A force balance approach and numerical fit.ings have been ut.lized t. develop a semi-empirical part.cle resuspension model based on a group of part.cle resuspension experiment.l dat.. t.e model has been applied int. a t.ree-dimensional comput.t.onal fluid dynamics code, GASFLOW. t.e model validat.on has been done by comparison of t.e numerical predict.ons about.part.cle resuspension rat.s in given incoming flows against.t.e corresponding experiment.l dat.. t.e comparisons have proved t.e validit. of t.e developed model.

Object.ve: It.is import.nt.t. minimize t.e risk of major vascular injury during pneumoperit.neumest.blishment.in laparoscopic surgeries for pat.ent. wit. unusual variat.ons in t.e levels of t.eabdominal aort., t.e inferior vena cava (IVC), and t.e left.renal vein, which will decrease t.e morbidit.and mort.lit.. t.e st.dy aims t. assess t.e variat.ons regarding t.e bifurcat.on level of t.e abdominalaort., format.on level of t.e IVC, and insert.on level of t.e left.renal vein int. t.e ***: t.is ret.ospect.ve st.dy was conduct.d on 100 pat.ent. (50 males and 50 females) referred t.t.e Depart.ent.of Radiology, jordan Universit. Hospit.l for abdomino-pelvic Ct.wit. int.a-venouscont.ast.from January 2018 t. December 2019. t.e t.ree vessels were det.rmined on t.e axial plane,t.e coronal plane, and t.e midsagit.al plane. t.e cent.al vert.bral body height.as well as t.e dist.nce oft.e level of t.e point.of int.rest.t. t.e upper end plat. of t.e vert.brae were measured. Aft.rwards, t.eresult. were classified int. t.e following cat.gories, upper end plat., lower end plat., int.rvert.bral disc,upper half, and lower half of t.e ***: t.e aort.c bifurcat.on was mainly found at.t.e level of t.e L4 vert.bral body (65, 65%). In t.eremaining cases, t.e bifurcat.on was found t. be variably locat.d spanning from L3 in 11 (11%) cases t.3 (3%) cases at.L5. As for t.e iliocaval junct.on, t.e most.common sit. was also at.t.e level of L4 wit.41 (41%) cases followed by 39 (39%) cases at.t.e level of L5, and 20 (20%) cases at.t.e int.rvert.bral discof L4/L5. t.e left.renal vein most.commonly joined t.e IVC at.t.e level of L1 wit. 62 (62%) cases followedby 20 (20%) cases at.t.e int.rvert.bral disc t.2/L1. t.ere was wide variat.on in it. ent.y t. t.e IVCspanning from 4 (4%) cases at.t.2/L1 t. 1 (1%) case at.***: t.e anat.mical variat.on of t.e major vessels can be found in t.e normal ***, sufficient.invest.gat.on of t.e anat.mical posit.on of t.ese

Background: t.e healt.care syst.m in jordan is evolving and has t. cont.nuously respond t. t.e changing risk profile of t.e populat.on. t.e purpose of t.is st.dy was t. examine percept.on of users and providers of t.e qualit. of home healt. care services. Met.ods: A descript.ve design was used t. collect.dat. from a convenience sample of 82 users of home healt. care services. Result.: Users had low t. fair sat.sfact.on (30.5% - 69.5%) about.t.e qualit. of care provided, had moderat. sat.sfact.on (72.0% t. 81.7%) about.t.e informat.on received, and had low t. fair sat.sfact.on about.educat.on relat.d t. goal of t.eat.ent.and medicat.on (46.4% - 53.3%). Users had high level of agreement.(>70%) t.at.healt. agencies provided int.rpersonal care. Conclusion: t.e abilit. of t.e frail people t. choose from a variet. of cost.effect.ve long-t.rm care services is limit.d.

Mohs Micrographic Surgery (MMS) is widely employed in t.e t.eat.ent.of non-melanoma skin cancer and is a preferred t.eat.ent.for many cut.neous malignancies, part.cularly in high risk locat.ons and t.mors [1,2]. It.has also been used in t.e narrow excision of malignant.melanoma wit. local cont.ol rat.s equivalent.t. st.ndard margins [3]. It.has gained accept.nce in t.e t.eat.ent.of noninvasive melanoma where st.ndard 0.5 cm margins may be inadequat. for local cont.ol [4]. t.e frozen sect.on processing used in MMS has been assumed by some t. be inadequat. in assessing melanocyt. populat.ons or residual melanoma wit.in excision margins. t.is difficult. has likely led t. a majorit. of surgeons wit. fellowship t.aining t. process margins wit. slow, permanent.hemat.xylin and eosin sect.ons (“slowmohs”) or t. simply resort.t. st.ndard 0.5, 1.0, or 2.0 cm margins wit. t.adit.onal excision and out.ide pat.ology confirmat.on of clear margins. A recent.survey of pract.cing fellowship-t.ained Mohs surgeons revealed roughly one-t.ird (35.9%) of Mohs surgeons felt.comfort.ble int.rpret.ng MARt.1 immunost.ins, and far fewer were act.ally performing immunost.ins in t.eir labs [5]. Some Mohs surgeons current.y refer melanoma t. a colleague experienced in processing and reading melanoma wit. available rapid immunost.ining. t.e development.of rapid immunohist.chemist.y, which can be implement.d int. a t.adit.onal frozen sect.on laborat.ry, has great.y improved t.e ease of int.rpret.ng margins in t.e excision of melanoma.
