A type of Inconsistent Mathematics structured on Paraconsistent Logic (PL) and that has, as the main purpose, the study of common mathematical objects such as sets, numbers and functions, where some contradictions are allowed, is called Paraconsistent Mathematics. The PL is a non-Classical logic and its main property is to present tolerance for contradiction in its fundamentals without the invalidation of the conclusions. In this paper (part 1), we use the PL in its annotated form, denominated Paraconsistent Annotated Logic with annotation of two values—PAL2v for present a first-order Paraconsistent Derivative. The PAL2v has, in its representation, an associated lattice FOUR based on Hasse Diagram. This PAL2v-Lattice allows development of a Para-consistent Differential Calculus based on fundamentals and equations obtained by geometric interpretations. In this first article it is presented some examples applying derivatives of first-order with the concepts of Paraconsistent Mathematics. In the second part of this work we will show the Paraconsistent Derivative of second-order with application examples.

The world population is estimated to be 9.2 billion in 2050. To sufficiently feed these people, the total food production will have to increase 60% - 70%. Climate models predict that warmer tem-peratures and increases in the frequency and duration of drought during the present century will have negative impact on agricultural productivity. These new global challenges require a more complex integrated agricultural and breeding agenda that focuses on livelihood improvement coupled with agro-ecosystem resilience, eco-efficiency and sustainability rather than just on crop productivity gains. Intensifying sustainability agro-ecosystems by producing more food with lower inputs, adapting agriculture to climate change, conserving agro-biodiversity through its use, and making markets to work for the small farmers are needed to address the main issues of our time. Plant breeding has played a vital role in the successful development of modern agriculture. Development of new cultivars will be required while reducing the impact of agriculture on the environment and maintaining sufficient production. Conventional plant breeding will remain the backbone of crop improvement strategies. Genetic engineering has the potential to address some of the most challenging biotic constraints faced by farmers, which are not easily addressed through conventional plant breeding alone. Protective measures and laws, especially patenting, must be moderated to eliminate coverage so broad that it stifles innovation. They must be made less restrictive to encourage research and free flow of materials and information. Small farmers have an important role in conserving and using crop biodiversity. Public sector breeding must remain vigorous, especially in areas where the private sector does not function. This will often require benevolent public/private partnerships as well as government support. Galactic open clusters （OCs） that survive the early gas-expulsion phase are gradually de- stroyed over time by the action of disruptive dynamical processes. Their final evolutionary stages are characterized by a poorly populated concentration of stars called an open cluster remnant （OCR）. This study is devoted to assessing the real physical nature of the OCR candidate NGC 7193. GMOS/Gemini spectroscopy of 53 stars in the inner target region were obtained to derive radial velocities and at- mospheric parameters. We also employed photometric and proper motion data. The analysis method consists of the following steps：（i） analysis of the statistical resemblance between the cluster and a set of field samples with respect to the sequences defined in color-magnitude diagrams （CMDs）; （ii） a 5-dimensional iterative exclusion routine was employed to identify outliers from kinematical and posi- tional data; （iii） isochrone fitting to thes× （J - Ks） CMD of the remaining stars and the dispersion of spectral types along empirical sequences in the （J - H） × （H - Ks） diagram were checked. A group of stars was identified for which the mean heliocentric distance is compatible with that obtained via isochrone fitting and whose metallicities are compatible with each other. Fifteen of the member stars observed spectroscopically were identified together with another 19 probable members. Our results indi- cate that NGC 7193 is a genuine OCR, of a once very populous OC, for which the following parameters were derived： d = 501±46 pc, t = 2.5±1.2 Gyr, （[Fe/H]） = -0.17±0.23 and E（B-V） = 0.05±0.05. Its luminosity and mass functions show depletion of low mass stars, confirming the OCR is in a dynam- ically evolved state.

Cancer vaccination holds great promise for cancer treatment,but its effectiveness is hindered by suboptimal activation of CD8+cytotoxic T lymphocytes,which are potent effectors to mediate anti-tumor immune responses.A possible solution is to switch antigen-presenting cells to present tumor antigens via the major histocompatibility complex class I(MHC-I)to CD8+T cells-a process known as *** achieve this goal,we develop a three-dimensional(3D)scaffold vaccine to promote antigen cross-presentation by persisted toll-like receptor-2(TLR2)activation after one *** vaccine comprises polysaccharide frameworks that“hook”TLR2 agonist(acGM)via tunable hydrophobic interactions and forms a 3D macroporous scaffold via click chemistry upon subcutaneous *** retention-and-release of acGM enables sustained TLR2 activation in abundantly recruited dendritic cells in situ,inducing intracellular production of reactive oxygen species(ROS)in optimal kinetics that crucially promotes efficient antigen *** scaffold loaded with model antigen ovalbumin(OVA)or tumor specific antigen can generate potent immune responses against lung metastasis in B16-OVA-innoculated wild-type mice or spontaneous colorectal cancer in transgenic ApcMin/+mice,***,it requires neither additional adjuvants nor external stimulation to function and can be adjusted to accommodate different *** developed scaffold vaccine may represent a new,competent tool for next-generation personalized cancer vaccination.

Relativity Theory and Paraquantum Logic—Part I:The Time and Space in the Paraquantum Logical Model

From fundamental concepts of the Paraconsistent Annotated Logic with annotation of two values (PAL2v), whose main feature is to be capable of treating contradictory information, was created the Paraquantum Logic (PQL). The studies of the PQL are based on propagation of Paraquantum logical states ψ in a representative Lattice of four vertices. Based in interpretations that consider resulting information of measurements in physical systems, are found two Paraquantum factors: the Paraquantum Gamma Factor γPΨ, that has his action in the measurements of Observable Variables in the Physical world and the Paraquantum Factor of quantization hΨ, which has his action in the Paraquantum World represented by the PQL Lattice. Correlation between γPΨ and hΨ produces paraquantum equations for computation of the physical quantities in real physical systems. In this work we present a study of application of the PQL in resolution of phenomena of physical systems that involve concepts of the Relativity Theory. Initially the time t is considered like an Observable Variable and the paraquantum analysis is done with the same conditions assumed in the relativity theory for the study of the time dilatation. After the time considerations, paraquantum equations are involved with the space-time and velocity creating conditions for a relativistic/paraquantum analysis. In the part II of this work a new approaches of the relativistic phenomena in the Paraquantum Logical Model will show the correlation of these effects with the Newtonian universe and with quantum mechanics.

Propolis has been used worldwide for years in folk medicine and currently marketed by the pharmaceutical industry. In Brazil, propolis was classified into 13 groups based on their organoleptics and physicochemical characteristics. The 13th type named red propolis has been an important source of investigation since late 90s. Their property comes from the countless compounds, including terpenes, pterocarpans, prenylated benzophenones and especially the flavonoids. This last compound class has been indicated as the responsible for its potent pharmacological actions, highlighting the antimicrobial, antiinflammatory, antioxidant, healing and antiproliferative activities. The red propolis can also be found in other countries, especially Cuba, which has similar features as the Brazilian. Therefore, with the compilation of 80 papers, this review aims to provide a key reference for researchers interested in natural products and discovery of new active compounds, such as from propolis.

The frequency response of a dual depletion p-i-n （PIN） photodiode structure is investigated. It is assumed that the light is incident on the N side and the drift region is located between the N contact and the absorption region. The numerical model takes into account the transit time and the capacitive effects and is applied to photodiodes with non-uniform illumination and linear electric field profile. With an adequate choice of the device＇s structural parameters, dual depletion photodiodes can have larger bandwidths than the conventional PIN devices.
