Nitric oxide(NO)and hydrogen sulfide(HS)are two molecules that share signaling properties in plant and animal cells NO and H2S originate two farmilies of de rived mol ecules designated reactive nitrogen and sulfur species(RNS and RSS,respectively).These molecules are responsible for certain protein regulatory processes through posttranslational modifications(PTms),being the most remarkable S nitrosation and persufidation,which afect the thiol group of cysteine *** and H2S can also exert regulatory functions due to their interaction through the iron present in proteins that contain heme groups or iron-sulfur dlusters,as reported mainly in animal ***,the available information in plant cells is still very limited thus *** higher plants,NO and H2S are involved in a myriad of physiological events from seed germination to fruit ripening,but also the mec hanism of response to biotic and abiotic stress *** vie wpoint manuscript highlights the functional regulatory parllelism of these two molecules which also interact with the metabolism of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in plant cells.

选取绿熟期和红熟期的果实,分离线粒体,测定羰基化蛋白,研究蛋白氧化修饰的模式,以及超氧自由基和过氧化氢在果实中的积累。mALDITOF/TOF分析法检测到了绿熟期和红熟期果实的羰基化蛋白、甲酸脱氢酶、NAD-异柠檬酸脱氢酶、孔蛋白和防卫素,这些蛋白质通过羰基化进行调控,与果实的成熟阶段无关。但其他蛋白,如甘氨酸脱氢酶P亚基和磷酸转运蛋白是羰基化的靶目标,仅在绿熟期果实中检测到;顺乌头酸酶、ATP酶的β亚基、抑制素、orf B蛋白和细胞色素C氧化酶仅在红色果实中检测到。研究结果表明线粒体蛋白的羰基化是一种蛋白质修饰的方式,它驱动果实成熟的复杂过程,促进了非呼吸跃变作物果实的某些线粒体蛋白积累和功能化的过程。

Plant peroxisomes have the capacity to gen erate different reactive oxygen and nitrogen species(ROS and RNS),such as H2O2,superoxide radical(O2^·-),nitric oxide and peroxynitrite(ONOO^-).These organelles have an active nitrooxidative metabolism which can be exacerbated by adverse stress *** sulfide(H2S)is a new signaling gasotransmitter which can mediate the posttranslational modification(PTm)*** used Arabidopsis thaliana transgenic seedlings expressing cyan fluorescent protein(CFP)fused to a canonical peroxisome targeting signal 1(PTS1)to visualize peroxisomes in living cells,as well as a specific fluorescent probe which showed that peroxisomes contain H2S.H2S was also detected in chloroplasts under glyphosate-induced oxidative stress *** enzyme activities,including catalase,photorespiratory H2O2-generating glycolate oxidase(GOX)and hydroxypyruvate reductase(HPR),were assayed in vitro with a H2S *** line with the persulfidation of this enzyme,catalase activity declined significantly in the presence of the H2S *** corroborate the inhibitory effect of H2S on catalase activity,we also assayed pure catalase from bovine liver and pepper fruit-enriched samples,in which catalase activity was *** together,these data provide evidenee of the presence of H2S in plant peroxisomes which appears to regulate catalase activity and,consequently,the peroxisomal H2O2 metabolism.

This paper introduces a new aggregation model by using induced and heavy aggregation operators in distances measures such as the Hamming *** is called the induced heavy ordered weighted averaging（OWA） distance（IHOWAD） *** paper studies some of its main properties and a wide range of particular cases such as the induced heavy OWA（IHOWA） operator,the induced OWA distance（IOWAD） operator and the heavy OWA distance（HOWAD） *** approach is generalized by using generalized and quasi-arithmetic means obtaining the induced generalized IHOWAD（IGHOWAD） operator and the Quasi-IHOWAD *** application of the new approach in a decision making problem regarding the selection of strategies is developed.

Olfactory ensheathing glia promote axonal regeneration in the mammalian central nervous system,including retinal ganglion cell axonal growth through the injured optic ***,it is unknown whether olfactory ensheathing glia also have neuroprotective *** ensheathing glia express brain-derived neurotrophic factor,one of the best neuroprotectants for axotomized retinal ganglion ***,we aimed to investigate the neuroprotective capacity of olfactory ensheating glia after optic nerve *** ensheathing glia cells from an established rat immortalized clonal cell line,TEG3,were intravitreally injected in intact and axotomized retinas in syngeneic and allogeneic mode with or without microglial inhibition or immunosuppressive *** and gene expression analyses were *** bulb-derived primary olfactory ensheathing glia and TEG3 express major histocompatibility complex classⅡ*** and syngenically transplanted TEG3 cells survived in the vitreous for up to 21 days,forming an *** axotomized retinas,only the allogeneic TEG3 transplant rescued retinal ganglion cells at 7 days but not at 21 *** these retinas,microglial anatomical activation was higher than after optic nerve crush *** intact retinas,both transplants activated microglial cells and caused retinal ganglion cell death at 21 days,a loss that was higher after allotransplantation,triggered by pyroptosis and partially rescued by microglial inhibition or ***,neuroprotection of axotomized retinal ganglion cells did not improve with these *** different neuroprotective properties,different toxic effects,and different responses to microglial inhibitory treatments of olfactory ensheathing glia in the retina depending on the type of transplant highlight the importance of thorough preclinical studies to explore these variables.

The antitumor immune response plays a crucial role in successful cancer *** a recent article in Science,Giampazolias et al.[1]reported a vitamin D(VitD)-mediated antitumor mechanism in murine intestinal epithelial cells(IECs)associated with a specific microbiota signature(Bacteroides fragilis)that enhances the antitumor immune *** strong positive association between VitD-dependent microbiota and the antitumor immune response provides a proof-of-concept for supplementing immunotherapy regimens with VitD to strengthen antitumor immunity and improve immunotherapysuccess.
