Chronic hepatitis C infection in the UsA is a highly morbid condition and current guidelines recommend one-time screening among the birth cohort(1945-1965).Understand-ing strategies to optimize screening can help inform future hepatitis C virus(HCV)screening guidelines.A focused literature search was performed using PubMed and manual abstract review from major hepatology conferences over the past 2 *** search strategy involved using Medical subject Headings terms for hepatitis C,screening,birth cohort,baby boomers,and *** review was limited to data from the UsA.A total of 327 articles were identified and 36 abstracts were included,with studies published between *** including clinician education,electronic medical record alerts,reflex HCV RNA testing,point-of-care testing,multisite(outpatient,inpatient,emergency department,endoscopy suite)initiatives,direct patient solicitation,and utilization of non-physician providers have increased HCV screening ***,broad imple-mentation remains less than *** include lack of patient acceptance to screening and engagement in the HCV care *** Veterans Affairs Healthcare system has achieved higher birth cohort screening rates through an integrated approach requiring high-level engagement by leadership and institutional *** strategies for increasing birth cohort screening have been successful,but overall rates of HCV screening remain *** strat-egies can inform public health efforts to implement emerging national recommendations for expansion of HCV screening to all *** age 18 or older.

The reaction of HCHO with Beijing winter＇s real ambient particulate matter （PM） inside a 3.3 m3 Teflon Chamber was conducted in this study. NO2, OB and H20 gases were removed from the ambient aerosol before entering into the chamber. The decays of HCHO were monitored （acetylacetone spectrophotometry method） during the reactions at different PM number concentrations （Na） and relative humidities （RHs）, and the formed particulate formate was detected by IC and XPs techniques. The results showed that when RH was 10%-15%, the decay rate of HCHO in the chamber was higher with the existence of PM from relatively clean days （with number concentration （Na）〈 200,000 particle/L, 0.35-22.5 μm） compared to dirty days （Na 〉 200,000 particle/L, 0.35-22.5 μm）. When RH increased to 30%- 45%, PM can hardly have significant influences on the decay of HCHO. The formations of formate on the reacted PM were consistent with the HCHO decay rates at different ambient PM Na and RH conditions. This is a first study related to the ＂real＂ ambient PM reacted with HCHO and suggested that in the clean and low RH days, PM could be an effective medium for the conversion of HCHO to formate.

The development of single-chain Fv antibody (scFv) by recombinant gene expression is an important milestone for cancer therapy. single-chain antibodies are reconstructed for cancer-targeted therapy to provide good penetration into tumor tissue and to improve their pharmacokinetics in vivo, offering a clinically valuable application. The relationship needs to be analyzed that there may be some variations between the structure and function of the fusion proteins, and the relationship between the structure and function of protein molecules was obtained through analyzing relevant literature at home and abroad as well as modeling analysis. Through our analysis of the interaction region between antibody and antigen, and of the binding sites for molecular conformation, it is clear that existing antibodies need to be modified at the DNA sequence level, enhancing the biological activity of the antibodies. Based on the view that bio-molecular computer models are closely integrated with biological experiments, a bio-molecular structure-activity relationship model can be established in terms of molecular conformation, physical and chemical properties and the biological activity of single-chain antibodies. Two enlightenments are obtained from our analysis. On one hand, the structure-activity relationship is clear for new immune molecules at the gene expression level. On the other hand, a single-chain antibody molecule can be designed and optimized for the cancer-oriented treatment. In this article, we provided the theoretical and experimental basis for the development of single-chain antibodies appropriate for retinoblastoma therapy.

The probability of 5He particle emission has been affirmed theoretically [j.s. Zhang, science in China G47 (2004) 137]. In order to describe the 5He emission, the theoretical formula of the double-differential cross section of emitted 5He is to be established. Based on the pick-up mechanism, used for calculating the formula of d, t, 3He, α emissions, the theoretical formula of double-differential cross section of 5 He is obtained, which is expressed in the form of Legendre coefficients. In the case of low incident energies, the configuration [j.s. Zhang, science in China G47 (2004)137; j.s. Zhang, Commun. Theor. Phys. (Beijing, China) 39 (2003) 83] is the dominant part in the reaction *** calculated result indicates that the forward peaked angular distribution of the composite particle emission is weaker than that of the emitted single nucleon due to pick-up nucleon from the Fermi sea. As an example, the reactions of n + 14N have been calculated, and the Legendre coefficients of d, t, 3He, α, 5He emissions are obtained *** results show that the forward tendency is decided by the average momentum per nucleon in the emitted composite particles. The larger the average momentum is, the stronger the forward tendency is.

The deformation and micro-voids formation mechanisms in ferrite / bainite（ F / B） multi-phase steel with the volume fraction of bainite less than 50% were studied by numerical simulation and experimental observation. The results show that the micro-strain concentrates at the soft / hard phase（ F / B） interface in the multi-phase steel,which should be correlated with the mechanism of incoordinate deformation. During the necking of the steel,the micro-voids initially form around the F / B interface,which also form in ferrite and bainite with the severe strain. The micro-voids in bainite are more dense and finer than those in ferrite. The failure mechanism of bainite is the coalescence of micro-voids,and the failure mechanism of ferrite is the growth and tearing of micro-voids. Due to the different failure mechanisms of ferrite and bainite,a suitable part of soft phase would be beneficial to the capability of anti-failure of F / B multi-phase steel during the ductile fracture.

文章基于等离子体的joule加热、静电力、Hall效应以及Lorentz加速度等固有特性,对等离子体在航空航天领域(不包括电推进和飞行器再入热防护方面)中的应用进行总结及评估.等离子体激励器在亚声速流到高超声速流的整个空气动力学领域及稀薄流领域,得到了广泛的应用.真正引人瞩目的是,与所控制的流场相比,应用中所加入的电磁力或能量仅仅与其扰动水平相当.因此,有效的流动控制往往就限制在像流动分离、流体动力学不稳定性、动态失速和涡破碎等动力学分岔问题中.有效的控制应用通常是利用有黏-无黏流相互作用的放大效应、外部磁场或微波能量的加入等来增强其控制效果.最后文章根据这些评估,对未来学科前沿提出了几点基础创新研究方向的建议.

stir casting was used to produce AA6061/15%TiC （mass fraction） aluminum matrix composites （AMCs）. An empirical relationship was developed to predict the effect of stir casting parameters on the ultimate tensile strength （UTs） of AA6061/TiC AMCs. A central composite rotatable design consisting of four factors and five levels was used to minimize the number of experiments, i.e., castings. The factors considered were stirring speed, stirring time, blade angle and casting temperature. The effect of those factors on the UTs of AA6061/TiC AMCs was derived using the developed empirical relationship and elucidated using microstructural characterization. Each factor significantly influenced the UTs. The variation in the UTs was attributed to porosity content, cluster formation, segregation of TiC particles at the grain boundaries and homogenous distribution in the aluminum matrix.

Modeling of pre-twisted composite rotor blades is very complicated not only because of the geometric non-linearity, but also because of the cross-sectional warping and the transverse shear deformation caused by the anisotropic material properties. In this paper, the geometrically exact nonlinear modeling of a generalized Timoshenko beam with arbitrary cross-sectional shape,generally anisotropic material behavior and large deflections has been presented based on Hodges＇ method. The concept of decomposition of rotation tensor was used to express the strain in the beam. The variational asymptotic method was used to determine the arbitrary warping of the beam cross section. The generalized Timoshenko strain energy was derived from the equilibrium equations and the second-order asymptotically correct strain energy. The geometrically exact nonlinear equations of motion were established by Hamilton＇s principle. The established modeling was used for the static and dynamic analysis of pre-twisted composite rotor blades, and the analytical results were validated based on experimental data. The influences of the transverse shear deformation on the pre-twisted composite rotor blade were investigated. The results indicate that the influences of the transverse shear deformation on the static deformation and the natural frequencies of the pre-twisted composite rotor blade are related to the length to chord ratio of the blade.
