Recent development on distributed systems has shown that a variety of fairness constraints （some of which are only recently defined） play vital roles in designing self- stabilizing population protocols. Existing model checkers are deficient in verifying the systems as only limited kinds of fair- ness are supported with limited verification efficiency. In this work, we support model checking of distributed systems in the toolkit PAT （process analysis toolkit）, with a variety of fairness constraints （e.g., process-level weak/strong fairness, event-level weak/strong fairness, strong global fairness）. It performs on-the-fly verification against linear temporal prop- erties. We show through empirical evaluation （on recent pop- ulation protocols as well as benchmark systems） that PAT has advantage in model checking with fairness. Previously un- known bugs have been revealed against systems which are designed to function only with strong global fairness.

Precisely refining the electronic structure of electrocatalysts represents a powerful approach to further optimize the electrocatalytic ***,we demonstrate an ingenious d-d orbital hybridization concept to construct Mo-doped Co_(9)S_(8) nanorod arrays aligned on carbon cloth(CC)substrate(abbreviated as Mo-Co_(9)S_(8)@CC hereafter)as a high-efficiency bifunctional electrocatalyst toward water *** has experimentally and theoretically validated that the 4d-3d orbital coupling between Mo dopant and Co site can effectively optimize the H_(2)O activation energy and lower H^(*)adsorption energy barrier,thereby leading to enhanced hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)and oxygen evolution reaction(OER)*** to the unique electronic and geometrical advantages,the optimized Mo-Co_(9)S_(8)@CC with appropriate Mo content exhibits outstanding bifunctional performance in alkaline solution,with the overpotentials of 75 and 234 mV for the delivery of a current density of 10 mA cm^(-2),small Tafel slopes of 53.8 and 39.9 mV dec~(-1)and long-term stabilities for at least 32 and 30 h for HER and OER,*** impressively,a water splitting electrolylzer assembled by the self-supported Mo-Co_(9)S_(8)@CC electrode requires a low cell voltage of 1.53 V at 10 mA cm^(-2)and shows excellent stability and splendid reversibility,demonstrating a huge potential for affordable and scalable electrochemical H_(2) *** innovational orbital hybridization strategy for electronic regulation herein provides an inspirable avenue for developing progressive electrocatalysts toward new energy systems.

我国取消电价补贴的经济影响——基于电价管制及完全竞争市场的分析

通过构建电力部门细分的CGE模型,分别在电价管制和完全竞争市场背景下,评估了取消电价交叉补贴和可再生能源电价补贴,以及引入碳税政策并将碳税收入转移支付给风电及光伏行业的经济影响.研究发现:取消电价交叉补贴对GDP有负面影响,而取消可再生能源电价补贴后GDP有所提升;相比完全竞争市场,电价管制市场背景下取消电价交叉补贴对GDP的负面冲击强度增加了0.003%,而取消可再生能源电价补贴对GDP的促进作用幅度则相对减小0.056%;同时取消两种补贴时,在电价管制市场背景下GDP相比基准情景下降了0.022%,而在完全竞争市场背景下GDP则增加了0.038%.电价管制市场背景下取消电价补贴对电力结构及能源结构影响较小;而在完全竞争市场背景下取消电价补贴将刺激传统电力消费并导致碳排放有所增加.引入碳税政策并将碳税收入转移支付给风电及光伏行业可以有效控制碳排放并促进电力结构和能源结构改善,但会对行业总产出和GDP产生更大的负面冲击.我国未来应适度放开电价管制,并采取诸如适时征收碳税并将其收入转移支付给风电和光伏行业的支持性政策,推动我国能源结构优化和节能减排目标的实现.

To help optimize the spacecraft design and reduce the risk of spacecraft mission failure, a new approach to assess the survivability of spacecraft in orbit is presented here, including the following three steps: 1)Sensitivity Analysis of spacecraft. A new sensitivity analysis method, a ray method based on virtual outer wall, is presented here. Using rays to simulate the debris cloud can effectively address the component shadowing issues. 2) Component Vulnerability analysis of spacecraft. A function "Component functional reduction degree-Component physical damage degree" is provided here to clearly describe the component functional reduction. 3) System-level Survivability Assessment of spacecraft. A new method based on expert knowledge reasoning, instead of traditional artificial failure tree method, is presented here to greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of calculation.

BACKGROUND Obesity in children and adolescents is a serious problem,and the efficacy of exercise therapy for these patients is *** To assess the efficacy of exercise training on overweight and obese children based on glucose metabolism indicators and inflammatory *** The PubMed,Web of Science,and Embase databases were searched for randomized controlled trials related to exercise training and obese children until October *** meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software to evaluate the efficacy of exercise therapy on glucose metabolism indicators and inflammatory markers in obese *** In total,1010 patients from 28 studies were *** therapy reduced the levels of fasting blood glucose(FBG)[standardized mean difference(SMD):-0.78;95%confidence interval(CI):-1.24 to-0.32,P=0.0008],fasting insulin(FINS)(SMD:-1.55;95%CI:-2.12 to-0.98,P<0.00001),homeostatic model assessment for insulin resistance(HOMA-IR)(SMD:-1.58;95%CI:-2.20 to-0.97,P<0.00001),interleukin-6(IL-6)(SMD:-1.31;95%CI:-2.07 to-0.55,P=0.0007),C-reactive protein(CRP)(SMD:-0.64;95%CI:-1.21 to-0.08,P=0.03),and leptin(SMD:-3.43;95%CI:-5.82 to-1.05,P=0.005)in overweight and obese *** training increased adiponectin levels(SMD:1.24;95%CI:0.30 to 2.18,P=0.01)but did not improve tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels(SMD:-0.80;95%CI:-1.77 to 0.18,P=0.11).CONCLUSION In summary,exercise therapy improves glucose metabolism by reducing levels of FBG,FINS,HOMA-IR,as well as improves inflammatory status by reducing levels of IL-6,CRP,leptin,and increasing levels of adiponectin in overweight and obese *** was no statistically significant effect between exercise training and levels of TNF-α.Additional long-term trials should be conducted to explore this therapeutic perspective and confirm these results.

Methoxyl poly (ethylene glycol) (mPEG-OH) was successfully grafted onto branched polyethyleneimine (hy-PEI) to yield a water soluble graft copolymer mPEG-g-PEI. This copolymer may package super- paramagnetic iron oxide (SPIO) by ligand exchange. The SPIO weight percentage in the polymer coated nanoparticles was determined to be 55%, the size and zeta potential of nanoparticles was 50 nm and 12 mV respectively. Antibody fixation onto the complex (mPEI-g-PEG-SPIO) surface layer was achieved by activated single chain monoclonal antibody against prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA). Our study showed that the single chain antibody functionalized nanoprobe (scAbPSCA-PEI-g-PEG-SPIO) with a small size can specifically enter the prostate cancer cells, decreasing MRI T2-weighted signal intensity of prostate cancer cells to 44.76%. Our results revealed that the potential of this magnetic nanoparticulate system promised as a novel MRI nanoprobe for early diagnosis of prostate cancer (PCa).

Finding susceptible and protective interaction patterns in large-scale genetic association study

Interaction detection in large-scale genetic asso- ciation studies has attracted intensive research interest, since many diseases have complex traits. Various approaches have been developed for finding significant genetic interactions. In this article, we propose a novel framework SRMiner to detect interacting susceptible and protective genotype patterns. SR- Miner can discover not only probable combination of single nucleotide polymorphisms （SNPs） causing diseases but also the corresponding SNPs suppressing their pathogenic func- tions, which provides a better prospective to uncover the un- derlying relevance between genetic variants and complex dis- eases. We have performed extensive experiments on several real WeUcome Trust Case Control Consortium （WTCCC） datasets. We use the pathway-based and the protein-protein interaction （PPI） network-based evaluation methods to verify the discovered patterns. The results show that SRMiner successfully identifies many disease-related genes verified by the existing work. Furthermore, SRMiner can also infer some uncomfirmed but highly possible disease-related genes.
