AIM： To investigate the effect of Garden/a fasm/noides （GJ） on cerulein-induced acute pancreatitis （AP） in mice. METHODS： C57BL/6 mice weighing 18-20 g were divided into three groups. （1） Normal salinetreated group, （2） treatment with GJ at a dose of 0.1 g/kg, （3） treatment with GJ at a dose of 1 g/kg. GJ was administered orally （n = 6 per group） for 1 wk. Three hours later, the mice were given anintraperitoneal injection of cerulein （50 μg/kg）, a stable cholecystokinin （CCK） analogue, every hour for a total of 6h as described previously. The mice were sacrificed at 6 h after completion of cerulein injections. Blood samples were obtained to determine serum amylase, lipase and cytokine levels. The pancreas was rapidly removed for morphologic examination and scoring. A portion of pancreas was stored at -70℃ and prepared for the measurement of tissue myeloperoxidase （MPO） activity, an indicator of neutrophil sequestration, and for reverse-transcriptase PCR （RT-PCR） and real-time PCR measurements. RESULTS： Treatment with G.1 decreased significantly the severity of pancreatitis and pancreatitis-associated lung injury. Treatment with G.1 attenuated the severity of AP compared with saline-treated mice, as shown by reduction in pancreatic edema, neutrophil infiltration, serum amylase and lipase levels, serum cytokine levels, and mRNA expression of multiple inflammatory mediators. CONCLUSION： These results suggest that GJ attenuated the severity of AP as well as pancreatitisassociated lung injury.

BACKGROUND For the treatment of gastritis,rebamipide,a mucoprotective agent,and nizatidine,a gastric acid suppressant,are commonly employed *** To compare the efficacy of Mucotra®SR(rebamipide 150 mg)and Axid®(nizatidine 150 mg)combination therapy with the sole administration of Axid®in managing erosive *** A total of 260 patients diagnosed with endoscopically confirmed erosive gastritis were enrolled in this open-label,multicenter,randomized,phase 4 clinical trial,allocating them into two groups:Rebamipide/nizatidine combination twice daily vs nizatidine twice daily for 2 *** full-analysis set analysis encompassed 239 patients(rebamipide/nizatidine,n=121;nizatidine,n=118),while the per-protocol analysis included 218 patients(n=110 vs 108).Post-treatment assessments comprised primary(erosion improvement rate)and secondary(erosion and edema cure rates,erythema improvement rates,hemorrhage,and gastrointestinal symptoms)***,drug-related adverse effects were *** Primary efficacy assessment showed a statistically significant improvement rate in mucosal erosions in the combination group compared to the control group in the full-analysis set(rebamipide/nizatidine 62.0%,nizatidine 49.2%,P=0.046),with a similar trend noted in the per-protocol analysis(62.7%vs 50.0%,P=0.058).Both groups were effective in curing erosion and edema and improvement of bleeding,erythema,and gastrointestinal symptoms,whereas no inter-group differences were *** confined to the participants with gastritis symptoms,improvement of erosion was more optimal in the combination group(63.0%vs 49.5%,P=0.046).No adverse events related to the drugs were *** Rebamipide/nizatidine combination is effective in treatment of erosive gastritis.

采用响应面分析法优化山楂中总黄酮超声辅助提取的工艺条件.以总黄酮(以金丝桃苷计)得率为指标,在单因素试验的基础上,应用了响应面中的Box-Benhnken模型设计试验,对提取工艺影响较大的山楂粉碎粒度、超声时间、料液比、超声功率4个工艺参数进行优化.结合实际操作,最佳的工艺条件为粉碎粒度40目,超声时间33min,料液比1∶33(g/mL),超声功率160W,在此条件下,总黄酮得率为5.21%,与预测值5.26%基本相符.

For an evaluation of a thermal conductivity of Zr + 30 vol% ZrO2 simulated inert matrix nuclear fuel pellet, a simulated fuel pellet was fabricated using a hot-pressing method at 800°C in a vacuum and at a 20 MPa load. And several thermophysical properties of the simulated inert matrix fuel pellet were measured and calculated. The thermal diffusivity and linear thermal expansion as a function of temperature of the simulated fuel pellet were measured using a laser flash method and a dilatometry, respectively. Finally, based on the experimental data, the thermal conductivity of the simulated inert matrix fuel pellet was calculated and evaluated.

Here,CuO nanorods fabricated via pulsed laser ablation in liquids were decorated with Ir,Pd,and Ru NPs(loading~7 wt%) through pulsed laser irradiation in the liquids *** resulting NPs-decorated CuO nanorods were characterized spectroscopically and employed as multifunctional electrocatalysts in OER,HER,and the furfural oxidation reactions(FOR).Ir-CuO nanorods afford the lowest overpotential of~345 mV(HER) and 414 mV(OER) at 10 mA cm^(-2),provide the highest 2-furoic acid yield(~10.85 mM) with 64.9% selectivity,and the best Faradaic efficiency~72.7% in 2 h of FOR at 1.58 V(***).In situ electrochemical-Raman analysis of the Ir-CuO detects the formation of the crucial intermediates,such as Cu(Ⅲ)-oxide,Cu(oh)_(2),and Ir_x(oh)_y,on the electrode-electrolyte surface,which act as a promoter for HER and *** Ir-CuO ‖ Ir-CuO in a coupled HER and FOR-electrolyzer operates at~200 mV lower voltage,compared with the conventional electrolyzer and embodies the dual advantage of energy-saving H_(2) and 2-furoic acid production.

＜正＞The principal goal of this investigation was to develop a feedback controlled high cycle fatigue testing system and to demonstrate its usefulness by acquiring a preliminary stress-life curve of an aluminum film in a very short period of time.A high cycle fatigue testing system having 2.5 N load capacities was constructed and proved reliable,stable and useful in doing long-run fatigue tests.A set of stress-life curves was collected under a mean stress level with 1.16μm thick aluminum films under closed-loop load *** system is compact enough to set it up on subsidiary equipment like an optical microscope.A white light interferometric microscope was utilized to observe a specimen’s surface morphology change with fatigue cycles *** surface roughness was decreased or remained constant in the beginning but started to increase in the later stage.

Crystal structures having periodically arranged inclusions inside a homogeneous matrix,called Phononic Crystals （PC’s）,exhibit various wave phenomena such as negative refraction,wave focusing,mode splitting,***,one of the most remarkable properties is a bandgap phenomenon,which refers to wave propagations inside a PC are forbidden in certain *** the bandgap phenomenon is applied in various applications such as wave guiding and wave filtering etc.,there have been growing needs for the PC having wider bandgap frequency ranges.A number of researches [1-4] have successfully designed PC’s having the maximized bandgap frequency *** researches have shown that the design of the unit cell of PC’s can be ***,no earlier investigation has so far paid attentions to the singular issue which will be mainly concerned in this paper - the reduction of the spatial *** found that the optimized unit cell may correspond to shorter spatial periods so that the initial assumption on the periodicity is no longer *** means that the size of the unit cell in the direct lattice originally defined in the topology optimization formulation often turns out to be reduced in the final optimized unit cell especially when the creation and maximization of a bandgap are simultaneously *** unit cell size reduction can occur in various lattice structures including square and rectangular unit *** is found that the reduction of the spatial period can be a critical problem because the reduction can lead to incorrect optimized ***,without any control on the periodicity,maintaining the originally set-up periodicity is not ***,a new technique is required to avoid the reduction of the spatial *** dealing with a technique to control the cell size during optimization iterations,the first part of this work is focused on the explanation of the issue in some details about the characteristic of reduced unit cell

In this work, enhancement of the light extraction efficiency of a 590 nm AIGaInP light-emitting diodes （LED） with a reflective top electrode （RTE） was investigated. A distributed Bragg reflector （DBR）, consisting of AIAs/AIGaAs pairs, grown on an AlGaInP structure was used as a reflector for a reflective top electrode. It was found that a higher output power was observed from the AIGalnP LED with a RTE than from a conventional one. In addition, it was noted that the improvement in the output power depends strongly on the reflectivity of the reflector and that it exhibits a more effective performance with low injection currents. The increase in the optical output power was attributed to the enhanced extraction efficiency caused by a reduction of light absorbed from the emission region to top electrode through the RTE.
