Surface acoustic wave(SAW) resonators with an ultrahigh Q-factor are designed and fabricated on silicon-based gallium nitride(GaN/Si). The temperature-dependent performance is characterized over a wide range, from 10 to 500 K. Finite element analysis is employed to guide the design of the SAW resonator from indications of the Rayleigh mode and weak propagation direction dependence of SAW in the c-plane of GaN/Si. The SAW resonator with 100 pairs of interdigital transducers(IDT), 100 pairs of grating reflectors(GR) for each side, aperture size of 80 μm, metallization ratio of 0.5, and electrode width of 500 nm resonates at 1.9133 GHz accordingly with an ultrahigh Q-factor of 7622 at room temperature, which contributes the fr× Qr, up to 14.583×1012Hz. A resonator operating over 10 to 500 K indicates an approximately linear decreasing temperature dependence above 280 K while being approximately constant below 40 K. The fitting to resonator characteristics using the modified Butterworth Van Dyke(m BVD) model reveals a reduction in both the electrode and mechanical losses while worsening the dielectric loss with cooling down.

BACKGROUND Application of indocyanine green(ICG)fluorescence has led to new developments in gastrointestinal ***,little is known about the use of ICG for the diagnosis of postoperative gut leakage(GL).In addition,there is a lack of rapid and intuitive methods to definitively diagnose postoperative *** To investigate the effect of ICG in the diagnosis of anastomotic leakage in a surgical rat GL model and evaluate its diagnostic value in colorectal surgery *** Sixteen rats were divided into two groups:GL group(n=8)and sham group(n=8).Approximately 0.5 mL of ICG(2.5 mg/mL)was intravenously injected *** peritoneal fluid was collected for the fluorescence test at 24 and 48 *** patients with rectal cancer who had undergone laparoscopic rectal cancer resection plus enterostomies were injected with 10 mL of ICG(2.5 mg/mL)on postoperative day *** ostomy fluids were collected 24 h after ICG injection to identify the possibility of the ICG excreting from the peripheral veins to the enterostomy *** who had undergone colectomy or rectal cancer resection were enrolled in the diagnostic *** peritoneal fluids from drainage were collected 24 h after ICG *** ICG fluorescence test was conducted using OptoMedic endoscopy along with a near-infrared fluorescent imaging *** The peritoneal fluids from the GL group showed ICG-dependent green fluorescence in contrast to the sham *** samples of ostomy fluids showed green fluorescence,indicating the possibility of ICG excreting from the peripheral veins to the enterostomy stoma in *** peritoneal fluid ICG test exhibited a sensitivity of 100%and a specificity of 83.3%for the diagnosis of *** positive predictive value was 71.4%,while the negative predictive value was 100%.The likelihood ratios were 6.0 for a positive test result and 0 for a negative *** The postoperative ICG test in a drainage tube is a valuable and simple t

In core-shell silver nanoclusters, the control of core structure presents a more formidable challenge compared to that of the shell structure. Here, we report the successful synthesis and characterization of four distinct silver thiolate nanoclusters [MS4@Ag12@Ag46S24（dppb）12]（M = Mo or W）, each incorporating a cup-like [MS4@Ag12]2+kernel. These nanoclusters were meticulously prepared using（NH4）2Mo S4or（NH4）2WS4as both a template and a controlled source of S2-ions. Remarkably, we have observed a unique configuration within these eight-electron superatomic Ag58nanoclusters, where the zerovalent Ag atoms reside exclusively within the inner [MS4@Ag12]2+kernel. This stands in contrast to other superatomic clusters possessing an Ag（0） core. Notably, the introduction of phenyl-containing compounds during the synthesis process induced a transformation in the space group symmetry from C2/c to I 4ˉ. This transformative effect was found to originate from the interplay between adjacent 1,4-bis（diphenylphosphino）butane（dppb） ligands, which facilitated enhanced emission through aggregationinduced intermolecular interactions, specifically C-H···π interactions. Collectively, our findings contribute substantively to the understanding of the intricate relationship between nanocluster structures and their corresponding properties, shedding light on the crucial roles played by templates and diphosphine ligands in this context.

The seed storage materials accumulate during seed development,and are essential for seed germination and seedling *** we employed two bi-parental populations of an F2:3 population developed from a cross of improved 220(I220,small seeds with low starch)and PH4CV(large seeds with high starch),as well as recombinant-inbred lines(RILs)of X178(high starch)and its improved introgression line I178(low starch),to identify the genes that control seed storage *** identified a total of 12 QTLs for starch,protein and oil,which explained 3.44-10.79%of the phenotypic *** them,qSTA2-1 identified in F2:3 and qSTA2-2 identified in the RILs partially overlapped at an interval of 7.314-9.554 Mb,and they explained 3.44-10.21%of the starch content variation,so they were selected for further *** mapping of qSTA2-2 with the backcrossed populations of ^(I220)/PH4CV in each generation narrowed it down to a 199.7 kb interval that contains 14 open reading frames(ORFs).Transcriptomic analysis of developing seeds from the near-isogenic lines(NILs)of ^(I220)/PH4CV(BC_(5)F_(2))showed that only 11 ORFs were expressed in 20 days after pollination(DAP)*** of them were upregulated and six of them were downregulated in NIL^(I220),and the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between NIL^(I220) and NIL^(PH4CV) were enriched in starch metabolism,hormone signal transduction and glycosaminoglycan *** the eleven NIL^(I220) differential expressed ORFs,ORF4(Zm00001d002260)and ORF5(Zm00001d002261)carry 75%protein sequence similarity,both encodes an glycolate oxidase,were the possible candidates of *** analysis and validation indicated that mutation of the qSTA2-2 locus resulted in the dysfunction of ABA accumulation,the embryo/endosperm ratio and the starch and hormone levels.

Objective To identify nivolumab resistance-related genes in patients with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma(HNSCC)using single-cell and bulk RNA-sequencing *** The single-cell and bulk RNA-sequencing data downloaded from the Gene Expression Omnibus database were analyzed to screen out differentially expressed genes(DEGs)between nivolumab resistant and nivolumab sensitive patients using R *** Least Absolute Shrinkage Selection Operator(LASSO)regression and Recursive Feature Elimination(RFE)algorithm were performed to identify key genes associated with nivolumab *** enrichment of DEGs was analyzed with Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes *** relationships of key genes with immune cell infiltration,differentation trajectory,dynamic gene expression profiles,and ligand-receptor interaction were *** We found 83 *** were mainly enriched in T-cell differentiation,PD-1 and PD-L1 checkpoint,and T-cell receptor *** six key genes identified using machine learning algorithms,only PPP1R14A gene was differentially expressed between the nivolumab resistant and nivolumab sensitive groups both before and after immunotherapy(P0,P<0.05),lower differentiation of infiltrated immune cells(P<0.05),and a higher degree of interaction between HLA and CD4(P<0.05).Conclusions PPP1R14A gene is closely associated with resistance to nivolumab in HNSCC ***,PPP1R14A may be a target to ameliorate nivolumab resistance of HNSCC patients.

A time-synchronization strategy for packetized transmission of target position about a large-aperture telescope observation control system has been proposed in this *** with the existing telescope tracking strategy,the target position packing and sending strategy based on the time synchronization method proposed in this paper has the advantages of high stability and ***,the telescope tracking observation control method was elaborated in this paper,including the motion pattern during telescope ***,the strategy for packetizes transmission of target positions based on time-synchronization is established and lists the detailed ***,the performance of the tracking strategy is verified using the 2.5 m telescope for the simulated uniform speed star and the blind-tracking fixed star HIP 31216,*** test results show that the accuracy root mean square of the tracking strategy proposed in this paper is less than 0".02 at 30 minutes,and the performance is much better than the design requirement of 0".*** most important advantage of this tracking strategy is that the telescope can guarantee normal tracking for a certain period of time even if the hardware or software of the host computer is abnormal.

Gas therapy(GT)combined with photodynamic therapy(PDT)is an effective strategy to compensate for the PDT limitation caused by the hypoxic tumor microenvironment,which can greatly improve PDT *** uncontrolled leakage of gas molecules during delivery seriously hinders its practical biological ***,we report a multifunction nanomedicine that enables precise gas therapy(including carbon monoxide(CO)release and H_(2)S depletion)using a multi-parameter-induced activation gas release strategy,enlarging the PDT *** nanomedicine uses a disulfide bond to covalently link a photosensitizer with the CO donor 3-hydroxyflavone(3-HF).The disulfide bond can be specifically consumed in H_(2)S-rich tumor areas,releasing the CO donor(3-HF),and also depleting H_(2)*** importantly,the photo-controlled production of^(1)O_(2)can induce 3-HF precise release of CO in the tumor *** H_(2)S,light,and^(1)O_(2)multi-parameter-induced activation of gas release strategy ensures the accuracy of GT to amplify PDT *** expected,in vitro and in vivo investigations show that GT makes up for the PDT limitation,exhibiting the highest tumor therapeutic *** multi-parameter-activated design strategy provides a new way to improve the precision and efficacy of multimodal synergistic therapy of tumors.

The 2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl(Hmb)backbone modification can prevent amide bond-mediated sidereactions(e.g.,aspartimide formation,peptide aggregation)by installing the removable Hmb group into a peptide bond,thus improving the synthesis of long and challenging peptides and ***,its use is largely precluded by the limited Hmb’s installation *** this report,an improved installation of Hmb(iHmb)method was developed to achieve the flexible installation and the convenient removal of *** iHmb method involves two critical steps:(1)oxidative diazotization of the readily installed 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-5-amino-benzyl(Hmab)to give 2-hydroxy-4-methoxy-5-diazonium-benzyl(Hmdab)by combining soamyl nitrite(IAN)/HBF_(4),and(2)reductive elimination of Hmdab to give the desired Hmb by 1,2-ethanedithiol(EDT).The iHmb method enables the installation of Hmb at any primary amino acid including the highly sterically hindered amino acids(e.g.,valine and isoleucine).The practicality and utility of the iHmb method was demonstrated by one-shot solid-phase synthesis of a challenging aspartimide-prone peptide,the mirror-image version of a hydrophobic peptide and a long-chain peptide up to ***,the iHmb method can be utilized to facilitate chemical protein ligation,as exemplified by the synthesis of the single-spanning membrane protein *** iHmb method expands the toolkit for peptide synthesis and ligation and facilitates the preparation of peptides/proteins.
