The China Space Station Telescope(CSST)is a two-meter space telescope with multiple back-end *** Fine Guidance Sensor(FGS)is an essential subsystem of the CSST Precision Image Stability System to ensure the required absolute pointing accuracy and line-of-sight *** this study,we construct the Main Guide Star Catalog for *** accomplish this,we utilize the information about the FGS and object information from the Gaia Data Release *** provide an FGS instrument magnitude and exclude variables,binaries,and high proper motion stars from the catalog to ensure uniform FGS guidance ***,we generate a heALPix index,which provides a hierarchical tessellation of the celestial sphere,and employ the Voronoi algorithm to achieve a homogeneous distribution of stars across the *** distribution ensures adequate coverage and sampling of the *** performance of the CSST guide star catalog was assessed by simulating the field of view of the FGS according to the CSST mock survey strategy *** analysis of the results indicates that this catalog provides adequate coverage and *** catalog's performance meets the FGS requirements,ensuring the functioning of the FGS and its guidance capabilities.

Enhanced formaldehyde sensitivity of two-dimensional mesoporous SnO_(2) by nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots

Formaldehyde(HCHO) is widely known as an indoor air pollutant,and the monitoring of the gas has significant ***,most HCHO sensing materials do not have low detection limits and operate at high ***,two-dimensional(2D) mesoporous ultrathin SnO_(2) modified with nitrogen-doped graphene quantum dots(N-GQDs) was *** N-GQDs/SnO_(2) nanocomposite demonstrated high efficiency for HCHO *** the addition of 1.00 wt%N-GQDs,the response(Ra/Rg) of SnO_(2) gas sensor increased from 120 to 361 at 60℃ for the detection of 10×10^(-6) *** addition,the corresponding detection limit was as low as 10×10^(-9).Moreover,the sensor exhibited excellent selectivity and stability for the detection of *** enhanced sensing performance was attributed to both the large specific surface area of SnO_(2) and electron regulation of ***,this study presents a novel HCHO sensor,and it expands the research and application potential of GQDs nanocomposites.

Extending the trapping lifetime of single atom in a microscopic far-off-resonance optical dipole trap

In our experiment, a single cesium atom prepared in a large-magnetic-gradient magneto optical trap （MOT） can be efficiently transferred into a 1064-nm far-off-resonance microscopic optical dipole trap （FORT）. The efficient transfer of the single atom between the two traps is used to determine the trapping lifetime and the effective temperature of the single atom in FORT. The typical trapping lifetime has been improved from ~ 6.9 s to ~ 130 s by decreasing the background pressure from 1 × 10^-10 Torr to ~ 2 × 10^-11 Torr and applying one-shot 10-ms laser cooling phase. We also theoretically investigate the dependence of trapping lifetimes of a single atom in a FORT on trap parameters based on the FORT beam＇s intensity noise induced heating. Numerical simulations show that the heating depends on the FORT beam＇s waist size and the trap depth. The trapping time can be predicted based on effective temperature measurement of a single atom in the FORT and the intensity noise spectra of the FORT beam. These experimental results are found to be in agreement with the predictions of the heating model.

Harremoes obtained some new maximal inequalities for non-negative martingales. In this paper, we get some new maximal and minimal inequalities for non-negative demimartin- gales which generalize the results of Harremoes. We also obtain an inequality for non-negative demimartingales which generalizes the result of Iksanov and Marynych. Finally we obtain a strong law of large numbers, strong growth rate and integrability of supremum for demimartin- gales which generalize and improve the result of Chow.

Contragestazol (DL111-IT) inhibits proliferation of human androgen-independent prostate cancer cell line PC3 in vitro and in vivo

Aim： To evaluate the antiproliferative activity of contragestazol （DL111-IT） on the human prostate cancer cell line PC3 in vitro and in vivo and to elucidate its potential molecular mechanisms. Methods： The cell killing ability of DL111-IT was measured by the 3-（4,5-dimethylthia-zol,2-yl）-2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide （MTT） reagent assay method and the tumor xenograft model. The cell cycle was analyzed by flow cytometry and protein expression, including retinoblastoma （pRb）, cyclin-dependent kinase 4 （CDK4） and cyclin D 1, was detected by Western blotting. Results： DL111-IT exhibited high efficiency on cell growth inhibition of the human androgen-independent prostate cancer cell line PC3. The drug concentration that yielded 50 % cell inhibition （IC50 value） was 9.9 mg/mL. In the PC3 tumor xenograft study, DL111-IT （1.25 mg/kg-20.0 mg/kg） given once a day for 10 days significantly inhibited tumor growth, with the inhibition rate ranging from 21% to 50 %. Flow cytometric analysis indicated that DL111-IT could cause GI arrest in the PC3 cell line, but not apoptosis. DL111-IT enhanced pRb expression and down-regulated CDK4 and cyclin D 1 expression, suggesting that cell cycle regulation might contribute to the anticancer property of DL 111- IT. Conclusion： DL111-1T inhibits the proliferation of human androgen-independent prostate cancer cell line PC3 in vitro and in vivo by a cell cycle regulation pathway.

Hierarchical FeP nanoarray films composed of FeP nanopetals were successfully synthesized via a bio-inspired hydrothermal route followed by phosphorization. Glycerol as a crystal growth modifier, plays a significant role in controlling the morphology and structure of the FeO（OH） precursor during the biomineralization process, while the following transfer and pseudomorphic transformation of the FeO（OH） film successfully give rise to the FeP array film. The as-prepared FeP film electrodes exhibit excellent hydrogen evolution reaction （heR） performance over a wide pH range. Theoretical calculations reveal that the mixed P/Fe termination in the FeP film is responsible for the high catalytic activity of the nanostructured electrodes. This new insight will promote further explorations of efficient metal phosphoride-based catalysts for the heR. More importantly, this study bridges the gap between biological and inorganic self-assembling nanosystems and may open up a new avenue for the preparation of functional nanostructures with application in energy devices.

Contribution of minute axillary lymph nodes to accurate staging for patients with breast cancer

Background Axillary lymph node metastasis is a very important metastatic pathway in breast cancer and its accurate detection is important for staging tumour and guiding therapy. However, neither the accuracy of routine detection of lymph node in surgical specimens nor the significance of minute lymph node with metastases in breast cancer is clear. A modified method for conveniently detecting minute lymph node in specimens of axUlary dissections in patients with breast cancer was used to analyze their influence on staging breast cancer.Methods Lymph nodes in fresh, unfixed, specimens of axillary dissections from 127 cases of breast cancer were detected routinely. Then the axillary fatty tissues were cut into 1 cm thick pieces, soaked in Carnoy＇s solution for 6 to 12 hours, taken out and put on a glass plate. Minute lymph nodes were detected by light of bottom lamp and examined by routine pathology.Results Lymph nodes （n= 2483, 19.6±8.0 per case） were found by routine method. A further 879 lymph nodes up to 6 mm （781 〈 3 mm, 6.9±5.3 per case, increasing mean to 26.5±9.7） were found from the axillary tissues after soaking in Carnoy＇s solution. By detection of minute lymph nodes, the stages of lymph node metastasis in 7 cases were changed from pathological node （pN） stage pN0 to pN1 in 4 cases, from pN1 to pN2 in 2 and from pN2 to pN3 in 1.Conclusions The accurate staging of axillary lymph node metastasis can be obtained routinely with number of axillary lymph nodes in most cases of breast cancer. To avoid neglecting minute lymph nodes with metastases, small axillary nodes should be searched carefully in the cases of earlier breast cancer with no swollen axillary nodes. Treatment with Camoy＇s solution can expediently detect minute axillary nodes and improve the accurate staging of lymph nodes in breast cancer.

The emergence of eutectic high-entropy alloys(EheAs)offers new insights into the design of next generation structural alloys,which is due to their stable dual-phase microstructure and outstanding mechanical properties from room to elevated *** this work,a series of(CoFe2 NiV0.5Mo0.2)100-xNbx(0≤x≤12)EheAs were designed and prepared via vacuum *** eutectic microstructure composing lamellar face-centered cubic solid solution phase and C14 Laves phase appears in the as-cast EheA when x=*** microstructure turns to hypoeutectic or hypereutectic when x is below or beyond that critical value *** volume fraction of the hard Laves phase is proportional to the Nb addition,leading to the strength increment yet at the expense of ductility at room *** particular,the EheA having4 at%Nb shows a compressive strength of 2.1 GPa with an elongation to fracture of 45%,while EheAs containing 9 and10 at%Nb exhibit ultrahigh yield strengths of over 1.4 *** effect of Nb addition on the corrosion resistance of this Crfree EheA system was also *** EheA containing 9 at%Nb has the best anti-corrosion performance in the 3.5 wt%NaCl solution at 298±1 K,indicating a good combination of mechanical and corrosion properties.

A cross-sectional survey on the prevalence of anxiety symptoms in Chinese patients with premature ventricular contractions without structural heart disease

Background Anxiety appears to be more common in patients with coronary artery disease （CHD） than in the general population, and anxiety symptoms may precede onset of CHD and play an important role in development of CHD. Little is known about the prevalence of anxiety symptoms in Chinese patients with premature ventricular contractions （PVCs）. Our objective was to study anxiety symptoms and potential risk factors in a Chinese population with PVCs but without structural heart disease. Methods The Zung self-rating anxiety scale （ZSAS） was used to assess anxiety symptoms. Correlation between anxiety symptoms and socio-demographics and medical factors were analyzed by Logistic regression. Results Of 1144 patients with PVCs （487 males and 657 females）, age （53＋23） years old, disease duration 1 month to 24 years, a total of 381 （33.3%） patients were categorized as having anxiety symptoms. Anxiety symptoms increased with age, low income, low education level, nationality, PVC count/24 hours, bad social support, village settlement type （P 〈0.05）. Multivariate Logistic regression indicated that six variablesmeducation level, ethnic minorities, dwelling place, age, PVC count/24 hours, and social support--significantly and independently related with anxiety symptoms （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions In the Chinese population, anxiety symptoms in subjects with PVCs were frequent. Education level, ethnic minorities, dwelling place, age, PVC count/24 hours, and social support were independent risk factors for anxiety symptoms. Further research on the relationship between PVCs and anxiety symptoms in China is necessary.
