本试验旨在研究添加不同水平复合菌酶制剂对肉牛体外瘤胃发酵特性、纤维素降解酶活性和菌群的影响。试验在基础全混合日粮(TMR)中分别添加0[对照组(CON组)]、0.3(D1组)、0.6(D2组)、1.2(D3组)和2.4 g/kg(D4组)复合菌酶制剂作为发酵底物,选取3头健康西门塔尔牛作为瘤胃液供体动物,体外发酵48 h。结果表明:1)D3组6、12、24和48 h产气量、产气速率以及干物质(6 h除外)、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)降解率显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。D3组和D4组12和48 h甲烷(CH_(4))产量显著低于CON组(P<0.05)。2)与CON组相比,体外发酵48 h时,D3组丁酸比例显著提高(P<0.05),各复合菌酶制剂添加组氨态氮(NH_(3)-N)浓度和乙酸比例显著提高(P<0.05)。D3组总挥发性脂肪酸(TVFA)浓度显著高于其他各组(P<0.05)。3)D3组纤维素酶、β-葡聚糖酶、木聚糖酶和果胶酶活性显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。4)2bRAD-M瘤胃菌群测定结果表明,D3组Simpson指数显著高于CON组(P<0.05)。通过线性判别分析效应大小(LEfSe)对组间差异物种进行分析,筛选出2组在不同分类水平上的显著差异物种共11种,其中普通拟杆菌属(Cryptobacteroides)、解琥珀酸菌属(Succiniclasticum)等在CON组中富集,琥珀酸弧菌属(Succinivibrio)、毛螺菌科(Lachnospiraceae)等在D3组中富集。体外瘤胃发酵参数与优势菌属相对丰度相关性分析结果表明,琥珀酸弧菌属相对丰度与丁酸比例以及TVFA和NH_(3)-N浓度显著正相关(P<0.05),而解琥珀酸菌属相对丰度与乙酸比例以及TVFA和NH_(3)-N浓度呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。综上所述,在体外发酵条件下,添加1.2 g/kg TMR的复合菌酶制剂可以提高产气量和营养物质降解率,降低CH_(4)产量,提高纤维素降解酶活性,提高琥珀酸弧菌属相对丰度,降低解琥珀酸菌属相对丰度。

The effect of chromium content on the fundamental mechanical properties of Fe-Cr alloys has been studied by first-principles calculations. Within a random solid solution model, the lattice constants and the elastic constants of ferromagnetic bcc Fel-xCrx （04 x 40.156） alloys were calculated for different compositions. With addition of Cr content, the lattice parameters of Fe-Cr alloys are larger than that of pure Fe solid, and the corresponding Young＇s modulus and shear modulus rise non- monotonically with the increasing Cr content. All alloys （except 9.4 at% Cr） exhibit less ductile behavior compared with pure bcc Fe. For the Fel-xCrx （04 x 40.156） alloys, the average magnetic moment per atom decreases linearly with the increasing Cr concentration.

Program slicing can be effectively used to debug, test, analyze, understand and maintain objectoriented software. In this paper, a new slicing model is proposed to slice Java programs based on their inherent hierarchical feature. The main idea of hierarchical slicing is to slice programs in a stepwise way, from package level, to class level, method level, and finally up to statement level. The stepwise slicing algorithm and the related graph reachability algorithms are presented, the architecture of the Java program Analyzing TOol (JATO) based on hierarchical slicing model is provided, the applications and a small case study are also discussed. The aging precipitation behavior of beta phase in two kinds of alloys with7/3 and 9/1 ssickel4o-iron ratios during aging at 800 deg C after deformation was studied. Theresults show that there are two different kinds of aging hardness variation mechanisms (thesoftening mechanism and the hardening mechanism) deciding the hardness variations of the *** Ni/Fe is smaller than8/2, there is only the softening mechanism which results from the decreasing of dislocation densityand recovery or re-crystallization. And when NI/Fe is greater than 8/2 besides the softeningmechanism there is still the hardening mechanism that is induced by the precipitation of beta phase.

Deep Model Compression for Mobile Platforms:A Survey

Despite the rapid development of mobile and embedded hardware, directly executing computationexpensive and storage-intensive deep learning algorithms on these devices’ local side remains constrained for sensory data analysis. In this paper, we first summarize the layer compression techniques for the state-of-theart deep learning model from three categories: weight factorization and pruning, convolution decomposition, and special layer architecture designing. For each category of layer compression techniques, we quantify their storage and computation tunable by layer compression techniques and discuss their practical challenges and possible improvements. Then, we implement Android projects using TensorFlow Mobile to test these 10 compression methods and compare their practical performances in terms of accuracy, parameter size, intermediate feature size,computation, processing latency, and energy consumption. To further discuss their advantages and bottlenecks,we test their performance over four standard recognition tasks on six resource-constrained Android ***, we survey two types of run-time Neural Network(NN) compression techniques which are orthogonal with the layer compression techniques, run-time resource management and cost optimization with special NN architecture,which are orthogonal with the layer compression techniques.

The microstructural evolution of pearlite during severe cold rolling in Fe-0.8C binary alloy and Fe-1Mn-0.8C ternary alloys was investigated by using SEM, TEM and XRD etc. The results show that the deformed pearlite consists of irregularly bent lamella, coarse lamella with shear-band and fine lamella. As the rolling reduction increases, the proportion of fine lamella increases. The strong plastic deformation, amorphization and dissolution of cementite take place during the severe cold rolling. The maximum carbon content in ferrite reaches 0.15 mass% after 90% cold rolling.

The free vibration analysis of cracked thin plates via a quasi-convex coupled isogeometric-meshfree method is *** formulation employs the consistently coupled isogeometric-meshfree strategy where a mixed basis vector of the convex B-splines is used to impose the consistency conditions throughout the whole problem ***,the rigid body modes related to the mixed basis vector and reproducing conditions are also *** mixed basis vector simultaneously offers the consistent isogeometric-meshfree coupling in the coupled region and the quasi-convex property for the meshfree shape functions in the meshfree region,which is particularly attractive for the vibration *** quasi-convex meshfree shape functions mimic the isogeometric basis function as well as offer the meshfree nodal arrangement ***,this approach is exploited to study the free vibration analysis of cracked plates,in which the plate geometry is exactly represented by the isogeometric basis functions,while the cracks are discretized by meshfree nodes and highly smoothing approximation is invoked in the rest of the problem *** efficacy of the present method is illustrated through several numerical examples.

We study the fringe visibility and the which-path information(WPI) of a general Mach-Zehnder interferometer with an asymmetric beam splitter(BS). A minimum error measurement in the detector is used to extract the WPI. Both the fringe visibility V and the WPI I_(path) are affected by the initial state of the photon and the second asymmetric BS. The condition in which the WPI takes the maximum is obtained. The complementarity relationship V^2 + I_(path)~2 ≤ 1 is found, and the conditions for equality are also presented.
