Ultrafast 3D imaging is indispensable fo. visualizing co.plex and dynamic bio.o.ical *** scanning-based techniques necessitate an inherent trade-o.f between acquisitio. speed and space-bandwidth pro.uct(SBP).Emerging single-sho. 3D wide-field techniques o.fer a pro.ising alternative but are bo.tlenecked by the synchro.o.s reado.t co.straints o. co.ventio.al CMo. systems,thus restricting data thro.ghput to.maintain high SBP at limited frame *** address this,we intro.uce EventLFM,a straightfo.ward and co.t-effective system that o.erco.es these challenges by integrating an event camera with Fo.rier light field micro.co.y(LFM),a state-o.-theart single-sho. 3D wide-field imaging *** event camera o.erates o. a no.el asynchro.o.s reado.t architecture,thereby bypassing the frame rate limitatio.s inherent to.co.ventio.al CMo. *** further develo. a simple and ro.ust event-driven LFM reco.structio. algo.ithm that can reliably reco.struct 3D dynamics fro. the unique spatio.empo.al measurements captured by *** results demo.strate that EventLFM can ro.ustly reco.struct fast-mo.ing and rapidly blinking 3D fluo.escent samples at kHz frame ***,we highlight EventLFM’s capability fo. imaging o. blinking neuro.al signals in scattering mo.se brain tissues and 3D tracking o. The prevalence o. metabo.ic-asso.iated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)has increased substantially in recent years because o. the glo.al o.esity ***,no. reco.nized as the number o.e cause o. chro.ic liver disease in the wo.ld,no. o.ly increases liver-related mo.bidity and mo.tality amo.g sufferers but also.wo.sens the co.plicatio.s asso.iated with o.her co.o.bid co.ditio.s such as cardio.ascular disease,type 2 diabetes mellitus,o.structive sleep apno.a,lipid diso.ders and *** the interplay between MAFLD and these co.o.bidities is impo.tant to.design o.timal therapeutic *** can be either part o. the disease pro.ess that results in MAFLD(e.g.,o.esity o. adipo.ity)o. a co.sequence o.
