Nanoparticles represent a heterogeneous collection of materials,whether natural or synthetic,with dimensions aligning in the *** of their intense manifestation with the immune system,they can be harvested for numerous bio-medical and biotechnological advancements mainly in cancer *** review article aims to scrutinize various types of nanoparticles that interact differently with immune cells like macrophages,dendritic cells,T lymphocytes,and natural killer(NK)*** also underscores the importance of knowing how nanoparticles inﬂuence immune cell functions,such as the production of cytokines and the presentation of antigens which are crucial for effective cancer *** overviews of bio-molecular mechanisms are *** can improve antigen presentation,boost T-cell responses,and overcome the immunosuppressive tumor *** regulatory mechanisms,signaling pathways,and nanoparticle characteristics are also presented for a comprehensive *** review the nanotechnology platform options and challenges in nanoparticlesbased immunotherapy,from an immunotherapy perspective including precise targeting,immune modulation,and potential toxicity,as well as personalized approaches based on individual patient and tumor *** development of emerging multifunctional nanoparticles and theranostic nanoparticles will provide new solutions for the precision and efﬁciency of cancer therapies in next-generation practice.

Of the approximately 30 extant species of pika(Ochotona;Ochotonidae;Lagomorpha),at least 23 occur in *** these,8 are endemic,and 3 are classiﬁed as Endangered by the *** into most Chinese species is scarce,and there is much to learn about basic aspects of their *** reviewed the literature on the 23 Chinese Ochotona species,with the aim of highlighting knowledge gaps and biases in research ***ﬁcally,we identify(1)which pika species receive the most attention from researchers,(2)which topics are the most frequently studied,and(3)how well research satisﬁes conservation *** covered a total of 879 articles,most of which were written in English or *** 75%of all publications focused on the plateau pika Ochotona *** species were represented by 10 or fewer publications *** and endemic species were particularly poorly represented.204 papers treated pikas as a pest,while 13 studied conservation *** species were considered possible targets for pest control,including some poorly known *** make some recommendations on how research into Chinese Ochotona could be improved,including:(1)recognizing that the current species-level taxonomy may be an ineffective way to prioritize conservation research in Ochotona,(2)directing more research toward threatened and endemic species,subspecies,and populations,(3)researching the ecosystem engineering effects of pikas,(4)collecting basic data on natural history of the many understudied species,and(5)researching threats,including climate change and pest control campaigns.

Here is currently little consensus on the branching order and phyletic status of the oldest metazoan groups, but sponges are widely believed to be the earliestbranching living metazoans. porifera are thought to have diverged before the emergence of developmental characters typical of Eumetazoa, such as well-defined symmetry; extant sponges show radial symmetry of indeterminate high order, or none, combined with polarisation along the axis. In contrast, other early-branching phyla include bilateral and tetraradial(Cnidaria) and biradial(Ctenophora) symmetry, or none(placozoa). A variety of prismatic early fossil sponges had shown here where the shared symmetry has been overlooked, and also describe structural tetraradial symmetry in Cambrian sponges from South China. Based on this study, this symmetry is likely to have been a primitive feature of sponges, and that the earliest-known fossil sponges were highly organised, cellularly integrated individuals whose body form was under strict genetic control.

A study of six decades（1950–2009） of reanalysis data reveals that the subtropical jetstream（STJ） of the Southern（Northern） Hemisphere between longitudes 0°E and 180°E has weakened（strengthened） during both the boreal winter（January,February） and summer（July, August） seasons. The temperature of the upper troposphere of the midlatitudes has a warming trend in the Southern Hemisphere and a cooling trend in the Northern Hemisphere. Correspondingly, the north–south temperature gradient in the upper troposphere has a decreasing trend in the Southern Hemisphere and an increasing trend in the Northern Hemisphere, which affects the strength of the STJ through the thermal wind relation. We devised a method of isotach analysis in intervals of 0.1 m s-1in vertical sections of hemispheric mean winds to study the climate change in the STJ core wind speed, and also core height and latitude. We found that the upper tropospheric cooling of the Asian mid-latitudes has a role in the strengthening of the STJ over Asia, while throughout the rest of the globe the upper troposphere has a warming trend that weakens the STJ. Available studies show that the mid-latitude cooling of the upper troposphere over Asia is caused by anthropogenic aerosols（particularly sulphate aerosols） and the warming over the rest of the global mid-latitude upper troposphere is due to increased greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

This article is concerned with the initial boundary value problem for a nonconservative system of hyperbolic equation appearing in elastodynamics in the space time domain x 〉 0, t 〉 0. The number of boundary conditions, to be prescribed at the boundary x = 0,depends on the number of characteristics entering the domain. Because our system is nonlinear, the characteristic speeds depends on the unknown and the direction of the characteristics curves are known apriori. As it is well known, the boundary condition has to be understood in a generalised way. One of the standard way is using vanishing viscosity method. We use this method to construct solution for a particular class of initial and boundary data, namely the initial and boundary datas that lie on the level sets of one of the Riemann invariants.

The Normalized Diff erence Vegetation Index(NDVI),one of the earliest remote sensing analytical products used to simplify the complexities of multi-spectral imagery,is now the most popular index used for vegetation *** popularity and widespread use relate to how an NDVI can be calculated with any multispectral sensor with a visible and a near-IR *** low costs and weights of multispectral sensors mean they can be mounted on satellite,aerial,and increasingly—Unmanned Aerial Systems(UAS).While studies have found that the NDVI is effective for expressing vegetation status andquantified vegetation attributes,its widespread use and popularity,especially in UAS applications,carry inherent risks of misuse with end users who received little to no remote sensing *** article summarizes the progress of NDVI acquisition,highlights the areas of NDVI application,and addresses the critical problems and considerations in using *** discussion mainly covers three aspects:atmospheric eff ect,saturation phenomenon,and sensor *** use of NDVI can be highly eff ective as long as its limitations and capabilities are *** consideration is particularly important to the UAS user community.
