In fossil energy pollution is serious and the“double carbon”goal is being promoted,as a symbol of fresh energy in the electrical system,solar and wind power have an increasing installed capacity,only conventional units obviously can not solve the new energy as the main body of the scheduling *** enhance the systemscheduling ability,based on the participation of thermal power units,incorporate the high energy-carrying load of electro-melting magnesiuminto the regulation object,and consider the effects on the wind unpredictability of the ***,the operating characteristics of high energy load and wind power are analyzed,and the principle of the participation of electrofusedmagnesiumhigh energy-carrying loads in the elimination of obstructedwind power is ***,a two-layer optimization model is suggested,with the objective function being the largest amount of wind power consumed and the lowest possible cost of system *** the upper model,the high energy-carrying load regulates the blocked wind power,and in the lower model,the second-order cone approximation algorithm is used to solve the optimizationmodelwithwind power uncertainty,so that a two-layer optimizationmodel that takes into account the regulation of the high energy-carrying load of the electrofused magnesium and the uncertainty of the wind power is ***,the model is solved using Gurobi,and the results of the simulation demonstrate that the suggested model may successfully lower wind abandonment,lower system operation costs,increase the accuracy of day-ahead scheduling,and lower the final product error of the thermal electricity unit.

Reductive soil disinfestation(RSD)is an important tool for sustainable agricultural ***,the differences in soil bacterial communities and their community assembly processes among RSD and other treatment strategies(e.g.,biochar and chemical fumigation)are still subject to open *** this study,soils subjected to various treatments–un-treated control(CK),chemical soil fumigation with CaCN2(CF),1%biochar(1%B),3%biochar(3%B),and reductive soil disinfestation(RSD)are *** samples were collected,incubated,and then used for growth of tomato *** Sloan neutral community model indicates that stochastic processes dominate in bacterial community assembly for both biochar and CF *** contrast,this work shows that RSD treatment can have a strong impact on soil bacterial community *** relative abundance of Firmicutes increased during unplanted soil incubation,whereas Proteobacteria and Bacteroidetes dominated in the rhizosphere after planting of *** stochasticity ratio reveals that deterministic selection played an important role in the bacterial assembly under RSD *** found that RSD amendment yielded lower biomass than that for other treatments after 28 days of tomato *** results suggest that although RSD treatment has great potential to rebuild soil bacterial ecology by shaping bacterial communities and their assembly processes,it is important to monitor and manage soil conditions(e.g.,soil nutrients or physical properties)before planting to ensure plant productivity.

Fairy rings are common in diverse global biomes and often appear as lush vegetation in one to three concentric zones caused by the spread of mycelia in grassland ***,the underlying mechanisms and environmental adaptation of fairy rings remain largely *** this study,two fairy rings(A and B)caused by Agaricus xanthodermus were sampled on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau during a time when fairy rings are most *** conducting a vegetation survey and high-throughput sequencing,the changes of plants and soil microorganisms to fairy ring fungi were *** above-ground biomass at both fairy rings was greatly increased by fairy ring fungi,but the response of dominant plant species is different at two fairy ring *** addition,bacterial and fungal communities significantly varied within distinct sampling zones across the fairy rings,and showed variable genus-specific responses at two fairy ring *** fairy ring A,soil available N:P ratio was essential in shaping the structure of plant and microbial community,while soil available N concentration was the most important predictor at fairy ring *** together,our results indicated Agaricus xanthodermus fairy rings have variable effects on alpine meadow plants and soil microbes at different *** propose that the impacts of fairy ring fungi on plants and microbes are determined by the level of soil available N concentration and available N:P *** results contribute to a better understanding of the mechanisms through which fairy rings affect the vegetation of alpine meadows.

Arabidopsis plants adapt to warm temperatures by promoting hypocotyl growth primarily through the basic helix-loop-helix transcription factor PIF4 and its downstream genes involved in auxin responses,which enhance cell *** the current study,we discovered that cell wall-related calcium-binding protein 2(CCaP2)and its paralogs CCaP1 and CCaP3 function as positive regulators of thermo-responsive hypocotyl growth by promoting cell elongation in ***,mutations in CCaP1/CCaP2/CCaP3 do not affect the expression of PIF4-regulated classic downstream ***,they do noticeably reduce the expression of xyloglucan endotransglucosylase/hydrolase genes,which are involved in cell wall *** also found that CCaP1/CCaP2/CCaP3 are predominantly localized to the plasma membrane,where they interact with the plasma membrane H^(+)-ATPases AHA1/***,we observed that vanadate-sensitive H^(+)-ATPase activity and cell wall pectin and hemicellulose contents are significantly increased in wild-type plants grown at warm temperatures compared with those grown at normal growth temperatures,but these changes are not evident in the ccap1-1 ccap2-1 ccap3-1 triple ***,our findings demonstrate that CCaP1/CCaP2/CCaP3 play an important role in controlling thermo-responsive hypocotyl growth and provide new insights into the alternative pathway regulating hypocotyl growth at warm temperatures through cell wall modification mediated by CCaP1/CCaP2/CCaP3.

Maintaining moderate economic growth targets(EGTs)is the key for local governments to effectively implement the“carbon peak and carbon neutrality”goals under the refreshed development *** panel data of 276 prefecture-level cities in China's Mainland from 2010 to 2020,and employing methods such as intermediary and threshold models,this study empirically analyzes the internal mechanism of EGT’s impact on urban carbon productivity(UCP).Our findings demonstrate that:①The overall EGT during the analyzed period is not conducive to improving *** conclusion remains valid after a series of robustness *** effect is more pronounced in the central region and resource-based cities than in the east-west region and non resource-based cities.②EGT not only directly suppresses UCP but also exerts indirect negative impacts on UCP from three aspects:delaying the digital economy(DE),constraining financial expansion(FE),and hindering green technology innovation(GTI).This negative indirect effect is similar to or even surpasses the direct effect,suggesting that the internal relationship between EGT and“dual-carbon”goals should be re-evaluated from a new compound perspective.③EGT not only has a simple linear impact on UCP but also significantly exhibits a dynamic evolution pattern in inverted“U”*** is,as EGT continuously upgrades,a nonlinear impact on UCP emerges in the form of“promoting first,suppressing later”.This indicates that surpassing the“degree”limit for EGT will be detrimental to the improvement of *** study broadens the scope of carbon productivity analysis by introducing a new perspective centered on *** insights gleaned from this research offer valuable guidance for local governments to effectively manage economic growth expectations and promote the synchronized achievement of dual-carbon objectives.

With the continuous miniaturization of electronic devices,microelectromechanical system(MEMS)oscillators that can be combined with integrated circuits have attracted increasing *** study reports a MEMS Huygens clock based on the synchronization principle,comprising two synchronized MEMS oscillators and a frequency compensation *** MEMS Huygens clock improved shorttime stability,improving the Allan deviation by a factor of 3.73 from 19.3 to 5.17 ppb at 1 s.A frequency compensation system based on the MEMS oscillator’s temperature-frequency characteristics was developed to compensate for the frequency shift of the MEMS Huygens clock by controlling the resonator *** effectively improved the long-term stability of the oscillator,with the Allan deviation improving by 1.6343105 times to 30.9 ppt at 6000 *** power consumption for compensating both oscillators simultaneously is only 2.85 mW·℃^(-1).Our comprehensive solution scheme provides a novel and precise engineering solution for achieving high-precision MEMS oscillators and extends synchronization applications in MEMS.

During the 20th century,there has been an ongoing agricultural expansion and global warming,two of the main determinants influencing biodiversity changes in *** red hocicudo mouse(Oxymycterus rufus)inhabits subtropical grasslands and riparian habitats and has increased its abundance in recent years in central Argentina *** paper describes the long-term temporal changes in *** abundance in Exaltación de la Cruz department,Buenos Aires province,Argentina,in relation to weatherfluctuations and landscape features,as well as analyzes the spatio-temporal structure of captures of *** used generalized liner models,semi-variograms,the Mantel test,and autocorrelation functions for the analysis of rodent data obtained from trappings conducted between 1984 and *** showed an increase in abundance across the years of study,with its distribution depending on landscape features,such as habitat types and the distance *** rates showed a spatio-temporal aggregation,suggesting expansion from previously occupied *** was more abundant at lower minimum temperatures in summer,higher precipitation in spring and summer,and lower precip-itations in *** conditions affected *** abundance,but there was local variation that differed from global patterns of climate change.

The exploitation of electrocatalysts with high activity and durability for HER is desirable for future energy systems,but it is still a *** have attracted increasing attentions,but the preparation process often needs toxic regents or dangerous reaction ***,we develop a general green method to fabricate metal-rich NMPs anchored on NPG through pyrolyzing DNA cross-linked *** obtained Ru_(2) P-NPG exhibits an ultrasmall overpotential of 7 mV at 10 mA cm^(2) and ultralow Tafel slope of 33 mV dec^(-1) in 1.0 mol L?1 KOH,even better than that of commercial Pt/*** addition,Ru 2 P-NPG also shows low overpotentials of 29 and 78 mV in 0.5 mol L^(-1) H_(2)SO_(4) and 1.0 mol L^(-1) PBS,*** superior activity can be attributed to the ultrafine dispersion of Ru 2 P nanoparticles for more accessible sites,more defects formed for abundant active sites,the two-dimensional plane structure for accelerated electron transfer and mass transport,as well as the regulation of electron distribution of the ***,the synthetic method can also be applied to prepare other metal-rich noble metal phosphides(Pd_(3)P-NPG and Rh_(2)P-NPG),which also exhibits high activity for *** work provides an effective strategy for designing NMP-based electrocatalysts.
