The 6-hour lactate clearance rate in predicting 30-day mortality in cardiogenic shock

In perovskite EuTiO_(3),the magnetic characteristics and magnetocaloric effect(MCE) can be flexibly regulated by converting the magnetism from antiferromagnetic to *** the present work,a series of Eu(Ti,Nb,Mn)O_(3) compounds,abbreviated as ETNMO for convenience of description,was fabricated and their crystallography,magnetism together with cryogenic magnetocaloric effects were systematically *** crystallographic results demonstrate the cubic perovskite structure for all the compounds,with the space group of *** magnetic phase transitions are observed in these second-order phase transition(SOPT) *** joint substitution of elements Mn and Nb can considerably manipulate the magnetic phase transition process and magnetocaloric performance of the ETNMO *** the Mn content increases,gradually widened-ΔS_(M)-T curves are obtained,and two peaks with a broad shoulder are observed in the-ΔS_(M)-T curves for Δμ_(0)H≤0-1 *** a field change of 0-5 T,the values of maximum magnetic entropy change(-ΔS_(M)^(max)) and refrigeration capacity(RC) are evaluated to be 34.7 J/(kg·K) and 364.9 J/kg for EuTi_(O.8625)Nb_(0.0625)Mn_(0.075)O_(3), 27.8 J/(kg·K) and367.6 J/kg for EuTi_(0.8375)Nb_(0.0625)Mn_(0.1)O_(3),23.2 J/(kg·K) and 369.2 J/kg for EuTi_(0.8125)Nb_(0.0625)Mn_(0.125)O_(3),17.1 J/(kg·K) and 357.6 J/kg for EuTi_(0.7875)Nb_(0.0625)Mn_(0.15)O_(3),*** co nsiderable MCE parameters make the ETNMO compounds potential candidates for cryogenic magnetic refrigeration.

Cu/Mo2C synthesized through Anderson-type polyoxometalates modulate interfacial water structure to achieve hydrogen evolution at high current density

The development of efficient non-precious metal catalysts is important for the large-scale application of alkaline hydrogen evolution reaction(HER).Here,we synthesized a composite catalyst of Cu and Mo_(2)C(Cu/Mo_(2)C)using Anderson-type polyoxometalates(POMs)synthesized by the facile soaking method as *** electronic interaction between Cu and Mo_(2)C drives the positive charge of Cu,alleviating the strong adsorption of hydrogen at the Mo site by modulating the d-band center of Mo_(2)*** studying the interfacial water structure using in situ attenuated total reflection surface-enhanced infrared absorption spectroscopy(ATR-SEIRAS),we determined that the positively charged Cu crystals have the function of activating water molecules and optimizing the interfacial water *** interfacial water of Cu/Mo_(2)C contains a large amount of free water,which could facilitate the transport of reaction *** to activated water molecules and optimized interfacial water structure and hydrogen adsorption energy,the overpotential of Cu/Mo_(2)C is 24 mV at a current density of 10 mA·cm^(-2) and 178 mV at a current density of 1000 mA·cm^(-2).This work improves catalyst performance in terms of interfacial water structure optimization and deepens the understanding of water-mediated catalysis.

Understanding how summer warming inﬂuences the parent and daughter shoot production in a perennial clonal grass is vital for comprehending the response of grassland productivity to global ***,we conducted a simulated experiment using potted Leymus chinensis,to study the relationship between the photosynthetic activ-ity of parent shoots and the production of daughter shoots under a whole(90 days)summer warming scenario(+3°C).The results showed that the biomass of parents and buds decreased by 25.52%and 33.45%,respectively,under warming *** reduction in parent shoot biomass due to warming directly resulted from decreased leaf area(18.03%),chlorophyll a(18.27%),chlorophyll b(29.21%)content,as well as a reduction in net photosynthetic rate(7.32%)and the maximum quantum efﬁciency of photosystem II(PSII)photochemistry(4.29%).The decline in daughter shoot biomass was linked to a decrease in daughter shoot number(33.33%)by ***,the number of belowground buds increased by 46.43%.The results indicated that long-term summer warming reduces biomass accumulation in parent shoot by increasing both limitation of stoma and ***,the parent shoot allocates relatively more biomass to the belowground organs to maintain the survival and growth of ***,buds,as a potential aboveground population,could remedy for the cur-rent loss of parent shoot density by increasing the number of future daughter shoots if summer warming subsides.

严酷的气动力和气动热环境是制约高超声速飞行器发展的两个重要因素,如何高效地降低高超声速飞行过程中的阻力和热流一直是设计者们追求的目标。为此,本文提出了一种结合后向射流和根部逆向射流的双射流激波针新构型。数值模拟研究发现:该构型能够利用后向射流产生的反作用力削减逆向射流附加阻力对减阻效果的影响,因此与无射流和单一射流方案相比,双射流激波针的流场结构显著改变,减阻降热效果极大提高。此外,增大激波针的长径比(L/D)有利于提高双射流激波针的减阻效果,但会使降热性能有所下降:在本文研究中,当激波针长径比从1增大到4时,结构的总阻力系数降低了71.9%,而钝体总热流增大了13.7倍。同时,增大射流总压比PR可以显著降低壁面热流:当逆向射流总压比(P_(R,o))或后向射流总压比(P_(R,r))大于0.4时,钝体壁面的热流极低并开始出现负值;然而,阻力系数随P_(R,o)和P_(R,r)的变化趋势恰好相反,随着P_(R,o)从0.2增大到0.5,由于逆向射流附加阻力的影响,结构总阻力系数增大了66.7%,而得益于后向射流的推力作用,结构总阻力系数则降低了59.3%。

The star-forming clumps in star-bursting dwarf galaxies provide valuable insights into understanding the evolution of dwarf *** this paper,we focus on five star-bursting dwarf galaxies featuring off-centered clumps in the Mapping Nearby Galaxies at Apache Point Observatory *** the stellar population synthesis software Fitting Analysis using Differential evolution Optimization,we obtain the spatially resolved distribution of the star formation history,which allows us to construct the g-band images of the five galaxies at different *** images can help us to probe the evolution of the morphological structures of these *** images of a stellar population older than 1 Gyr are typically smooth,images of a stellar population younger than 1 Gyr reveal significant clumps,including multiple clumps which appear at different locations and even different *** study the evolutionary connections of these five galaxies to other dwarf galaxies before their star-forming clumps appear,we construct the images of the stellar populations older than three age nodes,and define them to be the images of the"host"*** find that the properties such as the central surface brightness and the effective radii of the hosts of the five galaxies are in between those of dwarf ellipticals(dEs)and dwarf irregulars(dIrrs),with two clearly more similar to dEs and one more similar to *** the five galaxies,8257-3704 is particularly interesting,as it shows a previous starburst event that is not quite visible from its gri image,but only visible from images of the stellar population at a few hundred million *** star-forming clump associated with this event may have appeared at around 600 Myr ago and disappeared at around 40 Myr ago.

为解决低温高湿环境中超疏水表面防霜失效问题,通过超疏水表面粗糙基底灌注润滑油方法制作了超滑表面,并对其润湿特性和微观形貌进行了表征.设计并搭建了防冰霜系统和竖直融霜试验测试平台,对超滑表面、超疏水表面和纯铜表面的动态结霜和融霜过程进行了研究.结果表明:超滑表面可在基底多孔的粗糙结构中形成动态油膜层,能够有效减少霜晶形核吸附,防止“冰桥”形成,霜波传递速度与结霜质量均显著低于超疏水表面和纯铜表面,展现了优异的抑霜性能;在竖直融霜排液过程中,测试表面融霜效率与结霜质量呈正相关,超滑表面融霜水残留质量及表面覆盖率略高于超疏水表面,但远低于纯铜表面,具有良好的融霜排液效果.

甲泼尼龙冲击治疗总剂量对视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病相关视神经炎患者最佳矫正视力和治疗后复发次数的影响

目的观察静脉注射甲泼尼龙(IVMP)冲击治疗总剂量对视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病相关视神经炎(NMOSD-ON)患者最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、治疗后复发次数的影响。方法回顾性临床研究。2020年3月至2023年2月在山西省眼科医院检查确诊的NMOSD-ON患者23例27只眼纳人研究。所有患眼均采用国际标准视力表行BCVA检查,统计时换算为最小分辨角对数(logMAR)视力。所有患者采用基于细胞检测技术的间接免疫荧光法行血清水通道蛋白4抗体(AQP4-IgG)检测。依据中国视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病诊断与治疗指南(2021版)给予患者IVMP冲击治疗。其中,给予1000、500mg/d的IVMP冲击治疗分别为18、5例,连续3~5d,其后酌情减量为500mg/d或250mg/d,连续2~3d。治疗过程中IVMP冲击总剂量平均为4500mg(1500~5250mg)。将初始、治疗后BCVA分为≤0.1、>0.1~0.1~0.1~4500mg者BCVA提高眼数较总剂量≤4500mg者少,差异均有统计学意义(Z=-2.449、-2.904、-2.485、-2.286,P=0.014、0.004、0.013、0.022)。Logistic回归分析结果显示,初始BCVA≤0.1、IVMP冲击总剂量越高,治疗后获得BCVA≥0.5的可能性更低(比值比=0.069、0.899,95%可信区间0.010~0.463、0.798~0.998,P=0.006,0.020)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,△logMARBCVA与IVMP冲击总剂量呈负相关(r_(s)=-0.472,P=0.013)。不同总剂量IVMP冲击治疗后,复发次数比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论与IVMP总剂量>4500mg比较,IVMP总剂量≤4500mg能获得更好的BCVA预后;IVMP总剂量对治疗后复发次数无影响。
