Background Aerobic exercise can improve symptoms,reduce airway inflammation,and even ameliorate airway remodeling in asthmatic animals and ***,previous studies have focused mainly on the effect of aerobic exercise on steroid-sensitive asthma （SSA）.The goals of this study were to determine the effect of low-intensity aerobic exercise training on airway hyperresponsiveness,inflammation,and remodeling in a rat model of steroid-resistant asthma （SRA） and to identify the potential mechanisms underlying these *** Endotoxin-free ovalbumin with or without lipopolysaccharide were applied to establish rat models of SRA and SSA,*** hyperresponsiveness,inflammation,remodeling,expression of interleukin （IL）-25,IL-33,thymic stromal lymphopoietin （TSLP）,high mobility group box-1 （HMGB1）,and IL-17 in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid （BALF）,and the role of dexamethasone （DXM） were compared between these two asthmatic rat *** effect of low-intensity aerobic exercise training and anti-HMGB1 treatment on airway hyperresponsiveness,inflammation,and remodeling in SRA rats also was *** SRA rats developed neutrophil-dominated airway inflammation （（29.5±4.1）％ of the total cell numbers in BALF）,whereas SSA rats developed eosinophil-dominated airway inflammation （（24.0±6.1）％ of the total cell numbers in BALF）.Compared with SSA rats,SRA rats had more severe airway hyperresponsiveness,lower levels of IL-25 （（33.6±10.3） vs.（104.8±24.9） pg/ml）,IL-33 （（87.5±25.0） vs.（226.6±40.7） pg/ml）,and TSLP （（1 933.2±899.5） vs.（7 224.0±992.1） pg/ml）,and higher levels of HMGB1 （（21.2±4.5） vs.（5.4±1.6） ng/ml） and IL-17 （（780.5±261.7） vs.（291.4±76.4） pg/ml） in BALF （all P ＜0.05）.However,there was no significant difference in goblet cell hyperplasia,subepithelial collagen thickness,and airway smooth muscle remodeling between the two *** with control SSA rats,airway hyperresponsiveness,inflammation,and remodeling in SRA rats were less sensitive t

Amputated hand,and paralyzed hand,are diseases not on the conventional list of the hand surgery world,but now have gradually become the new direction for hand surgeons.A good example is the advancements in treating amputations after traumatic injury of the upper *** muscle reinnervation combined with a highly functional bionic arm can greatly compensate for the missing part of the amputated arm[1],which in general satisfies the need for strength and dexterity in daily *** to the classic cortical homunculus first drawn by Penfield,the hand area occupied nearly-one-third of the sensorimotor cortex[2].Thus,interventions with the hands enable the modulation of brain function,providing a solution for brain disorders through skillful utilization of brain *** the recent advancements in neuroscience and biomedical engineering technology,hand surgeons find themselves entering an era with a bigger performance stage than ever *** paralyzed hand,the most common cause is central neurological diseases such as stroke or cerebral palsy,or *** it is more challenging since surgeons should balance spasticity and motor function at the same time,efforts have been made by hand surgeons around the world,such as hyper selective neurectomy,tendon lengthening or transfer to reduce the spasticity and reconstruct the motor function[3].Considering the fact that the number of patients with paralyzed hands is over 10 million,which far exceeds the traditional nerve injury entity,this area is the potential further direction of hand *** this article,we will discuss the opportunities and pitfalls in the combination of hand surgery techniques and brain-computer-interface(BCI)in treating paralyzed hands from the perspective of hand surgery development.

桧木醇酯类衍生物的设计合成及抑菌活性

为了丰富天然单萜桧木醇的结构多样性、拓宽其活性范围,在前期研究的基础上,以桧木醇为先导化合物,设计并合成了15个新型桧木醇羧酸酯类化合物(3)以及20个桧木醇磺酸酯类化合物(异构体5和6)。抑菌活性测定结果表明,大部分目标化合物在50μg/mL下对苹果树腐烂病菌Valsa mali、水稻纹枯病菌Rhizoctonia solani、番茄灰霉病菌Botrytis cinerea及黄瓜炭疽病菌Colletotrichum orbiculare均表现出良好的抑菌活性,其中羧酸酯类衍生物3a、3f、3g、3o对水稻纹枯病菌的EC50值分别为0.96、1.05、1.29和1.88μg/mL,3a、3e、3j对苹果树腐烂病菌的EC50值分别为3.60、3.28和3.48μg/mL,3d、3f、3g对黄瓜炭疽病菌的EC50值分别为0.77、0.51和0.67μg/mL,均优于桧木醇。总体来说,羧酸酯类衍生物的抑菌活性明显优于磺酸酯类衍生物,但磺酸酯类衍生物酯基位置的异构体抑菌活性存在较大差异,构型为1时抑菌活性更好。

Background:Oleanolic acid(OA),a pentacyclic triterpenoid exhibiting speciﬁc anti-cancer properties and highly effective antioxidant activity,was isolated from traditional Chinese medicinal ***,the OA that impacts colon cancer(CC)cells and its underlying mechanisms remain poorly ***:The cytotoxic effect of OA alone or OA-5-Fluorouracil(5-FU)combination on normal and CC cells was analyzed by methyl thiazolyl diphenyl-tetrazolium bromide(MTT).Then,the impact of OA on CC cell lines(LoVo and HT-29)proliferation and stemness were measured using colon formation and tumorsphere formation ***-binding transcription factor 4(Oct4),Prominin-1(CD133),Nanog,and transcription factor SOX-2(SOX2)are cell stemness-related indicators whose expression was assessed usingﬂuorescence qPCR assay,Western blotting,and *** effect of OA on the proliferative potency of CC cells was evaluated using an in vivo ***:The stem-like characteristics and clone production of colon cancer cells were markedly reduced by OA alone or in combination with ***,OA increases the susceptibility of CC cells to 5-FU by blocking the cell stemness-related markers(CD133,Nanog,SOX2,and Oct4)expression levels both in vitro and in vivo,as well as by inactivating the activator of transcription 3(STAT3 signaling)and Janus kinase 2/signal transducer(JAK2).Conclusion:Theseﬁndings imply that oleanolic acid,both in vitro and in vivo,suppresses the JAK2/STAT3 pathway,which in turn reverses chemoresistance and decreases colon cancer cell ***,by reducing the recommended amount of 5-FU,this strategy may improve chemotherapeutic effectiveness and minimize undesired side effects.

Myeloperoxidase antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody(MPO-ANCA)associated vasculitis is an autoimmune disease usually with severe multiple dysfunction syndrome,especially prominent acute renal failure.A 65-year-old woman was admitted with progressive dyspnoea for six months and fever,sputum with blood,pain of the lower extremities and intermittent claudication for two days,indicating multiple organ involvement(respiratory system,blood vessels).The renal involvement was relatively mild,presenting with microscopic *** chest computed tomography demonstrated multiple pulmonary *** and computed tomography angiography for the lower extremity vessels showed venous and arterial *** of other diseases that can cause multiple organ damage and thrombosis,the positive perinuclear ANCA and MPO-ANCA strongly support the diagnosis of MPO-ANAC-associated *** patient’s physical condition has been greatly improved by treatment with corticosteroids and anticoagulation.

The accuracy of RV reducer transmission is mainly affected by the transmission accuracy. Taking the high precision RV-80E reducer as the research object, aiming at its structural characteristics, the rigid-flexible coupling model of RV reducer is established by using ADAMS multi-body dynamics simulation software, and the correctness of the model is verified. At the same time, the rigid-flexible coupling model is used to design several groups of simulation prototypes with different errors, and the influence of different error factors on the transmission accuracy of the whole machine is analyzed by simulation. Finally, through different error factors, it is concluded that the error combination of positive equidistance+negative offset or negative equidistance+positive offset can effectively reduce the influence of transmission error on the transmission accuracy of the whole machine.

A type of SPE-electrode, the SPE-hydrophobic gas diffusing electrode was reported and its characteristics were discussed,The reduction reaction of oxygen was examined at the Nafion-hydrophobic gas diffusing electrode with the counter electrode in contact with 1mol/L H2SO4, 1mol/L NaOH and distilled water, respectively. When contact with H2SO4 the electrode was found to behave just like a conventional gas diffusing electrode facing tree electrolyte, while contact with NaOH, however, the performance of the electrode decayed rapidly in the course of operation and no steady state could be reached. These observations and the results of apparent capacitance measurement reveal that the working electrode interface is the interface between the catalyst and the free electrolyte contained in the catalytic layer and that the electrode performance was seriously influenced by the selective ion-permeability of SPE and liquid phase resistance within the catalytic layer.

建立了气液两相介质单脉冲激光支持爆轰波的数值模型,结合光船边界条件,数值模拟爆轰波及其周围流场的演化过程,分析温度、压力、速度场在爆轰波发生时的变化特性和演化形态。研究表明:有无光船边界在30μs前爆轰波发展趋势基本一致。激光作用结束后,焦点范围处温度压力均达到最大,速度继续上升达到最大后逐渐衰减。温度最大值一直在焦点附近,压力最大值则是在激光作用时出现在中心处,激光作用结束后,转移到波阵面上,而速度最大值发生在冲击波波阵面上。光船模型中,冲击波会与壁面发生耦合作用,冲击波的反射与叠加作用使最大温度中心会向外偏移,压力和速度会在壁面与冲击波边沿接触面的两侧处达到最大值,向内侧逐渐减小。
