Background: The protective role of (poly)phenols against metabolic disorders has been extensively studied in adults but not in ***: To assess associations of dietary (poly)phenols and their subclasses with cardiometabolic health parameters in adolescents. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted in 944 individuals aged 11 to 14 years enrolled in the SI! Program for Secondary Schools trial (nCT03504059). (Poly)phenol intake was assessed using semi-quantitative food frequency questionnaires and the Phenol-Explorer database. The measured cardiometabolic parameters were waist circumference (WC) age-sex z-score， blood pressure (BP) age-sex z-score， blood glucose (BG)， triglycerides (TG)， and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-c). Multilevel mixed-effect linear regression models were applied to examine the association between (poly)phenol quintiles and cardiometabolic health ***: Compared to the lowest quintile， adolescents in the highest quintile of total (poly)phenol intake had lower WC z-scores (β=-0.09， 95%CI=-0.09;-0.08， P-for trend=0.002)， mean arterial pressure z-scores (β =-0.11， 95%CI=-0.12;-0.09， P-for trend=0.206)， and HDL-c (β=-1.52， 95%CI=-2.90;-0.14， P-for trend=0.108)， after multivariable adjustment. The WC z-scores (β=-0.11， 95%CI=-0.19;-0.03， P-for trend=0.013) and HDL-c (β=-2.16， 95%CI=-3.78;-0.53， P-for trend=0.046) were lower in the highest quintile of flavonoid intake compared to the lowest quintile. Identi?cation and Analysis of the Intermediates from Photodegradation of 3,3′-diamino-4,4′-azoxyfurazan (DAAF)by SERS and HPLC–MS/MS

Understanding the structural changes and degradation mechanisms of organic pollutants is critical in environmental *** this work, a xenon lamp was used as an analog light source to simulate the eff ect of sunlight on 3,3′-diamino-4,4′-azoxyfurazan (DAAF) in aqueous solution. Combining high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC–MS/MS), surface-enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SERS) with density functional theory (DFT), the degradation intermediates and mechanisms of DAAF were investigated. The sequential breakdown of the–nH 2and–O–n=bonds, followed by the removal of atomic O from–n=n(O)–, was emphasized and investigated using two-dimensional correlation spectroscopy (2D-cos) and SERS spectra. Three intermediates with mass-to-charge ratios (m/z) 181, 251 and180 were identifi ed and characterized by integrating experimental SERS data with DFT-calculated Raman spectra based on structures hypothesized from MS spectra. The fi ndings from HPLC–MS and SERS not only corroborate each other but also provide a foundation for a detailed examination of the DAAF degradation process.

壳寡糖是良好的免疫增强剂，但在水生动物中的应用还十分有限。本研究通过间隔投喂的方式研究壳寡糖对仿刺参生长性能、非特异性免疫能力、消化能力、组织学和抗病力的影响。实验挑选体重(18.51±0.28) g的仿刺参，对照组饲喂基础饲料，实验组以3天1次的饲喂频率饲喂含0.5%壳寡糖的饲料，其余时间饲喂基础饲料，连续投喂8周后，检测该饲喂方式下仿刺参生长性能、非特异性免疫能力、肠道消化酶、肠道和呼吸树组织学、肠道免疫基因表达情况以及对灿烂弧菌的抗病力。结果显示，3天1次的壳寡糖饲喂频率极显著提高了仿刺参的脏壁比和肠壁比；在免疫指标方面，显著提高了仿刺参体腔细胞的吞噬活性和呼吸爆发能力，极显著提高了肠道的酸性磷酸酶(ACP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、溶菌酶(LZM)和总一氧化氮合酶(T-nOS)活性，其中肠道AKP和LZM活性分别提高了70.06%和156%，肠道Aj-lyz基因表达量极显著提高了22.04%；抗氧化指标结果显示，实验组极显著提高了仿刺参体腔细胞过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性，而体腔细胞和肠道的丙二醛(MDA)含量无显著差异。组织学结果显示，该饲喂频率极显著提高了仿刺参前肠肌肉层厚度和浆膜层厚度，中肠和后肠的皱襞高度和宽度。灿烂弧菌攻毒结果表明，实验组仿刺参的相对保护率达到66.67%。研究表明，3天1次的饲喂频率能够一定程度上提高仿刺参的生长性能，非特异性免疫酶、消化酶活性，并明显改善肠道结构。研究结果可为壳寡糖对仿刺参作用机制的研究及投喂频率的确定提供数据支撑和理论依据。

Large scavengers are strongly dependent on environmental conditions and carrion distribution and abundance,so season and breeding-related factors may influence the spatial ecology of species such as the Cinereous Vulture(Aegypius monachus),the largest European *** holds one of the biggest populations worldwide,but some aspects of the spatial ecology of the species in this region remain *** this study,17 adult Cinereous Vultures were GPS-tracked in order to study their spatial ecology during the adult *** average monthly home ranges(95%Kernel Density Estimation,KDE)and core areas(50%KDE)were 6543±19,935 km^(2)and 1174±4004 km^(2),*** average monthly home range fidelity ranged between 50 and 73%.Differences in movement-related variables between the seasonal periods(incubation,chick-rearing and non-breeding)were *** the chick-rearing period,the monthly accumulated distance was higher than during the other periods:3316±1108(chick-rearing)vs.1621±622(incubation)vs.1726±1159 km per month(nonbreeding).Additionally,large home range sizes were more frequent during the chick-rearing *** are two likely causes for these seasonal ***,chick-rearing entails a higher energetic expenditure by the parental individuals in foraging activities,so larger movements and foraging areas are expected during this ***,the flight is favoured during spring and summer due to environmental *** chick-rearing and warm months is a great evolutionary advantage for soaring-gliding raptors,as it allows them to cover larger areas with low energy ***,six individuals tagged as nestlings highlight the philopatric behaviour of the species:vultures settle their breeding areas 54±51 km from their natal nest(range=9–138 km).

X-连锁先天性肾上腺发育不良(AHC)是一种罕见的先天疾病,主要表现为失盐的肾上腺皮质功能不全、低促性腺激素型性腺功能减退(HH)以及不育。本文报道1例临床主要表现为HH的迟发AHC病例,患者为青年男性,以第二性征发育不全为主要表现,性激素检测提示HH,促性腺激素释放激素兴奋试验无反应,促肾上腺皮质激素升高,皮质醇基本正常。进一步行全外显子测序检测提示患者nR0B1(DAX-1)基因第二外显子有1个新的错义突变:c.1352(exon2)C>T。构建突变的nB0R1基因转录因子表达质粒并与包含黄体生成素β亚基(LHβ)基因启动子的质粒共转染cos7细胞株,行双荧光素酶检测,最终证实该突变能造成nR0B1功能的部分缺失。

Conjugation of Chitooligosaccharide-5-fluorouracil with Bovine Serum Albumin

The interaction between chitooligosaccharide-5-fluorouracil （cos-5FU） and bovine serum albumin （BSA） was studied by fluorescence spectroscopy. It was found that an energy transfer between cos-5FU and BSA had been occurred. The binding constants were calculated, k298K=1.175×10^4 L·mol^-1. Based on the mechanism of energy transfer of dipole-dipole interaction between the donor and acceptor, the distance between BSA and cos-SFU was determined.

目的分析受拉克罗斯病毒（LACV）感染的人脑类器官细胞不同亚群相关基因表达差异，揭示不同亚群之间的转录组特性。方法选择GEO数据库中编号为GSE131434的单细胞转录组数据，包含2个样本，1个为模拟感染cos的作为阴性对照组，1个为受LACV感染的cos。采用R语言“seurat”包对数据进行过滤、归一化、主成分分析、UMAP聚类分析，寻找cos亚群。通过“SingleR”包进行基因注释，“iTALK”包分析细胞通讯。通过“clusterProfile”包对差异基因进行富集分析，后构建PPI网络筛选关键基因。结果单细胞测序数据分析表明，受感染的cos能够分成7个细胞亚群，3种细胞类型，分别为浆细胞样树突状细胞、祖细胞、髓样树突状细胞，其中细胞通讯主要发生在祖细胞和浆细胞样树突状细胞之间，尤其是APOE-LDLR这对配体和受体中。样本的差异基因主要富集于翻译起始、m RnA和RnA分解过程、核糖体等过程中，与冠状病毒感染、帕金森等疾病的信号通路相关。进一步获得的4个关键基因为RPS27A、UBA52、RPLP0、RPL13A。结论拉克罗斯病毒感染对人脑类器官细胞的关键基因表达差异以及涉及APOE-LDLR的细胞通讯可能在感染过程中发挥关键作用，为未来的研究提供了重要线索。

各种原因引起的睡眠时间减少已成为生活常态,睡眠剥夺会降低机体的学习记忆能力,影响生活质量。该研究对C57BL/6J小鼠进行21 d睡眠剥夺,同时每天对小鼠灌胃壳三糖(chitotriose,cos3)和壳五糖(chitopentaose,cos5),通过体重、新物体识别实验、病理学染色、氧化应激和凋亡相关蛋白表达评估cos3和cos5的保护作用。结果显示,cos3和cos5干预能够缓解小鼠体重下降和海马神经细胞坏死变形,显著提高海马组织中超氧化物歧化酶水平和总抗氧化能力,显著降低海马丙二醛含量。cos3和cos5干预能够显著提升海马p-PI3K(phospho-phosphotylinosital 3 kinase)和p-Akt(phospho-protein kinase B)蛋白的相对表达量,激活PI3K/Akt信号通路,缓解神经细胞凋亡。研究表明,cos3和cos5能够明显改善睡眠剥夺引起的学习记忆能力下降,其机制可能与cos3和cos5能够缓解海马组织氧化应激和神经细胞凋亡有关,其中cos3的效果优于cos5。
