Background: Most research on galacto-oligosaccharides(GOS) has mainly focused on their prebiotic effects on the hindgut,but their beneficial effects on the small intestine(SI) have received little *** jejunum is the important place to digest and absorb nutrients efficiently,optimal maturation of the jejunum is necessary for maintaining the high growth rate in the ***,this study investigates the effect of the early intervention with GOS on the intestinal development of the ***: A total of 6 litters of neonatal piglets(10 piglets per litter; Duroc × Landrace × Large White) with an average birth weight of 1.55 ± 0.05 kg received 1 of 2 treatments based on their assignment to either the control(CON) group or the GOS(GOS) group in each *** in the GOS group were orally administrated 10 mL of a GOS solution(reaching 1 g GOS/kg body weight) per day from the age of 1 to 7 d; the piglets in the CON group were treated with the same dose of physiological *** piglets were weaned on d *** d 8 and 21 of the experimental trial,1 pig per group from each of the 6 litters was ***: The early intervention with GOS increased the average daily gains in the third week(P < 0.05).Decreased crypt depth was also observed in the jejunum of the piglets on d 21(P < 0.05).The early intervention with GOS increased the jejunal lactase activity on d 8,maltase activity and sucrase activity on d 21(P < 0.05).In addition,the early intervention with GOS also facilitated the mRNA expression of Sodium glucose co-transporter 1(SGLT1) on d 8 and the m RNA expression of Glucose transporter type 2(GLUT2) on d 21(P < 0.05).It was further determined that GOS up-regulated the m RNA expression of preproglucagon(GCG),insulin-like growth factor 1(IGF-1),insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor(IGF-1 R) and epidermal growth factor(EGF).GOS also up-regulated the protein expression of glucagon-like peptide-2(GLP-2) and EGF in the jejunum of the pigle

目的探讨黄精属Polygonatum Mill.6个产区3个种质的遗传多样性及亲缘关系。方法以34份黄精属种质资源为供试材料，采用正交设计方法，优化黄精属目标起始密码子多态性-PCR（start codon targeted polymorphism-PCR,SCo T-PCR）反应体系并筛选引物；并基于筛选出的引物对其进行遗传多样性分析、遗传结构以及遗传分化研究。结果得到黄精属SCo T-PCR最佳反应体系，筛选出15条多态性较好的引物，多态性条带比率为94.45%；在物种水平上，3个种质的平均观测等位基因数（observed number of alleles,Na）、平均有效等位基因数（effective number of alleles,Ne）、平均Nei’s基因多样性指数（Nei’s gene diversity index,H）、平均香农指数（Shannon information index,I）分别为1.678 3、1.268 6、0.174 0、0.278 6，揭示群体间存在丰富的遗传多样性；聚类分析结果显示，多花黄精与长梗黄精聚成一类，表明亲缘关系较近；卷叶黄精作为单独分枝，其与另外2个种质的亲缘关系也较远；基因多样度（total genetic diversity,H_t）、基因分化系数（gene diversity within population,Hs）、遗传分化系数(coefficient of gene differentiation,Gst)、基因流（gene flow,Nm）分别为0.210 4、0.174 0、0.173 3、2.386 0，表明群体间存在较高水平的基因交流，AMOVA结果显示84%遗传差异来自于群体内，16%遗传差异来自于群体间；群体结构分析表明，当分析群体数（true number of clusters,K）为3时，34份材料可分为3个类群，且与聚类分析结果基本一致。结论 SCoT分子标记可有效用于黄精属不同种质之间的亲缘关系及遗传多样性分析，为黄精属植物种质资源的鉴定保护、开发利用提供科学依据。

2024年世界经济保持相对稳定的增长,但不同经济体间的经济增长分化继续加大。受红海等地区地缘冲突影响,能源价格上涨、运输成本增加,以集装箱运输为代表的海运市场表现活跃。船舶行业主要指标保持增长,全球新造船订单量同比增长65%(以载重吨计),中国新造船订单所占全球市场份额扩大至75%。新造船订单中,替代燃料船舶占比达到47%,集装箱船同比增长121%(以标准箱计),油船同比增长48.9%,散货船同比增长22%,超大型液氨运输船同比增长79.3%。全球手持订单量同比增长37.62%,其中集装箱船同比增长2%,油船同比增长215%,散货船同比增长56%。预计2025年船舶行业主要指标将持续增长,但增速下降,绿色化仍是行业发展热点。

Phosphorescent and thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)emitters can break through the spin statistics rules and achieve great success in external quantum efficiency(over 5%).However,maintaining high efficiency at high brightness is a tremendous challenge for applications of organic light emitting ***,we reported two phenanthroimidazole derivatives PPI-An-CN and PPI-An-TP and achieved extremely low efficiency roll-off with about 99%of the maximum external quantum efficiency(EQEmax)maintained even at a high luminance of 1000 cd/cm2 based non-doped *** doping the two materials in CBP(4,4'-bis(N-carbazolyl)-1,1'-biphenyl),the doped devices still exhibited excellent stability at high brightness with CIEy≈0.07 and low turn-on voltage of only 2.8 *** state-ofthe-art low efficiency roll-off makes the new materials attractive for potential *** is the first time that the Fragment Contribution Analysis method has been used to analyze the excited state properties of the molecules in the field of OLEDs,which helps us understand the mechanism more intuitively and deeply.

A double-effect reactive distillation(DERD)process was proposed for the production of propylene glycol methyl ether from propylene oxide and methanol to overcome the shortcoming of low selectivity and high-energy consumption in the tubular plug-flow reactor.A single-column reactive distillation(RD)process was conducted under optimized operating conditions based on sensitivity analysis as a *** results demonstrated that the proposed DERD process is able to achieve more than 95%selectivity of the desired *** that,a design approach of the DERD process with an objective of the minimum operating cost was proposed to achieve further energy savings in the RD *** proposed DERD configuration can provide a large energy-savings by totally utilization of the overhead vapor steam in the high-pressure RD column.A comparison of the single-column RD process revealed that the proposed DERD process can reduce the operating cost and the total annual cost of 25.3%and 30.7%,respectively,even though the total capital cost of DERD process is larger than that of the RD process.

In this paper,we construct a new algorithm which combines the conjugate gradient and Lanczos methods for solving nonlinear *** iterative direction can be obtained by solving a quadratic model via conjugate gradient and Lanczos *** the backtracking line search,we will find an acceptable trial step size along this direction which makes the objective function nonmonotonically decreasing and makes the norm of the step size monotonically *** convergence and local superlinear convergence rate of the proposed algorithm are established under some reasonable ***,we present some numerical results to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.

Pulsed Laser Deposition ZnS Buffer Layers for CIGS Solar Cells

Polycrystalline ZnS films were prepared by pulsed laser deposition （PLD） on quartz glass substrates under different growth conditions at different substrate temperatures of 20, 200, 400, and 600 ℃, which is a suitable alternative to chemical bath deposited （CBD） CdS as a buffer layer in Cu（In,Ga）Se2 （CIGS） solar cells. X-ray diffraction studies indicate the films are polycrystalline with zinc-blende structure and they exhibit preferential orientation along the cubic phase β-ZnS （111） direction, which conflicts with the conclusion of wurtzite structure by Murali that the ZnS films deposited by pulse plating technique was polycrystalline with wurtzite structure. The Raman spectra of grown films show Al mode at approximately 350 cm^-1, generally observed in the cubic phase β-ZnS compounds. The planar and the cross-sectional morphology were observed by scanning electron microscopic. The dense, smooth, uniform grains are formed on the quartz glass substrates through PLD technique. The grain size of ZnS deposited by PLD is much smaller than that of CdS by conventional CBD method, which is analyzed as the main reason of detrimental cell performance. The composition of the ZnS films was also measured by X-ray fluorescence. The typical ZnS films obtained in this work are near stoichiometric and only a small amount of S-rich. The energy band gaps at different temperatures were obtained by absorption spectroscopy measurement, which increases from 3.2 eV to 3.7 eV with the increasing of the deposition temperature. ZnS has a wider energy band gap than CdS （2.4 eV）, which can enhance the blue response of the photovoltaic cells. These results show the high-quality of these substitute buffer layer materials are prepared through an all-dry technology, which can be used in the manufacture of CIGS thin film solar cells.
