The analysis of seven aliphatic carboxylic acids(formic,acetic,propionic,iso-butyric,n-butyric,iso-valeric and n-valeric acid) in anaerobic digestion process waters for biogas production was examined by ion-exclusion chromatography with dilute acidic eluents(benzoic acid,perfluorobutyric acid(PFBA) and sulfuric acid) and non-suppressed conductivity/ultraviolet(UV) *** columns used were a styrene/divinylbenzene-based strongly acidic cation-exchange resin column(TSKgel SCX) and a polymethacrylate-based weakly acidic cation-exchange resin column(TSKgel Super IC-A/C).Good separation was performed on the TSKgel SCX in shorter retention *** the TSKgel Super IC-A/C,peak shape of the acids was sharp and symmetrical in spite of longer retention *** addition,the mutual separation of the acids was good except for iso-and n-butyric *** better separation and good detection was achieved by using the two columns(TSKgel SCX and TSKgel Super IC-A/C connected in series),lower concentrations of PFBA and sulfuric acid as eluents,non-suppressed conductivity detection and UV detection at 210 *** analysis was applied to anaerobic digestion process *** chromatograms with conductivity detection were relatively simpler compared with those of UV *** use of two columns with different selectivities for the aliphatic carboxylic acids and the two detection modes was effective for the determination and identification of the analytes in anaerobic digestion process waters containing complex matrices.

The effects of Gd concentration(0.1,0.3,0.7 wt%)on the microstructure,texture and mechanical properties of rolled and annealed Mg-2Zn-xGd sheets have been investigated aiming to develop low cost and high ductile Mg-Zn-Gd *** recrystallization,static recrystallization and grain growth during hot rolling process and annealing process were delayed with increase of Gd concentration,leading to fine grain *** rolled 0.1 wt%Gd sheet showed strong basal texture which remained stable after annealing process and exhibited medium elongation of about 25%.In contrast,the rolled 0.3 wt%Gd sheet had weak basal texture which transformed to non-basal texture with double peaks tilted about±48°to the transverse direction due to the static recrystallization during annealing ***,the annealed sheets exhibited higher elongation of 40%along the rolling direction and 50%along the transverse direction due to the existence of non-basal *** is suggested that the minimum effective concentration for texture randomization in the Mg-2Zn-xGd alloy is about 0.3 wt%.

Vonoprazan 20 mg vs lansoprazole 30 mg for endoscopic submucosal dissection-induced gastric ulcers

AIM To compare the healing effects of vonoprazan and lansoprazole on gastric ulcers induced by endoscopic submucosal dissection(ESD).METHODS Data were obtained from a total of 26 *** patients were randomized to the vonoprazan group and 12 were randomized to the lansoprazole *** were administered either 20 mg vonoprazan or 30 mg lansoprazole per day after *** images just after ESD,on day 8,and on day 28 were used for the evaluation of the shrinking rate of ESD *** shrinking rates and the incidence of delayed bleeding were compared between the 2 *** The shrinking rates of ESD ulcers on day 8 [vonoprazangroup: 61.8%(range: 24.0%-91.1%),lansoprazole group: 71.3%(range: 25.2%-88.6%)] and on day 28 [vonoprazan group: 95.3%(range: 76.2%-100%),lansoprazole group: 97.2%(range: 81.1%-99.8%)] were not statistically different between the 2 *** day 28,most of the ulcers in both groups healed to more than 90%,whereas 3 of 14(21.4%) in the vonoprazan group and 1 of 12(8.3%) in the lansoprazole group had delayed ulcer healing,which was not statistically different(P = 0.356).The frequency of delayed bleeding was 0 in the both *** together,there were no significant differences between the two drug *** Our study indicates that vonoprazan is potent for the management of ESD ulcers although lansoprazole is also sufficient and cost-effective.

CrN thin films,which have been used as hard coating materials for cutting tools,plastic metal molds and friction parts,exhibit high hardness,excellent oxidation resistance and chemical ***,multi-component Cr-Me-N coatings,Me is metal elements such as Al,Si,have been explored in order to improve the properties of CrN *** only metal addition but also nonmetal addition to CrN coatings,the hardness and oxidation resistance improved by substitution of oxygen atoms for nitrogen atoms in CrN has been reported [1].Cr（N,O） is thought to be a material with O atoms substituted for some of the N atoms of CrN,in other words,it is believed to be a solid solution of CrN and CrO,although CrO is an unstable material at standard state and its existence has not been *** anticipate that it is possible to synthesis Cr-Me-N-O（Me;Mg,Cu,Mn,Ni and Cu） phase,which are dissolving the MeO into CrN in order to stabilize the chemical bonding of Cr-O,and the hardness of Cr-Me-N-O coatings is harder than Cr-Me-N and Cr-N-O *** films were deposited by the irradiation of Nd:YAG（λ = 355 nm） laser beam onto a *** disk with a diameter of 50 mm of 99 % pure Cr2N and sectored sheets of metal Me were used as the ***-crystal（100）-oriented silicon was used for *** substrate temperature was controlled at 500°*** the deposition,the chamber was evacuated to 2x10-6 Torr using rotary and *** were carried o0u.2t Taot r trh.e ammonia pressure（pNH3） of Figure 1 shows XRD patterns of the Cr-Mg-N-O thin films *** structure of main phase of all thin films was found to be B1（NaCl type） structure.

近年来,经自然腔道取标本手术(NOSES)治疗结直肠癌已引起了广泛关注。NOSES应用于结直肠手术的潜在优势包括减轻术后疼痛,减少伤口并发症,减少对术后镇痛的需求,加快肠道功能的恢复,缩短住院时间,更好的美容效果,以及给患者带来了更佳的心理状态。尽管NOSES的手术创伤显著减轻,然而该技术也存在一些潜在问题。尤其随着这项新技术的兴起,人们对其无菌的把控、肿瘤学结果和病例选择等问题表示出关切。因此,迫切需要一部操作指南来规范NOSES手术在结直肠癌中的开展。经过国际NOSES联盟全体成员的三轮讨论,最终形成了该部共识。这一共识有助于NOSES在全球范围内的长远发展。

为建设可持续发展社会,日本近年来大力推动甲烷发酵以实现城市有机废弃物的减量化和资源化。首先介绍了日本城市有机废弃物资源化的2个实用案例,长冈市厨余垃圾沼气发电中心和丰桥市生物质资源利用中心的设计和运营状况。两者的长期稳定运行及产能效果验证了甲烷发酵技术在城市有机废弃物减量化和资源化上的可行性。其次,为了应对社会发展趋势和城市有机废弃物处理的技术需求,介绍了日本有关厨余垃圾、污泥以及废纸(城市有机废弃物的3大组分)的单独发酵及共发酵的部分研究成果。此外,简要介绍了应用厌氧膜生物反应器(AnMBR)进行相关高效甲烷发酵的最新研究成果。并根据实用案例调查和实验研究结果,以100万人口城市为例,对城市有机废弃物的各种甲烷发酵系统的产能效果进行了模拟概算。

青藏高原那曲地区冰雹天气系统中的大气电场

利用 1 998年 4～ 9月间进行的GAME TIBET青藏高原云和降水的多普勒雷达及大气平均电场加强期观测实验资料 ,对青藏高原那曲地区的冰雹天气系统中的大气电场作了定量观测和研究。结果表明 :在降雹过程中大气电场强度基本上均为负值 ,其峰值也均强于- 2 2kVm- 1;在降雹过程中随着降雹时间的临近 ,大气电场强度不断增强 ,但降雹开始时大气电场强度并未达到其峰值 ,峰值出现的时刻比开始降雹的时刻略有滞后 ;在各降雹日中 ,较强的大气电场强度基本上对应着各冰雹谱分布段较多的冰雹数目 ,而这种较好的相关在各谱分布段上都表现出来 ;随着降雹时间的临近 ,每 5min闪电频数不断增强。在开始降雹时每 5min闪电频数平均达到 43,峰值的出现时刻略滞后于开始降雹的时刻 ,这一滞后时间一般平均在 3min左右 ;在降雹过程中 ,单位面积中的冰雹数目与对应时段内总闪电数有着较好的对数关系 ,相关系数R为 0 .9540。在降雹过程的时间序列上 ,冰雹云成熟期过后 ,总闪电次数与冰雹降雹率成反相关。
