生成式人工智能对信息内容治理构成严重挑战。现行以显著标识附随为核心的人工智能生成内容信息披露模式信息承载能力有限,忽略服务提供者以外的其他主体信息披露义务,不利于生成式人工智能安全可控发展。基于对“模型训练—内容生成—信息传播”各阶段信息披露目的与目标受众的考量,人工智能生成内容信息披露要素应包括技术性信息、权利描述信息、人工智能贡献度信息以及警示性信息。在信息披露的程序设定与配套举措上,人工智能生成内容信息披露应根据不同场景需求设置查询式与类权利管理信息式披露模式,明确使用者承担未准确披露的瑕疵责任以及传播平台负有主动标识义务,并加强参与主体间技术互操作性建设,实现人工智能生成内容披露信息的全生命周期管理目标。

目的探讨应用聚乙醇酸(polyglycolic acid,PGA)与羟丙基甲基纤维素(hydroxypropyl methylcellulose,HPMC)复合材料在远端胰腺切除术后缝合中的有效性和安全性。方法选用36只健康成年比格犬,将其随机均分为观察组和对照组,每组各18只行远端胰腺切除手术。观察组实验犬使用PGA+HPMC复合材料进行切口加固;对照组实验犬使用NEOVEIL进行切口加固。术前、术后3 d及解剖前,分别对各组实验犬进行血常规检测。设置2周、4周、8周观察周期,每个观察点各6只动物进行心肝脾肺肾组织学检查、硬组织切片病理诊断等评估,并进行安全性评价。结果观察组和对照组实验犬在术前血常规检测比较差异无统计学意义。重复测量方差分析结果显示,不同时间点的白细胞计数(WBC)(F=14.875,P=0.001)、平均红细胞血红蛋白浓度(MCHC)(F=5.049,P=0.009)、中性粒细胞百分比(Neu%)(F=4.794,P=0.011)、红细胞计数(RBC)(F=6.591,P=0.002)、血红蛋白(HGB)(F=8.154,P=0.001)、红细胞比容(HCT)(F=5.281,P=0.007)、血小板计数(PLT)(F=6.560,P=0.014)、红细胞分布宽度变异系数(RDW-CV)(F=33.950,P=0.039)、淋巴细胞百分比(Lym%)(F=3.299,P=0.043)均值存在差异,但观察组和对照组组间无统计学差异,且时间与组别交互作用对其无显著影响,表明两组实验犬均出现了炎症反应或手术应激。两组实验犬在术后8周的硬组织病理切片评分中,观察组和对照组实验犬的炎症与坏死相关评分、纤维化、修复等相关评分和总分方面差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组实验犬在术后8周的解剖中,均未发现心肝脾肺肾等器官有明显的损伤,也未发现缝合材料残留、胰液渗漏或胰瘘等情况,表明两组缝合材料均已完全被吸收代谢,且切口愈合良好不会对内脏器官造成不良影响。结论PGA与HPMC是一种有效和安全的术后缝合材料,具有良好的生物可降解性、生物相容性、缝合强度和创面愈合质量,可以在远端胰腺切除术后缝合中与传统的可吸收性加固材料相媲美,为其在临床上的应用提供了科学依据。

某核电厂6号机组处于蒸汽发生器冷却器正常停堆模式,运行人员按计划执行汽动辅助给水泵6ASG003PO的功能试验(辅助给水汽动泵以下简称“汽动泵”),主控启动汽动泵后触发电气超速保护跳闸报警信号,核实泵转速最高上涨至9334r/min(超过电气超速保护设定值为9330r/min),汽动泵跳闸,重复执行该试验验证故障依然存在。文章通过故障树分析法开展原因分析,并制订纠正措施以解决汽动泵跳泵异常。

通过研究现有无线矿山压力监测系统中液压支架传感器应用情况,发现普遍存在数据传输不稳定与传感器功耗高问题,为此利用无线Mesh自组网技术设计煤矿液压支架压力传感器,克服数据传输不稳定及功耗高的问题。以STM32L412单片机为核心处理器,定时采集液压支架压力数据,对压力数据进行处理和存储,并控制数据通过无线Mesh网络传输至监测分站,最终到达地面监测系统。设计中将无线Mesh模块唤醒机制与STM32L412单片机低功耗模式结合设计,保证数据传输可靠性同时,兼顾传感器低功耗。经过现场实际应用,所设计的液压支架压力传感器在矿井下环境中数据传输稳定、传感器功耗低,适合煤矿工作面液压支架压力采集监测。

Jellyfish-inspired alginate composite hydrogel filter prepared by macro-micro double bionic strategy for efficient water purification

Recently,research on hydrogel materials with a porous structure and superior water absorption capabilities significantly ***,the hydrogel under gravity-driven separation conditions often exhibit an unstable pore structure,poor mechanical properties,and limited *** this end,this work presents a novel approach that combines a macro-micro double bionic strategy with a triple crosslinking method to develop a multifunctional alginate composite hydrogel filter(2%-SA-κCG-PVA-Ca^(2+),2%-SKP-Ca^(2+)for short)with a stable pore structure and superior mechanical properties,which possessed an umbrella-shaped structure resembling that of *** 2%-SKPCa^(2+)filter was synthesized using polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)as a stable structure-directing agent,and sodium alginate(SA)andκ-carrageenan(κ-CG)as polymer *** distinctive umbrellashaped hydrogel of 2%-SKP-Ca^(2+)filter,formed through the triple crosslinking method,overcomes the limitations of unstable pore structure and poor durability seen in hydrogels prepared by traditional crosslinking ***,the utilization of the 2%-SKP-Ca^(2+)filter in water treatment demonstrates its good selective permeability,excellent resistance to fouling,and extended longevity,which enables it to simultaneously achieve the multifunctional water purification and the coating of multi-substrate anti-fouling ***,not only does this research provide an efficient,multifunctional,highly pollution-resistant preparation method for designing a new filter,but it also confirms the application prospect of the macro-micro dual bionic strategy developed in this study in complex water treatment.

Unraveling engineering disturbance effects on deformation in red-bed mudstone railway cuttings:incorporating crack-facilitated moisture diffusion

Red-bed mudstone, prevalent in southwest China, poses a formidable challenge due to its hydrophilic clay minerals, resulting in expansion, deformation, and cracking upon exposure to moisture. This study addresses uplift deformation disasters in high-speed railways by employing a moisture diffusion-deformation-fracture coupling model based on the finite-discrete element method(FDEM). The model integrates the influence of cracks on moisture diffusion. The investigation into various excavation depths reveals a direct correlation between depth and the formation of tensile cracks at the bottom of the railway cutting. These cracks expedite moisture migration, significantly impacting the temporal and spatial evolution of the moisture field. Additionally, crack expansion dominates hygroscopic deformation, with the lateral coordinate of the crack zone determining peak vertical displacement. Furthermore, key factors influencing deformation in railway cuttings, including the swelling factor and initial moisture content at the bottom of the cutting, are explored. The number of tensile and shear cracks increases with greater excavation depth, particularly concerning shear cracks. Higher swelling factors and initial moisture contents result in an increased total number of cracks, predominantly shear cracks. Numerical calculations provide valuable insights, offering a scientific foundation and directional guidance for the precise prevention, control, prediction, and comprehensive treatment of mudstone-related issues in high-speed railways.

[目的]分离鉴定新疆维吾尔自治区阿拉尔市猪乳源金黄色葡萄球菌,了解其致病性和耐药性。[方法]从阿拉尔市某规模化养殖场收集6份新鲜猪乳样本,采用甘露醇高盐琼脂(MSA)培养基分离乳样中的金黄色葡萄球菌,利用表型鉴定方法及细菌16S rDNA序列分析法对分离到的菌株进行鉴定,检测分离菌株的生物被膜形成能力,利用K-B纸片扩散法进行药物敏感性试验,利用PCR法检测毒力基因和耐药基因。[结果]经分离培养及分子生物学鉴定,从6份乳样中获得2株金黄色葡萄球菌,分离率为33.33%(2/6);2株金黄色葡萄球菌均具有强生物被膜形成能力(+++);2株金黄色葡萄球菌均对利福平敏感,均对青霉素、头孢西丁、四环素、红霉素、替米考星、克林霉素和磺胺甲噁唑耐药;在检测的5种耐药基因中,2株金黄色葡萄球菌均携带ant(4)基因和mecA基因;在检测的20种毒力基因中,共检测到6种毒力基因,其中,2株金黄色葡萄球菌均携带seg、sei、hlb、fnbA、clfA基因,有1株携带hla基因。[结论]该养殖场猪乳源金黄色葡萄球菌生物被膜形成能力强,携带多种毒力基因和耐药基因,表现为多重耐药性。
