与高程、岩性及顺层剪切带的关系,阐明了坝基岩体的渗透结构,提出了工程防渗建议。研究发现,坝基岩体渗透结构表现出结构性和随机性双重特征。结构性表现为岩体透水率随高程的降低而减小;随机性表现为岩体透水率会因岩性和剪切构造等随机变化。对于河床及滩地坝基岩体,风化卸荷带底高程在450 m附近,1 Lu关键透水率指标界线的底高程位于340 m附近。对于岸坡坝基岩体,3 Lu关键透水率指标界线的底高程位于560~580 m。在坝基勘察深度范围内,350~360 m高程段连续分布具有一定厚度的软岩类岩体,剪切构造不发育且岩体透水微弱,可视为相对隔水层,对坝基防渗帷幕优化设计具有指示意义。文章提出的统计、分析方法具有一定普适性,可为类似工程所借鉴。
