BACKGROUND Ewing’s sarcoma(ES)is a neuroectodermal tumor that typically occurs in the bones and soft tissues of children and young *** renal ES is rare;only a few cases and a small case series have been documented,and only four cases involved primary renal ES in older people(>65 years old).CASE SUMMARY Herein,we describe the radiological and pathological features of primary renal ES in an older person.A 76-year-old man complained of poor oral intake and was found to have a large cystic renal mass with indistinct margins on computed ***-guided biopsy revealed that the tumor contained small round blue *** patient underwent a right radical *** tumor cells showed diffuse membranous CD99,and nuclear friend leukemia integration 1 transcription factor and NK2 Homeobox *** in situ hybridization revealed EWSR1 ***,18F-fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography revealed no evidence of *** patient was diagnosed with primary renal *** months following the surgery,local recurrence and distant metastasis were *** renal ES is rare and often lethal in older *** specific imaging findings are unknown,and treatment protocols have not been *** This case report describes the radiological and pathological features of primary renal ES in an older person.

Background:Sepsis is a potentially life-threatening condition that occurs when the body’s response to infection leads to widespread inflammation and tissue *** cultures can make it difficult for clinicians to make a diagnosis and may raise questions about the validity of the definition of *** addition,the clinical distinctions between burn patients with blood culturepositive and-negative sepsis are also poorly ***,this study aimed to examine the clinical differences between blood culture-positive and-negative sepsis in burn patients in order to improve the understanding of the pathophysiology and epidemiology of sepsis in this ***:This study had a retrospective design,and the participants were adults aged≥18 *** diagnosed with sepsis were divided into two groups based on their blood culture results within 1 week of sepsis ***:We enrolled 1643 patients admitted to our institution’s burn intensive care unit between January 2010 and December ***,platelet count,bicarbonate and haematocrit were significant in both the positive and negative ***,lymphocyte,red cell distribution width and blood urea nitrogen were significant only in the positive group,whereas lactate dehydrogenase was significant only in the negative *** baumannii,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,and Klebsiella pneumonia are common gram-negative bacterial species,and Staphylococcus aureus and Staphylococcus epidermidis are common gram-positive bacterial species seen in burn patients with positive blood *** resistance was found to be associated with an unfavourable prognosis in gram-negative bacteria,with the exception of ***:pH,platelet count,bicarbonate and haematocrit were routine biomarkers that demon-strated statistical significance in both *** dehydrogenase was significant in the blood-negative group,while red cell distribution width,blood urea nitrogen and lym

随着无线通信市场的快速增长,大多数射频器件制造厂家正在经受着这一领域新出现的众多公司所带来的成本压力。为了寻找解决这一问题的方法,焦点便集中在减少总的加工成本,例如封装、组装以及最终的电气测试等方面。特别是功能测试便成为昂贵的自动测试系统(ATE)满足众多用户对器件质量和生产率要求所不可避免的需求。在这一方面,测试成本的减少便作为一个最大的难题来考虑。介绍了低成本高速射频器件自动测试系统的实现过程,它是一种比较好的减少测试成本的方法。在射频器件的测试中,实现高速、精确测量十分重要但又较困难。为解决上述这些问题,提出了高速和精密测量能力,它是通过16独立的射频部件以高速开关时间和高精度模数转换器采用产业标准与仪器模数扩展(VXI)和GPIB接口而实现的。此外,此系统具有四区测试能力,它能显著地提高器件的生产效率。

＜正＞ In this paper,a 64 x 64 bit modified full-array multiplier using a new compression technique is *** multiplier is based on a modular array architecture with the block of an encoder to implement the modified Booth’s algorithm [1],the block implementing the Wallace’s tree [2],and the block of a 128-bit Carry Look-Ahead（CLA） *** input of an encoder is 16-bit long and the block implementing the Wallace’s tree consists of both 4-2 compressors and 6-2 compressors proposed in this *** those compressors,the propagation delay time of the proposed multiplier is about 5% reduced,compared to the multiplier which has a parallel structured architecture [4].Also the multiplier has easier design methodology due to the regular characteristics of the modular array architecture.
