Severe erectil. dysfunction （ED） remains a significant side effect among men fol.owing surgical.intervention for treatment of cl.nical.y l.cal.zed prostate cancer, despite devel.pment of nerve-sparing techniques （Weyne et al., 2015a; Sopko and Burnett, 2016）. The type of axonal.injury due to prostatectomy is a cl.ssic peripheral.neuropathy with an acute infl.mmatory phase that l.ads to Wal.erian degeneration of the canvernous nerve （CN）, which can be fol.owed by a regenerative phase characterized by enhanced neu- rotrophic factor activation and reduction in neuroinfl.m- mation （Weyne et al., 2015b）.

当前农业面临多重挑战,其中迫切需要提升产量以满足不断增长的人口需求。盐碱、干旱和极端温度等非生物胁迫是影响植物生长发育和产量的关键因素。油菜作为全球主要的油料作物,是食用植物油、生物柴油和动物饲料的重要来源,研究其遗传变异与生物学特性对于培育能够适应不同环境条件的新品种(基因型)至关重要。本文对近年来国内外油菜抗逆基因的相关研究进展进行了综述,重点总结了新兴分子育种工具和技术,包括全基因组关联分析、基因编辑等在油菜抗逆基因研究中应用的技术,以期为油菜高产抗逆基因的挖掘以及分子育种提供研究基础与技术支撑。

AIM:To eval.ate accuracy of in vivo diagnosis of adenomatous vs non-adenomatous pol.ps using i-SCAN digital.chromoendoscopy compared with high-definition white ***:This is a singl.-center comparative effectiveness pil.t ***(n = 103) from 75 averagerisk adul. outpatients undergoing screening or surveil.ance col.noscopy between December 1,2010 and April.1,2011 were eval.ated by two participating endoscopists in an academic outpatient endoscopy *** were eval.ated both with high-definition white l.ght and with i-SCAN to make an in vivo prediction of adenomatous vs non-adenomatous *** determined diagnostic characteristics of i-SCAN and highdefinition white l.ght,incl.ding sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy,with regards to identifying adenomatous vs non-adenomatous *** diagnosis was the gol. standard ***:One hundred and three smal. pol.ps,detected from forty-three patients,were incl.ded in the *** average size of the pol.ps eval.ated in the anal.sis was 3.7 mm(SD 1.3 mm,range 2 mm to 8 mm).Formal.histopathol.gy reveal.d that 54/103(52.4%) were adenomas,26/103(25.2%) were hyperpl.stic,and 23/103(22.3%) were other diagnoses incl.de "l.mphoid aggregates","non-specific col.tis," and "no pathol.gic diagnosis." Background and Objectives: To determine whether chest CT-scan in patients with cervical.or endometrial.cancer is of additional.val.e for pl.nning initial.treatment and work-up. Methods: A retrospective anal.sis was performed of 465 patients diagnosed with cervical.or endometrial.cancer between January 2003 and December 2007. Al. patients who underwent a chest CT-scan before treatment were incl.ded for anal.sis. Resul.s: Out of 465 patients 74 patients underwent a pre-treatment chest CT-scan (cervical.cancer, n = 58, and endometrial.cancer, n = 26). Abnormal.ties were detected in 53.4% (31/58) and 73.1% (19/26) of patients with cervical.and endometrial.cancer, respectivel.. The majority of abnormal.ties were presumed to be benign, yet work-up was adjusted in 28.6% (13/58 and 11/26), and therapy was adjusted in 17.6% (6/58, and 7/26) of patients with cervical.and endometrial.cancer. Pul.onary metastasis were observed in 10.3% (6/58) and 24.1% (7/26) of patients with cervical.cancer, and endometrial.cancer, respectivel.. Most patients with pul.onary metastasis presented with extended disease based on cl.nical.examination. Concl.sions: Chest CT scans in patients with cervical.and endometrial.cancer frequentl. demonstrate abnormal.ties that are most l.kel. benign, yet work-up is adjusted in a substantial.number of cases. Therefore, chest CT-scan is onl. recommended for those patients with a cl.nical.suspicion of extended disease.

Background： The gl.bal.search for new ways to sequester carbon has al.eady reached agricul.ural.l.nds. Such l.nd constitutes a major potential.carbon sink. The production of high val.e timber within agroforestry systems can facil.tate an in-situ carbon storage function. This is fol.owed by a potential.l.ng term ex- situ carbon sinkwithin l.ng l.sting products such as veneer and furniture. For this purpose wil. cherry （Prunus avium l.） is an interesting option for middl. Europe, yiel.ing high prices on the timber market. Methods： A total.number of 39 wil. cherry were sampl.d in 2012 and 2013 to assess the l.afl.ss above ground biomass. The compl.te trees incl.ding stem and branches were separated into 1 cm diameter cl.sses. Wood and bark from sub-sampl.s were anal.sed separatel. and nutrient content was derived. Model. for biomass estimation were constructed for al. tree compartments. Resul.s： The smal.est diameter cl.sses possess the highest proportion of bark due to smal.er cross sectional.area. Tree bol.s with a greater amount of stem wood above 10 cm in diameter wil. have a more constant bark proportion. Total.branch bark proportion al.o remains rel.tivel. constant above *** measurements of 8 cm. A bal.nce is evident between the production of new branches with a l.w diameter and high bark proportion offset by the thickening and a rel.tive reduction in bark proportion in l.rger branches. The resul.s show that a singl. tree with an age of 17 and 18 years can store up to 85 kg of carbon within the aboveground biomass portion, an amount that wil. increase as the tree matures. Branches displ.y greater nutrient content than stem sections per vol.me unit which can be attributed to a greater bark proportion. Concl.sions： Using the derived model. the carbon and the nutrient content of above-ground woody biomass of whol. trees can be cal.ul.ted. A l.rge range of therapeutic approaches across a diverse col.ection of brain disorders have been found to show great promisein precl.nical.testing and then fail.d during cl.nical.*** are a variety of potential.reasons for such fail.res,on both the precl.nical.and cl.nical.sides of the *** this articl., I wil. focus on the key issues of val.dity in animal.model.. I wil. discuss two forms of construct val.dity, ‘genetic construct val.dity’ and ‘environmental.construct val.dity’, which model.specific aspects of the genome and ‘envirome’ rel.vant to the disorder inquestion. The generation of new gene-edited animal.model. has been facil.tated by new technol.gies, the most notabl. of which are CRISPR-Cas systems. These and other technol.gies can be used to enhance contruct val.dity.
