Background: Total kne. arthroplasty (TKA) is a highly comple. and e.fe.tive.surge.y e.e. though its pe.iope.ative.ble.ding may incre.se.the.ne.d for blood transfusion and its associate. infe.tion risk, cardiovascular ove.load, incre.se. costs, and mortality. As the.tournique. re.uce. intraope.ative.ble.ding, it may be.associate. with postope.ative.ble.ding, ve.ous thrombosis, and distal ische.ia. The.re.e.fusion may trigge. a local and syste.ic inflammatory re.ponse. Ane.the.ic pre.onditioning (APC) with se.oflurane.minimize. ische.ia-re.e.fusion syndrome.(IRS). This study e.aluate. the.e.fe.ts of APC with se.oflurane.on pe.iope.ative.ble.ding in TKA. Me.hods: We.allocate. 30 patie.ts into two groups: a se.o group (se.oflurane.2% for 15 minute. be.ore.the.tournique.) and a control group (propofol infusion). Laboratory te.ts we.e.colle.te. right be.ore.the.tournique. (LAB PRe. in the.ope.ating room) and afte. its re.e.se.at four mome.ts: LAB POST (imme.iate.y afte.), LAB 2 (two hours afte.), LAB 12 (12 hours afte.), and LAB 24 (24 hours afte.). The.volume.of the.suction drain was me.sure. at one. two, 12, and 24 hours afte. the.e.d of the.surge.y. Antifibrinolytics we.e.not administe.e.. Re.ults: The.e.was no statistically significant diffe.e.ce.in ble.ding-re.ate. variable., such as draine. volume.and he.oglobin and he.atocrit me.sure.e.ts. Drainage.volume.was highe. in the.first two hours afte. the.proce.ure. while.he.atocrit de.re.se. pre. to postope.ative.y and be.we.n two and 12 hours post-proce.ure. Conclusion: Se.oflurane.as an ane.the.ic pre.onditioning did not re.uce.postope.ative.ble.ding in TKA surge.y.

The.RMR syste. is still ve.y much applie. in rock me.hanics e.gine.ring conte.t. It is base. on the.e.aluation of six we.ghts to obtain a final rating. To obtain the.final rating a conside.able.amount of information is ne.de. conce.ning the.rock mass which can be.difficult to obtain in some.proje.ts or proje.t stage. at le.st with accuracy. In 2007 an alte.native.classification sche.e.base. on the.RMR, the.Hie.archical Rock Mass Rating(HRMR) was pre.e.te.. The.main fe.ture.of this syste. was the.adaptation to the.le.e. of knowle.ge.e.iste.t about the.rock mass to obtain the.classification of the.rock mass since.it followe. a de.ision tre. approach. Howe.e., the.HRMR was only valid for hard rock granite. with low fracturing de.re.s. In this work, the.database.was e.large. with approximate.y 40% more.case. conside.ing othe. type. of granite.rock masse. including we.the.e. granite. and base. on this incre.se. database.the.syste. was update.. Granite.formations e.iste.t in the.north of Portugal including Porto city are.pre.ominantly granite.. Some.ye.rs ago a light rail infrastructure.was built in the.city of Porto and surrounding municipalitie. which involve. conside.able.challe.ge. due.to the.high he.e.oge.e.ty le.e.s of the.granite.formations and the.difficultie. involve. in the.r ge.me.hanical characte.ization. In this work it is inte.de. to provide.also a contribution to improve.the.characte.ization of the.e.formations with spe.ial e.phasis to the.we.the.e. horizons. A spe.ific subsyste. applicable.to the.we.the.e. formations was de.e.ope.. Furthe.more. a comparative.analysis be.we.n two type. of sca ffolds pro- duce. using di ffe.e.t SF conce.trations, i.e., 8% (w/v) (Hi8) and 16% (w/v) (Hi16) was pe.forme.. In te.ms of archite.ture.and morphology, the.produce. sca ffolds pre.e.te. homoge.e.us porosity in both laye.s and no di ffe.e.ce. we.e.obse.ve. whe. comparing both sca ffolds. The.aim of this lab was to de.e.mine.an e.pe.ime.tal value.for the.charge.to-mass ratio e.me.of the.e.e.tron. In orde. to do this, an asse.bly consisting of He.mholtz coils and a he.ium-fille. fine.be.m tube.containin... 详细信息

The.aim of this lab was to de.e.mine.an e.pe.ime.tal value.for the.charge.to-mass ratio e.me./sub> of the.e.e.tron. In orde. to do this, an asse.bly consisting of He.mholtz coils and a he.ium-fille. fine.be.m tube.containing an e.e.tron gun was use.. e.e.trons we.e.acce.e.ate. from re.t by the.e.e.tron gun at a voltage.of 201.3 V ke.t constant across trials. Whe. the.acce.e.ate. e.e.trons collide. with the.he.ium atoms in the.fine.be.m tube. the.he.ium atoms e.te.e. an e.cite. state.and re.e.se. e.e.gy as light. Since.the.He.mholtz coils put the.e.e.trons into ce.tripe.al motion, this re.ulte. in a circular be.m of light, the.radius of which was me.sure. by taking a picture.and using photo analysis. This proce.ure.was use. to te.t curre.ts through the.He.mholtz coils ranging from 1.3 A to 1.7 A in incre.e.ts of 0.1 A. Using a line.rization of the.e.data, the.e.pe.ime.tal value.for the.charge.to-mass ratio of the.e.e.tron was found to be.1.850 × 1011 C/kg, bounde. be.we.n 1.440 × 1011 C/kg and 2.465 × 1011 C/kg. This range.of value. include. the.acce.te. value.of 1.759 × 1011 C/kg, and yie.ds a pe.ce.t e.ror of 5.17%. The.rathe. low pe.ce.t e.ror is a te.tame.t to the.accuracy of this proce.ure. During this e.pe.ime.t, the.orie.tation of the.ambie.t magne.ic fie.d due.to the.e.rth at the.ce.te. of the.apparatus was not conside.e.. In the.future. it would be.worthwhile.to re.e.t this proce.ure. taking care.to position the.He.mholtz coils in such a way to ne.ate.the.e.fe.ts of the.e.rth’s magne.ic fie.d on the.ce.tripe.al motion of e.e.trons.
