The physical nature of a series of 20 new open clusters is confirmed employing existing data on putative star members,mainly from the second Gaia Data Release(DR2).The clusters were discovered as overdensities of stars by visual inspection of either photographic DSS plates or proper motion plots of random source *** reported objects are not present in the most comprehensive or recent catalogs of stellar clusters and *** all of them,clumps of comoving stars are revealed in the proper motion *** parallaxes of the clumped stars are compatible with the real existence of open clusters over narrow ranges of *** density calculations,free of most noise from non-member sources,allow differentiating a cluster core and an extended cluster corona in some ***-magnitude diagrams generally show a definite main sequence that allows confirmation of the physical existence of the clusters and some of their *** of the new clusters seem to form a double system with a common *** of the new clusters challenge the claim of near completeness of the known OC population in the distance range from 1.0 to 1.8 kpc from the Sun(Kharchenko et al.).

Dear Editor, During recent decades, a novel mechanism of secretion has been identified in a wide range of mammalian cells. It involves the release of bioactive membrane nanovesicles （30-100 nm）, termed exosomes, upon the fusion of multivesicular bodies with the plasma membrane （Thery et al., 2009）. Exosomes are implicated in diverse functions, such as scavenging of archaic proteins, intercellular messengers delivering cell-specific signals, and vehicles for transmissible pathogens. Exosomes have also been described in other organisms such as bacte- ria, Drosophila, and fungi.

目的　探讨严重感染患儿血浆前降钙素 (PCT)的特点 ,确定导致PCT增高的相关因素 ,评价其预测价值 ,并与C反应蛋白 (CRP)和嗜中性粒细胞计数作比较。设计前瞻性观察研究 ,4 8h病例追踪研究。地点　一所大学儿童医院的儿童重症监护病房 ,该病房与一儿童临床免疫实验室合作。患儿 18例怀疑败血症收入PICU的儿童 (平均年龄3 1岁 ,范围 1个月～ 16岁 )。治疗　所有患儿均按常规给予抗生素治疗 ,并根据患儿是否出现休克或呼吸衰竭给予相应的液体复苏 ,血管活性药物和机械通气治疗。测量和主要结果　对所有患儿在入院时测定血浆PCT和CRP ,如可能在随后的 6、12、2 4、4 8h分别测定。在大多数病例 ,PCT在入院时已很高 (范围 1 0～ 72 2ng/ml) ,之后增高并不明显。与C反应蛋白相反 ,血浆PCT不随患儿的年龄变化而变化。在休克或多器官功能障碍、严重程度评分高 (儿童病死率危险度 )或后来死亡的患儿PCT明显增高。结论　患败血症儿童的血浆PCT水平很快增高 ,即使在小于 12个月的婴儿也是如此。与CRP和嗜中性粒细胞计数相比。

Paclitaxel （PTX）, one of the most effective cytotoxins for the treatment of breast and lung cancer, is limited by its severe side effects and low tumor selectivity. In this work hollow-poly（4-vinylpyridine）（hollow-p4VP） nanoparticles （NPs） have been used for the first time to generate PTX@p4VP NPs, employing a novel technique in which a gold core in the center of the NP is further oxidized to produce the hollow structure into which PTX molecules can be incorporated. The hollow-p4VP NPs exhibit good physicochemical properties and displayed excellent biocompatibility when tested on blood （no hemolysis） and cell cultures （no cytotoxicity）. Interestingly, PTX@p4VP NPs significantly increased PTX cytotoxicity in human lung （A-549） and breast （MCF-7） cancer cells with a significant reduction of PTX ICs0 （from 5.9 to 3.6 nM in A-549 and from 13.75 to 4.71 nM in MCF-7）. In addition, PTX@p4VP caused a decrease in volume of A-549 and MCF-7 multicellular tumor spheroids （MTS）, an in vitro system that mimics in vivo tumors, in comparison to free PTX. This increased antitumoral activity is accompanied by efficient cell internalization and increased apoptosis, especially in lung cancer MTS. Our results offer the first evidence that hollow- p4VP NPs can improve the antitumoral activity of PTX. This system can be used as a new nanoplatform to overcome the limitations of current breast and lung cancer treatments.

Gastrointestinal stromal tumors(GISTs) are the most common mesenchymal tumors located in the alimentary tract. Its usual manifestation is gastrointestinal bleeding. However, small asymptomatic lesions are frequently detected as incidental finding. Characteristically, most GISTs(> 95%) are positive for the KIT protein(CD117) by IHC staining and approximately 80%-90% of GISTs carry a mutation in the c-KIT or PDGFRA genes. Mutational analysis should be performed when planning adjuvant and neoadjuvant therapy, due to its possible resistance to conventional treatment. The arise of tyrosine kinase inhibitor has supposed a revolution in GISTs treatment being useful as adjuvant, neoadjuvant or recurrence disease treatment. That is why a multidisciplinary approach to this disease is required. The correct characterization of the tumor at diagnosis(the diagnosis of recurrences and the evaluation of the response to treatment with tyrosine kinase inhibitors) is fundamental for facing these tumors and requires specialized Endoscopist, Radiologists and Nuclear Medicine Physician. Surgery is the only potentially curative treatment for suspected resectable GIST. In the case of high risk GISTs, surgery plus adjuvantImatinib-Mesylate for 3 years is the standard treatment. Neoadjuvant imatinib-mesylate should be considered to shrink the tumor in case of locally advanced primary or recurrence disease, unresectable or potentially resectable metastasic tumors, and potentially resectable disease in complex anatomic locations to decrease the related morbidity. In the case of Metastatic GIST under Neoadjuvant treatment, when there are complete response, stable disease or limited disease progression, complete cytoreductive surgery could be a therapeutic option if feasible.
