YBa2Cu3O7-x(YBCO) films were fabricated on an LAO substrate using the trifluoroacetic acid-metal organic deposition(TFA-MOD) method and the effects of the humidity and heat treatment temperatures on the microstructure,degree of texture and critical properties of the films were *** order to understand the combined effects of the humidity and the calcining and firing temperatures on critical properties,heat-treatment was performed at various temperatures with the other processing variables *** films were calcined at 400-430 ℃ and fired at 750-800 ℃ in a 0-12.1% humidified Ar-O2 *** texture was determined by pole-figure *** amount of the BaF2 phase was effectively reduced and a sharp and strong biaxial texture was formed under a humidified atmosphere,which led to increased critical *** addition,the microstructure varied significantly with firing temperature but changed little with calcining *** highest IC of 40 A/cm-width,which corresponds to JC value of 1.8 MA/cm2,was obtained for the films fired at 775 ℃(in 12.1% humidity) after calcining at 400-430 ℃.It is likely that the highest IC value is due to the formation of a more pure YBCO phase,c-axis grains,and a denser microstructure.

A superresolution imaging approach that localizes very small targets,such as red blood cells or droplets of injected photoacoustic dye,has significantly improved spatial resolution in various biological and medical imaging ***,this superior spatial resolution is achieved by sacrificing temporal resolution because many raw image frames,each containing the localization target,must be superimposed to form a sufficiently sampled high-density superresolution ***,we demonstrate a computational strategy based on deep neural networks(DNNs)to reconstruct high-density superresolution images from far fewer raw image *** localization strategy can be applied for both 3D label-free localization optical-resolution photoacoustic microscopy(OR-PAM)and 2D labeled localization photoacoustic computed tomography(PACT).For the former,the required number of raw volumetric frames is reduced from tens to fewer than *** the latter,the required number of raw 2D frames is reduced by 12 ***,our proposed method has simultaneously improved temporal(via the DNN)and spatial(via the localization method)resolutions in both label-free microscopy and labeled ***-learning powered localization PA imaging can potentially provide a practical tool in preclinical and clinical studies requiring fast temporal and fine spatial resolutions.

The present study was conducted to test whether the dietary supplementation of β-mannanase affects amino acids(AA) digestibility,metabolizable energy(ME) contents of corn,wheat,soybean meal,distillers dried grains with solubles,and palm kernel meal(PKM),nutrient digestibility,and growth performance of *** Exp.1,22 cannulated pigs were used for 10 dietary treatments including 5 feed ingredients and 2 β-mannanase concentrations(0 and 0.5 g/kg of the diet) in 6 periods in an incomplete Latin square design to determine the AA and energy *** Exp.2,200 growing pigs were randomly allotted to 4 treatments with 2 nutrient levels(high and low) and 2 concentrations of β-mannanase(2×2 factorial arrangement) in 2 phases(phase 1,d 0 to 21;and phase 2,d 22 to 42).In Exp.1,β-mannanase increased the mean standardized ileal digestibility(SID) of AA in all feed *** amount of digestible energy was increased(P <0.05) in β-mannanase-treated *** fed β-mannanase showed a greater(P <0.05) digestibility of gross energy(GE).The feed-to-gain(F:G) ratio was improved(P <0.01) in pigs fed high-nutrient *** fed β-mannanase in the diets had greater(P <0.05) average daily gain and F:*** phase 2,the concentration of fecal ammonia was decreased(P <0.05) in pigs fed β-*** the 2 experiments,it can be concluded that β-mannanase increases the SID of AA,which has to be considered in balancing the rations.

Tetrahedral amorphous carbon(ta‐C)has emerged as an excellent coating material for improving the reliability of application components under high normal ***,we present the results of our investigations regarding the mechanical and tribological properties of a 2‐μm‐thick multilayer ta‐C coating on high‐speed steel *** composed of alternating soft and hard layers are fabricated using filtered a cathodic vacuum arc with alternating substrate bias voltages(0 and 100 V or 0 and 150 V).The thickness ratio is discovered to be 1:3 for the sp2‐rich and sp3‐rich *** results show that the hardness and elastic modulus of the multilayer ta‐C coatings increase with the sp3 content of the hard *** hardness reached approximately 37 GPa,whereas an improved toughness and a higher adhesion strength(>29 N)are *** friction performance(μ=0.07)of the multilayer coating is similar to that of the single layer ta‐C thick coating,but the wear rate(0.13×10^(–6) mm^(3)/(N∙m))improved under a high load of 30 *** further demonstrate the importance of the multilayer structure in suppressing crack propagation and increasing the resistance to plastic deformation(H3/E2)ratio.

Background: Conditional survival(CS) has been established as a clinically relevant prognostic factor for cancer survivors, and the CS in gallbladder(GB) cancer has not yet been fully evaluated. In this study, we evaluated the cancerspecific CS rate and cancer-specific survival(CSS) rate in patients with GB cancer at multiple time points and investigated prognostic factors which affect cancer-specific CS rate to provide more accurate survival ***: Between 2004 and 2013, a total of 9760 patients with GB cancer were identified from the Surveillance,Epidemiology, and End Results(SEER) data. The 3-year cancer-specific CS rate was calculated using the covariateadjusted survival function in the Cox model for each year since diagnosis, and the results were analyzed together with the adjusted CSS rates at the same time points. Cox proportional hazards regression was performed to ascertain the individual contribution of factors associated with CSS rate at diagnosis and cancer-specific CS rates at 1,3, and 5 years after ***: The adjusted 5-year CSS rate was 26.1 %. The adjusted 3-year cancer-specific CS rates at 1,2,3,4, and 5 years after diagnosis were 55.5,72.2,81.5,86.8, and 90.5%, respectively. At the time of diagnosis, age, race, histology, grade,T, N, and M categories, surgery, radiotherapy, insurance status, and marriage status were significant prognostic factors of CSS. Five years after diagnosis, however,T and M categories were significant prognostic factors for survivors(P = 0.007 and P = 0.009, respectively), whereas surgery and radiotherapy were ***: T and M categories were significant prognostic factors even 5 years after the initial diagnosis, whereas local treatments at the time of diagnosis were not, suggesting that patients with GB cancer at high risks might need further adjuvant therapy after primary treatments. AIM:To evaluate clinical outcomes following implantation of an extended range of vision intraocular lens(IOL),the ZXR00,and a diffractive multifocal IOL with+2.75 diopters(D)add power,the ***:Totally 30 patients who underwent either bilateral implantation of the ZXR00 IOL with intended emmetropia(ZXR00 emmetropia group:20 eyes)and intended micromonovision(ZXR00 monovision group:20 eyes),or bilateral implantation of the ZKB00 IOL with intended emmetropia(ZKB00 group:20 eyes)were included in this *** acuity at 4 m,80,and 40 cm;and the types of halos(misty,fine,and rainbow)were analyzed at one and three months after ***:There were no significant differences in distance visual acuity among the three *** mean uncorrected intermediate visual acuity was better in the ZXR00 emmetropia and monovision groups(0.02 logMAR and 0.02 logMAR,respectively)than in the ZKB00 group(0.14 logMAR).The mean uncorrected near visual acuity was worse in the ZXR00 emmetropia group(0.26 logMAR)than in the ZXR00 monovision and ZKB00 groups(0.12 logMAR and 0.10 logMAR,respectively).There was an increased incidence of rainbow halos in the ZKB00 group vs in either ZXR00 group(P=0.033).CONCLUSION:Implantation of the ZXR00 IOL with intended micromonovision provide superior visual acuity than implantation of the ZXR00 IOL with intended *** ZXR00 IOLs tend to show a lower incidence of rainbow halos than did the ZKB00 IOL.
