The prediction of structural performance plays a significant role in damage assessment of glass fiber reinforcement polymer(GFRP)elastic gridshell structures.Machine learning(ML)approaches are implemented in this study,to predict maximum stress and displacement of GFRP elastic gridshell structures.Several ML algorithms,including linear regression(LR),ridge regression(RR),support vector regression(SVR),K-nearest neighbors(KNN),decision tree(DT),random forest(RF),adaptive boosting(AdaBoost),extreme gradient boosting(XGBoost),category boosting(CatBoost),and light gradient boosting machine(LightGBM),are implemented in this study.Output features of structural performance considered in this study are the maximum stress as f1(x)and the maximum displacement to self-weight ratio as f2(x).A comparative study is conducted and the Catboost model presents the highest prediction accuracy.Finally,interpretable ML approaches,including shapely additive explanations(SHAP),partial dependence plot(PDP),and accumulated local effects(ALE),are applied to explain the predictions.SHAP is employed to describe the importance of each variable to structural performance both locally and globally.The results of sensitivity analysis(sa),feature importance of the CatBoost model and SHAP approach indicate the same parameters as the most significant variables for f1(x)and f2(x).

Supported Ru catalysts were prepared by wet impregnation to evaluate the role of different oxide supports(Al_2O_3,SiO_2,TiO_2,ZrO_2) in sorbitol hydrogenolysis to glycols.X-ray diffraction,transmission electron microscopy,hydrogen chemisorption,X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy,and NH3temperature-programmed desorption were used to characterize the catalysts,which were active in the hydrogenolysis of sorbitol.The support affected both the physicochemical properties and catalytic behavior of the supported Ru particles.The characterization results revealed that the Ru/Al_2O_3catalyst has a high surface acidity,partially oxidized Ru species on the surface,and a higher surface Ru/Al atomic ratio,which gave it the highest selectivity and yield to glycols.

Purpose–The purpose of this paper is to describe the specification language TML for adaptive mission plans that the authors designed and implemented for the open-source framework Aerostack for aerial robotics.Design/methodology/approach–The TML language combines a task-based hierarchical approach together with a more flexible representation,rule-based reactive planning,to facilitate adaptability.This approach includes additional notions that abstract programming details.The authors built an interpreter integrated in the software framework Aerostack.The interpreter was validated with flight experiments for multi-robot missions in dynamic environments.Findings–The experiments proved that the TML language is easy to use and expressive enough to formulate adaptive missions in dynamic environments.The experiments also showed that the TML interpreter is efficient to execute multi-robot aerial missions and reusable for different platforms.The TML interpreter is able to verify the mission plan before its execution,which increases robustness and safety,avoiding the execution of certain plans that are not feasible.Originality/value–One of the main contributions of this work is the availability of a reliable solution to specify aerial mission plans,integrated in an active open-source project with periodic releases.To the best knowledge of the authors,there are not solutions similar to this in other active open-source projects.As additional contributions,TML uses an original combination of representations for adaptive mission plans(i.***.task trees with original abstract notions and rule-based reactive planning)together with the demonstration of its adequacy for aerial robotics.

AIM: To assess the safety of therapeutic hypothermia(TH) concerning arrhythmias we analyzed serial electrocardiograms(ECG) during TH.METHODS: All patients recovered from a cardiac arrest with Glasgow < 9 at admission were treated with induced mild TH to 32-34℃. TH was obtained with cool fluid infusion or a specific intravascular device. Twelvelead ECG before,during,and after TH,as well as ECG telemetry data was recorded in all patients. From a total of 54 patients admitted with cardiac arrest during the study period,47 patients had the 3 ECG and telemetry data available. ECG analysis was blinded and performed with manual caliper by two independent cardiologists from blinded copies of original ECG,recorded at 25 mm/s and 10 mm/m V. Coronary care unit staff analyzed ECG telemetry for rhythm disturbances. Variables measured in ECG were rhythm,RR,PR,QT and corrected QT(QTc by Bazett formula,measured in lead v2) intervals,QRS duration,presence of Osborn's J wave and U wave,as well as ST segment displacement and T wave amplitude in leads Ⅱ,v2 and v5.RESULTS: Heart rate went down an average of 19 bpm during hypothermia and increased again 16 bpm with rewarming(P < 0.0005,both). There was a nonsignificant prolongation of the PR interval during TH and a significant decrease with rewarming(P = 0.041). QRS duration significantly prolonged(P = 0.041) with TH and shortened back(P < 0.005) with rewarming. QTc interval presented a mean prolongation of 58 ms(P < 0.005) during TH and a significant shortening with rewarming of 22.2 ms(P = 0.017). Osborn or J wave was found in 21.3% of the patients. New arrhythmias occurred in 38.3% of the patients. Most frequent arrhythmia was non-sustained ventricular tachycardia(19.1%),followed by severe bradycardia or paced rhythm(10.6%),accelerated nodal rhythm(8.5%) and atrial fibrillation(6.4%). No life threatening arrhythmias(sustained ventricular tachycardia,polymorphic ventricular tachycardia or ventricular fibrillation) occurred during TH. This work provides analytical results towards applications in the field of invasive-invaded systems modeled with nonlinear diffusion and with advection.The results focus on showing regularity,existence and uniqueness of weak solutions using the condition of a nonlinear slightly positive parabolic operator and the reaction-absorption monotone properties.The coupling in the reaction-absorption terms,that characterizes the species interaction,impedes the formulation of a global comparison principle that is shown to exist locally.Additionally,this work provides analytical solutions obtained as selfsimilar minimal and maximal profiles.A propagating diffusive front is shown to exist until the invaded specie notes the existence of the invasive.When the desertion of the invaded st arts,the diffusive front vanishes globally and the nonlinear diffusion concentrates only on the propagating tail which exhibits finite speed.Finally,the invaded specie is shown to exhibit an exponential decay along a characteristic curve.Such exponential decay is not trivial in the nonlinear diffusion case and confirms that the invasive continues to feed on the invaded during the desertion.

锂硫电池技术的高理论容量（1672 mA h g-1）比目前应用于锂离子电池的过渡金属氧化物阴极高出6倍,这使得它在运输与储能系统方面具有强大的吸引力,除此以外,锂硫电池还能提供较高的理论能量密度（2567 W h kg-1）。然而,每一项技术都有其缺陷,对于锂硫电池来说也是如此。尽管锂硫电池有着明显优势和良好的前景,目前仍存在一些问题阻碍了其实际应用,如硫的绝缘性能、硫变成硫化锂时的大体积膨胀、固体电解质界面的不均匀形成和树枝状物的形成等,这些问题在高含硫量的阴极上表现得更为明显,但运用传统浆液涂层工艺来制备硫磺阴极却可能无法达到预期的高能量密度,依靠集电体、粘合剂、导电碳等非活性材料来制备硫磺阴极会降低锂硫电池的整体能量密度,因此,急切需要找到制备硫磺阴极的替代方法。本项工作提出了三种实用和直接的方法来克服上述问题,它们分别在第三、第四和第五章中作详细介绍。第一种方法是在不同的含硫量下,通过简单的真空过滤,仅用碳纳米管作为粘合剂、电流收集器和导电剂来设计和制备含硫阴极。对于硫含量为50-70%的阴极来说,临界硫含量约为7 mg cm-2。而研究发现,仅使用MWCNTs会受到临界硫含量的限制,当高于该值时,阴极的厚度会增加,电阻相应增加,电压下降导致较低平台处的电压分布显示出强烈的钝化。在此条件下制备的阴极显示出1400 mA h g-1（约9.8 mA h cm-2）的良好放电能力,使得其在基于电极总质量的条件下具备约1900 W h kg-1的高能量密度。在第二种方法中,开发了一种三维无粘结剂电极。这种简单的合成方法在稳定的3D活性碳纤维毡（S-MWCNTs/ACFF）上毡合和吸附硫沉积的多壁碳纳米管。此外,在设计的电极中还产生了杂化效应。毡合的碳纳米管膜起硫基质的作用,而吸附/浸渍在碳纤维表面的碳纳米管则如同一个中间层,起着多硫化物捕捉器和硫沉淀主体的作用。与此同时,在碳纤维上形成平行的中孔提高了电极的电化学性能,改变了电极的整体电子转移路径,与独立式碳纳米管（S-MWCNTs）电极相比,这种电子转移路径使电极获得了较低的电荷转移电阻。电化学结果表明,硫负载量为7 mg cm-2的独立式S-MWCNTs电极的初始放电容量仅为790 mA h g-1,并且在108圈循环后失效,与其相比,硫负载量为8 mg cm-2的S-MWCNTs/ACFF电极的初始放电容量则为1197 mA hg-1,300圈循环后保持500 mA h g-1的可逆容量,硫利用率和可循环性都得到了显著的提高,这是因为锂在锂阳极上沉积得更好,并且多硫化锂约束得到了改善。结果表明,通过形成分级孔来设计具有双电子转移路径的硫电极,可以延长锂硫电池的循环寿命,避免阴极负载硫量大的锂硫电池在充电过程中出现“猝死”现象。在第三种方法中,在活性碳纤维毡（ACFF）上化学沉积MnO2制成双功能中间层后,将其插入重硫阴极（＞10 mg cm-2）和电池隔膜之间。得益于其分层的微/中尺度孔隙结构特征和MnO2的多硫化物保持能力,一个使用MnO2@ACFF中间层的电池（含有一个15 mg cm-2的阴极）在2 mA cm-2下进行350圈评估循环后显示出1072 mA h g-1的高可逆容量和430 mA h g-1的高容量保持率。此外,两个使用MnO2@ACFF中间层的电池（含有一个20 mg cm-2的阴极和一个30 mg cm-2的阴极）在0.1 C下进行100圈评估循环后显示出初始容量分别为1133和1051,最终容量分别为736和446 mA h g-1。这种电化学性能和简单的制备证明,MnO2基ACFF中间层可以有效地减缓多硫化物在重硫阴极中的扩散,从而延长锂硫电池的寿命。

Objective: Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the ataxia telangiectasiaemutated gene ATM have been linked with pneumonitis after radiotherapy for lung cancer but have not been evaluated in terms of pulmonary function impairment. Here we investigated potential associations between SNPs in ATM and changes in diffusing capacity of the lung for carbon monoxide (DLCO) in patients with nonesmall-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) after radiotherapy. Methods: From November 1998 through June 2009, 448 consecutive patients with inoperable primary NSCLC underwent definitive (≥60 Gy) radiotherapy, with or without chemotherapy. After excluding patients with a history of thoracic surgery, ra-diation, or lung cancer; without DNA samples available for analysis; or without pulmonary function testing within the 12 months before and the 12 months after radiotherapy, 100 patients were identified who are the subjects of this study. We genotyped two SNPs of ATM previously found to be associated with radiation-induced pneumonitis (rs189037 and rs228590) and evaluated potential correlations between these SNPs and impairment (decreases) in DLCO by using logistic regression analysis. Results: Univariate and multivariate analyses showed that the AA genotype of ATM rs189037 was associated with decreased DLCO after definitive radiotherapy than the GG/AG genotypes (univariate coefficient, -0.122; 95％ confidence interval (CI),-0.236 to -0.008; P = 0.037; and multivariate coefficient, -0.102; 95％ CI, -0.198 to -0.005; P = 0.038)No such correlations were found for rs228590 (univariate coefficient, -0.096; 95％ CI, -0.208 to 0.017; P = 0.096). Conclusions: The AA genotype of ATM rs189037 was associated with higher risk of lung injury than were the GG/AG genotypes in patients with NSCLC treated with radiotherapy. This finding should be validated prospectively with other patient populations.
