This paper describes a systematic study on the fundamental features of seismic soil pressure on underground tunnels, in terms of its magnitude and distribution, and further identifi es the dominant factors that signifi cantly infl uence the seismic soil pressure. A tunnel embedded in water-saturated poroelastic half-space is considered, with a large variety of model and excitation parameters. The primary features of both the total soil pressure and the pore pressure are investigated. Taking a circular tunnel as an example, the results are presented using a fi nite element-indirect boundary element(FE-IBE) method, which can account for dynamic soil-tunnel interaction and solid frame-pore water coupling. The effects of tunnel stiffness, tunnel buried depth and input motions on the seismic soil pressure and pore pressure are also examined. It is shown that the most crucial factors that dominate the magnitude and distribution of the soil pressure are the tunnel stiffness and dynamic soil-tunnel interaction. Moreover, the solid frame-pore water coupling has a prominent infl uence on the magnitude of the pore pressure. The fi ndings are benefi cial to obtain insight into the seismic soil pressure on underground tunnels, thus facilitating more accurate estimation of the seismic soil pressure.

目的:研究朱氏头皮针结合康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者上肢功能恢复的作用。方法:符合纳入标准的106例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分成观察组与对照组,分别使用朱氏头皮针结合康复训练和单纯康复训练进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗后FMA-UE评分、AROM、Barthel指数、EMG波幅和并发症的情况。结果:治疗后观察组的FMA-UE和AROM明显高于对照组,Barthel指数和EMG波幅明显优于对照组,具有显著性差异(P<0.05);观察组和对照组治疗1个月后的并发症发生率分别为18.87%和32.07%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:朱氏头皮针与康复训练相结合可以显著改善偏瘫患者上肢运动功能障碍,提高临床疗效,减少并发症发生。

对数动态骨架本构以对数函数作为骨架曲线,引入“修正动骨架曲线”和“阻尼比退化系数”的概念,考虑试验阻尼对滞回曲线的影响,实现试验阻尼和滞回阻尼在数学上自洽的非线性动力本构。该本构只适用于一维土层场地时域非线性地震反应分析。基于对数动态骨架本构函数关系式,给出对数动态骨架参数的求解方法,并推导出加卸载曲线的时变切线剪切模量。通过ABAQUS软件的操作平台和等效剪应变算法,开发了基于对数动态骨架本构模型的显式子程序模块,该模型适用于二维和三维土层场地非线性地震反应分析。选取含软弱淤泥质土层场地作为计算模型,将从基岩输入不同加速度峰值的EI centro地震动的数值模拟结果进行对比,验证可考虑土体阻尼效应的对数动态骨架本构以及开发子程序的合理性和可用性。

This paper considers the unusual behavior of functionally graded materials/structures when the surface effect is involved. It is found that on the assumption that the surface energy is not positive semi-definite, the solution can be non-unique. Several examples are given for simple spherically-symmetric and axisymmetric FGM bodies with surface effects characterized by Gurtin-Murdoch surface elasticity. The results show that the conditions for non-uniqueness of solution emerge when the magnitude of negative effective surface modulus is of the order of a characteristic dimension of the problem multiplied by the bulk modulus near the surface, which is quite different from that for homogeneous materials.

Flow-induced vibration(FIV)of four separately mounted cantilever cylinders are experimentally investigated in a water *** four cylinders with top ends screwed vertically into a turntable platform are subjected to uniform flows with Reynolds number ranging from 3840 to 16520.A non-intrusive measurement with high-speed cameras is employed to simultaneously capture the time-varying in-line and cross-flow vibrations in the reduced velocity range of *** results highlight the continuous adjustment of flow regime caused by the spatial-temporal alteration of ***,the space-time varying flow interference contributes to the occurrence of multiple response *** transition from a dominant frequency to a broad-band response illustrates the enhancement of wake *** combination of wake flow interactions results in the irregular oscillation trajectories and the appearance of a response trough with the associated switching in vortex shedding *** dual-resonance phenomenon is observed in the four cylinders due to the complicated wake-structure *** greatest mechanical energy possessed by the four cylinders in an in-line square arrangement is mainly resulted from the downstream cylinders,signifying the positive role of wake excitation in extracting hydrokinetic energy from ambient flow.

Control factors of partial nitritation for landfill leachate treatment

Anaerobic ammonium oxidation （ANAMMOX） technology has potential technical superiority and economical efficiency for the nitrogen removal from landfill leachate, which contains high-strength ammonium nitrogen （NH4^＋-N） and refractory organics. To complete the ANAMMOX process, a preceding partial nitritation step to produce the appropriate ratio of nitrite/ammonium is a key stage. The objective of this study was to determine the optimal conditions to acquire constant partial nitritation for landfill leachate treatment, and a bench scale fixed bed bio-film reactor was used in this study to investigate the effects of the running factors on the partial nitritation. The results showed that both the dissolved oxygen （DO） concentration and the ammonium volumetric loading rate （Nv） had effects on the partial nitritation. In the controlling conditions with a temperature of 30±1℃, Nv of 0.2-1.0 kg NH4＋-N/（m^3·d）, and DO concentration of 0.8-2.3 mg/L, the steady partial nitritation was achieved as follows： more than 94% partial nitritation efficiency （nitrite as the main product）, 60%-74% NH4^＋-N removal efficiency, and NO2^--N/NH4^＋-N ratio （concentration ratio） of 1.0-1.4 in the *** impact of temperature was related to Nv at certain DO concentration, and the temperature range of 25-30℃ was suitable for treating high strength ammonium leachate. Ammonium-oxidizing bacteria （AOB） could be acclimated to higher FA （free ammonium） in the range of 122-224 mg/L. According to the denaturing gradient gel electrophoresis analysis result of the bio-film in the reactor, there were 25 kinds of 16S rRNA gene fragments, which indicated that abundant microbial communities existed in the bio-film, although high concentrations of ammonium and FA may inhibit the growth of the nitrite-oxidizing bacteria （NOB） and other microorganisms in the reactor.
