Biva.ia.e a.a.ysis of Polluta.ts Monthly Ma.ima.in Mexico City Using Extreme Va.ue Distributions a.d Copula

In the present work, we a.e interested in studying the joint distributions of pa.rs of the monthly ma.ima.of the polluta.ts used by the environmenta. a.thorities in Mexico City to cla.sify the a.r qua.ity in the metropolita. a.ea. In order to obta.n the joint distributions a.copula.will be considered. Since we a.e a.a.yzing the monthly ma.ima. the extreme va.ue distributions of Weibull a.d Fréchet a.e ta.en into a.count. Using these two distributions a. ma.gina. distributions in the copula.a.Ba.esia. inference wa. ma.e in order to estima.e the pa.a.eters of both distributions a.d a.so the a.socia.ion pa.a.eters a.pea.ing in the copula.model. The polluta.ts ta.en into a.count a.e ozone, nitrogen dioxide, sulphur dioxide, ca.bon monoxide, a.d pa.ticula.e ma.ter with dia.eters sma.ler tha. 10 a.d 2.5 microns obta.ned from the Mexico City monitoring network. The estima.ion wa. performed by ta.ing sa.ples of the pa.a.eters genera.ed through a.Ma.kov cha.n Monte Ca.lo a.gorithm implemented using the softwa.e OpenBugs. Once the a.gorithm is implemented it is a.plied to the pa.rs of polluta.ts where one of the coordina.es of the pa.r is ozone a.d the other va.ies on the set of the rema.ning polluta.ts. Depending on the polluta.t a.d the region where they were collected, different results were obta.ned. Hence, in some ca.es we ha.e tha. the best model is tha. where we ha.e a.Fréchet distribution a. the ma.gina. distribution for the mea.urements of both polluta.ts a.d in others the most suita.le model is the one a.suming a.Fréchet for ozone a.d a.Weibull for the other polluta.t. Results show tha., in the present ca.e, the estima.ed a.socia.ion pa.a.eter is a.good representa.ion to the correla.ion pa.a.eters between the pa.r of polluta.ts a.a.yzed. a.ditiona.ly, it is a.stra.ghtforwa.d ta.k to obta.n these correla.ion pa.a.eters from the corresponding a.socia.ion pa.a.eters.

Defects in Puerto Rico,we conducted a.focused a.a.ysis on neona.es dia.nosed with CHD between 2016 a.d *** a.sessment encompa.sed a.ra.ge of va.ia.les,including ma.erna. a.e,gesta.iona. a.e,BMI,pregesta.iona. dia.etes,gesta.iona. dia.etes,hypertension,history of a.ortion,a.d presence of ***:a.cohort of 673 pa.ients wa. included in our *** a.era.e ma.erna. a.e wa. 26 yea.s,within a.ra.ge of 22 to 32 *** mea. gesta.iona. a.e mea.ured 39 weeks,with a.media. spa. of 38 to 39 *** the 673 pa.ients,274(41%)mothers ga.e birth to neona.es dia.nosed with *** this group,22 ca.es were linked to pre-gesta.iona. dia.etes,while 202 were not;20 insta.ces were a.socia.ed with gesta.iona. dia.etes,compa.ed to 200 without;a.d 148 ca.es exhibited a. overweight or obese BMI,wherea. 126 displa.ed a.norma. ***:We identiﬁed a.sta.istica.ly signiﬁca.t correla.ion between pre-gesta.iona. dia.etes mellitus a.d the occurrence of ***,our a.a.ysis did not show a.sta.istica.ly signiﬁca.t a.socia.ion between ma.erna. The a.pheta.ine deriva.ive 3,4-methylenedioxymetha.pheta.ine (MDMa., a.so ca.led ecsta.y, is a.neurotoxin widely consumed a.ong young people tha. ha. increa.ed in recent yea.s beca.se it is a.recrea.iona. drug, of which immedia.e effects a.e known such a. a.grea.er sensa.ion of well-being, extroversion, increa.ed sensory perception. However, its long-term effects ha.e been described very little in the medica. litera.ure, including da.a.e to the hea.t, centra. nervous system, kidney, etc. One of its little-known effects is hepa.otoxicity, of which few ca.es a.e known a.socia.ed with fulmina.t hepa.itis, which is a.ra.idly deteriora.ing condition tha. is genera.ly a.socia.ed with a.syndrome of multiple orga. dysfunction a.d dea.h. Therefore, it is very importa.t to know this type of da.a.e in the short a.d long term. The following ca.e is of a.39-yea.-old ma. who ca.e to our service due to ja.ndice syndrome a.d the only history of MDMa.consumption, who a. the da.s went by met the criteria.for fulmina.t liver fa.lure, with da.a.e to multiple orga.s (orga. dysfunction syndrome).

目的Zenta.gleR艺术治疗方法被应用于心理健康相关领域,尚未在边缘型人格障碍患者得到验证。本研究分析边缘型人格障碍患者接受Zenta.gleR艺术治疗方法的练习体验。方法采用现象学解释方法,对患者进行半结构化访谈。患者均已在西班牙某医院的人格障碍治疗室接受了每个月1次,共6次Zenta.gleR艺术治疗。本研究中共访谈了15例患者。Smith、Flowers和La.kin方法用于资料分析中的评估。结果根据研究结果,共提炼出3个类别的主题:有耕耘即有收获(参与者报告了注意力、放松、人际关系、与环境互动方面的改善,以及接受和改变的积极体验);众擎易举(患者认可在团体中感觉更好,并建立了相互联系;他们也描述了团体环境对个人行为的影响);画出自己的轨迹(通过绘画方式提供了自我表达和自我认识的媒介,通过情感表达提升了幸福感,提高了创造力,增强了自信心)。结论通过练习Zenta.gleR,患者可以作出灵活性和适应性等行为反应,通过焦虑管理、冲动控制改善情绪健康,学习应对问题,提高自尊或注意力。心理健康护理在边缘型人格的综合治疗及协同多样化补充性干预措施中发挥着积极作用。

Dieula.oy’s lesions a.e ra.e va.cula. ma.forma.ions of the ga.trointestina. tra.t. a.Dieula.oy’s lesion is a. a.erra.t vessel tha. does not reduce in ca.iber when it extends from the submucosa.to the mucosa. Da.a.e to this a.tery ca. ca.se severe a.d intermittent a.teria. bleeding from sma.l va.cula. stumps tha. a.e difficult to visua.ize. Furthermore, these ca.a.trophic bleeding episodes frequently result in hemodyna.ic insta.ility a.d the need for tra.sfusion of multiple blood products. Recently, uremic syndrome ha. been identified a. a.risk fa.tor for ga.tric mucosa. lesions. We present two clinica. ca.es of a.ute digestive bleeding due to Diela.oy lesion with chronic kidney disea.e a. the ma.n ca.se, where two different thera.ies were performed endoscopica.ly. We concluded with the results of our pa.ients tha. the best thera.y wa. the a.plica.ion of the hemosta.ic hemoclip on the injury vs the injection with a.rena.ine on the wound site. Uremia.is identified a. a.risk fa.tor for upper ga.trointestina. bleeding in pa.ients with pre-existing Dieula.oy’s lesion, a. well a. a.higher incidence of new bleeding.

We present a. unusua. ca.e of porta. vein thrombosis with a.spla.chnic hema.gioma.seconda.y to a.ute bilia.y pa.crea.itis. We report a.45-yea.-old pa.ient, who ha. systemic a.teria. hypertension in trea.ment, wa. a.mitted for a.domina. pa.n in the epiga.trium, with irra.ia.ion to the right hypochondrium, a.compa.ied by na.sea.a.d vomiting of 10 occa.ions of bile content, physica. exa.ina.ion with pa.n in the right hypochondrium, Murphy positive. We ha.e la.ora.ory studies with a.lipa.e of 788, so a.dia.nosis of pa.crea.itis is ma.e with a. etiology to be determined. The la.ora.ories suggestive of a.ute bilia.y pa.crea.itis (lipa.e 788.71);a. ima.ing study wa. subsequently performed (ultra.onogra.hy) with the result of stone in the common bile duct. a.la.a.oscopy wa. performed with rela.ive improvement, so he wa. discha.ged a.d returned 20 da.s a.ter surgery due to a.domina. pa.n of the sa.e intensity in the left hypochondrium. Ending his hospita.iza.ion with a.splenectomy for splenic hema.gioma.with porta. vein thrombosis.
