The response of Martian photoelectron boundary to the 2018 global dust storm

Extensive research efforts have revealed that the Martian dust storms can perturb the upper atmospheric condition and as a consequence, enhance plasma density and photoelectron flux in the ionosphere. However, previous observational studies of the Martian dust storm impacts have been restricted to regions below 400 km, which limits our understanding of the Martian dust storm effects in the upper ionosphere and magnetosphere. Here, based on the suprathermal electron measurements made by the Solar Wind Electron Analyzer onboard the Mars Atmosphere and Volatile Evolution, we identify with an automatic procedure the occurrences of all photoelectron boundary(PEB) crossings at solar zenith angle below 120°(with a dust-free median altitude of about 600 km). Using the dayside PEB as a proxy of the upper ionospheric and magnetospheric condition, we analyze the variations of the PEB altitude during the 2018 global dust storm(GDS) of Mars Year 34(MY34) and compare them with the period in MY33 when there was no global dust storm. We conclude that the column dust optical depth(CDOD) emerges as one of the main driving factors for PEB altitude variations during the GDS. Our analysis implies that the GDS can affect the Martian upper atmosphere and ionosphere over considerable distances and extended time scales.

Rapid lithium-ion insertion/extraction and migration behavior of Na2WO4-encapsulated lithium-rich layered oxide cathode

Due to the low cost,high working voltage and high storage capacity,Li-rich Mn-based layered compounds show promise as the cathode materials for lithiumion batteries（LIBs）.However,the side reactions at the solid-liquid interface of the cathode will lead to rapid capacity decay and inferior rate ***,this article proposes a liquid-phase dispersion strategy to introduce a Na2WO4layer on the Li1.2Ni0.13-Co0.13Mn0.54O2cathode,which can reduce the side effects between raw materials and electrolyte and promote the insertion/extraction rate of Li+,thus enhancing the material stability and rate *** a result,the capacity retention rate is 96.9% after 200 cycles under ***,the capacities are 177.5,149.5,111.1 and58.3 mAh·g-1at 1C,2C,5C and 10C,implying a superior fast charging *** exceptional performance can be ascribed to both the increased conductivity and enhanced structural stability of the cathode ***'s more,based on the investigation of ion insertion/extraction behavior in electrode materials and the ion migration kinetics in the electrolyte,this study suggests that coating Li-rich Mn-based materials with Na2WO4can be a promising strategy to improve their performance in LIBs.

Yiwei Xiaoyu granules for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis with deficiency syndrome of the spleen and stomach

自适应评判技术已经广泛应用于求解复杂非线性系统的最优控制问题,但利用其求解离散时间非线性随机系统的无限时域最优控制问题还存在一定局限性.本文融合自适应评判技术,建立一种数据驱动的离散随机系统折扣最优调节方法.首先,针对宽松假设下的非线性随机系统,研究带有折扣因子的无限时域最优控制问题.所提的随机系统Q-learning算法能够将初始的容许策略单调不增地优化至最优策略.基于数据驱动思想,随机系统Q-learning算法在不建立模型的情况下直接利用数据进行策略优化.其次,利用执行−评判神经网络方案,实现了随机系统Q-learning算法.最后,通过两个基准系统,验证本文提出的随机系统Q-learning算法的有效性.

The application of the strip-shaped cymba conchae orthosis in the nonsurgical correction of complex auricular deformity

Objective: This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of using a strip-shaped cymba conchae orthosis for the nonsurgical correction of complex auricular deformities. Methods: Clinical data were collected from 2020 to 2021 for 6 patients who underwent correction using a stripshaped cymba conchae orthosis. The indications, corrective effects, and complications associated with use of the orthosis were analyzed. Results: There were four indications for treatment: cryptotia with helix adhesion;cryptotia with grade I microtia;cryptotia with excessive helix thickness;and auricular deformity beyond the treatment time window(≥6 months). Excellent corrective effects were observed in all 6 patients. Complications occurred in one patient, who recovered after symptomatic treatment. Conclusion: The use of a strip-shaped cymba conchae orthosis alone or combined with a U-shaped helix orthosis presents a feasible approach for correcting complex auricular deformities or deformities beyond the treatment time window in pediatric patients.

Effectiveness of Histopathological Examination of Ultrasound-guided Puncture Biopsy Samples for Diagnosis of Extrapulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of histopathological examination of ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy samples in extrapulmonary tuberculosis(EPTB).Methods This study was conducted at the Shanghai Public Health Clinical Center.A total of 115patients underwent ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy,followed by MGIT 960 culture(culture),smear,Gene Xpert MTB/RIF(Xpert),and histopathological *** assays were performed to evaluate their effectiveness in diagnosing EPTB in comparison to two different diagnostic criteria:liquid culture and composite reference standard(CRS).Results When CRS was used as the reference standard,the sensitivity and specificity of culture,smear,Xpert,and histopathological examination were(44.83%,89.29%),(51.72%,89.29%),(70.11%,96.43%),and(85.06%,82.14%),*** on liquid culture tests,the sensitivity and specificity of smear,Xpert,and pathological examination were(66.67%,72.60%),(83.33%,63.01%),and(92.86%,45.21%),*** examination showed the highest sensitivity but lowest ***,we found that the combination of Xpert and histopathological examination showed a sensitivity of 90.80%and a specificity of 89.29%.Conclusion Ultrasound-guided puncture sampling is safe and effective for the diagnosis of *** with culture,smear,and Xpert,histopathological examination showed higher sensitivity but lower *** combination of histopathology with Xpert showed the best performance characteristics.

The common ways to activate a chemical reaction are by heat,electric current,or ***,mechanochemistry,where the chemical reaction is activated by applied mechanical force,is less common and only poorly understood at the atomic *** we report a tip-induced activation of chemical reaction of carbon monoxide to dioxide on oxidized rutile TiO_(2)(110)*** activation is studied by atomic force microscopy,Kelvin probe force microscopy under ultrahigh-vacuum and liquid nitrogen temperature conditions,and density functional theory(DFT)*** reaction is inferred from hysteretic behavior of frequency shift signal further supported by vector force mapping of vertical and lateral forces needed to trigger the chemical reaction with torque motion of carbon monoxide towards an oxygen *** reaction is found to proceed stochastically at very small tip-sample ***,the local contact potential difference reveals the atomic-scale charge redistribution in the reactants required to unlock the *** results open up new insights into the mechanochemistry on metal oxide surfaces at the atomic scale.
