Recent data indicate that IGF1R/IRS signaling is a potential therapeutic target in BCR-ABL1-negative myeloproliferative neoplasms(MPN);in this pathway,IRS2 is involved in the malignant transformation induced by JAK2^(V617F),and upregulation of IGF1R signaling induces the MPN ***157,a synthetic compound designed as an IGF1R-IRS1/2 inhibitor,has been shown to induce antineoplastic effects in solid ***,we aimed to characterize the molecular and cellular effects of NT157 in JAK2^(V617F)positive MPN cell lines(HEL and SET2)and primary patient hematopoietic *** JAK2^(V617F)cell lines,NT157 decreased cell viability,clonogenicity,and cell proliferation,resulting in increases in apoptosis and cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase(pomplex,downregulated four oncogenes(CCND1,MYB,WT1,and NFKB1),and upregulated three apoptotic-related genes(CDKN1A,FoS,and JUN)(potoxic stress in a JAK2/STAT-independent ***157 inhibited erythropoietin-independent colony formation in cells from polycythemia vera patients(pof NT157 action in a MPN context and suggest that targeting IRS1/2 proteins may represent a promising therapeutic strategy for MPN.

Ileal intussusception due to a parasite egg: A case report

Ileal intussusception is the invagination of the small intestine within itself and accounts for 1% of cases of acute obstruction. However, physicians do not initially consider intussusception as a possible diagnosis of obstruction due to its rarity in adults. Herein, we report the case of a 22-year-old male who was admitted to the Emergency Department with continuous abdominal pain. Ultrasonography and computed tomography revealed an ileal intussusception. The patient underwent surgical removal of the segment of the small bowel. Unexpectedly, pathology revealed that the invagination occurred due to a parasite egg, with features suggestive of Schistosoma species. Schistosomiasis, although considered a parasitic disease in tropical countries, is not absent from Europe and though it is highly improbable, it may be responsible for cases of intussusception in adults.

多年来,道路上的车辆数量大幅增加,特别是在人口密集的地区。这种不正常的增长导致了许多不良的后果,如严重的交通拥堵,过多的二氧化碳排放,出行时间的增加以及人们生活质量的下降。由于运输网络的饱和度和复杂性,必须找到有效的解决方案,使我们能够了解道路交通,并预测交通流的发展变化,以尽量减少其造成的负面影响。通过对道路交通流量的数据分析,有关部门可以指定相应的符合当地路况的政策来提高各个道路的利用率,最终达到解决交通拥堵等问题。最近几年以来,数据挖掘技术在交通流量预测领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。本论文旨在开发一种数据处理方法,通过数据挖掘技术(机器学习)来分析和预测道路流量。为此,对2017年6月10日至17日,英国剑桥自动车牌识别(ANPR)摄像头采集到的所有出行链数据进行了详细的分析。本文首先基于Python编写代码完成数据的初步处理和分析。其次,基于Tableau分析了一周内的交通行为。然后,采用K-Means算法对具有相似特征的元素进行分组,分析交通行为。考虑到在K-Means算法中需要指定群组数量,而这通常被认为是该算法的一个缺陷,本论文利用Elbow方法来确定要形成的群组的适当数量。此外,为了验证K-Means算法创建的群组的合理性,本文应用了Silhouette方法;该方法通过计算Silhouette指数(s(i))以评估群组的分离和压缩程度。最后,使用人工神经网络(Artificial Neural Network,ANN)算法来预测道路交通流量。选择该算法是因为无论是在处理时间还是在准确性方面,其对短期道路流量预测都能呈现出较好的结果。本论文中使用的神经网络架构是多层感知器(Multilayer Perceptron,MPL)和长短期记忆(Long Short-term Memory,LSTM)类型。另外,对于预测模型结果的评估,本研究利用了平均绝对误差(Mean Absolute Error,MAE)、平均平方根误差(Root Mean Squared Error,RMSE)和平均绝对百分比误差(Mean Absolute Percentage,MAPE)等指标。本论文使用的评估指标显示,在多层感知器(MPL)和长短时记忆(LSTM)神经网络架构之间,大多数时候,神经网络架构多层感知器(MPL)的预测结果准确性更高。

Using Magnetic Method for the Identification of Anomalies Due to Kimberlite Pipes, Luando Area, Bié, Angola

one of the measurement geophysical methods to investigate kimberlite pipes is by using the magnetic method. The acquired field data in this study uses two proton-precession magnetometers for the mapping of magnetic anomalies due to kimberlites. Three different magnetic maps are obtained from the result of total magnetic field data processing on Oásis Montaj software programme. These maps include magnetic anomaly maps through statistical analyses, total magnetic field intensity map and map of the analytic signal. Based on the interpretation of these maps a structure is identified with SWW-NEE directions in which magnetic signatures that indicate the presence of kimberlite pipes are observed. As the interpretation of the magnetic anomalies is a complicated process due to their dipolar nature, the analytic signal is generated, where is possible to observe the typical shape of these anomalies.

Study of Factors That Influence the Sustainability of Agricultural Development in the Bobonaro Municipality, Timor-Leste

The aim of the study is to assess the factors that influence the sustainability of agricultural development. The study was carried out in the municipality of Bobonaro for about four months, from July to october 2021. Slovin’s method was used to determine the sample size, with a desired percentage of 10% of the total population. Thus, 154 producers were interviewed as respondents and key persons in the area of agriculture. The variables interviewed are the main factors of agricultural productivity and the factors that affect sustainable agricultural development. The results of the descriptive statistical analysis of the data showed that about 94.87% of the respondents’ productive area is in operation, with an average of 1.84 ha per respondent and the abandoned area around 0.11 ha per respondent. The average value of rice production is 2.38 ton per ha and corn 1.07 ton per ha. About 87% of producers raised the main types of animals such as cattle, pigs, goats with an average density of 2 to 5 animals per establishment. About 61% of producers have access to the market at a normal price for agricultural products. The factors that hinder less successful agricultural development, such as: those of nature with the greatest impact are climate changes, which influence changes in cultivation sessions and in the characteristics of productive soils, availability of water for irrigation and animal feed. on the socioeconomic side, it includes the willingness or interest of young people who want to work as farmers, less investment and the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. It is concluded that natural and socioeconomic impacts can reduce agricultural productivity, so that this will be a major challenge for the development of the agricultural sector in the future.

Literature has reported the synthesis of barium calcium titanates by various synthesis methods such as solid state reaction,co-precipitation and polymer *** compounds are usually obtained using calcium carbonate(CaCo_(3)),barium carbonate(BaCo3)and titanium oxide as starting *** study investigated the effect of different starting reagents on the synthesis of Ba_(0.8)Ca_(0.2)Tio_(3)(BCT)by complex polymerization method(CPM).Two sets of starting precursors were used:titanium citrate,CaCo_(3)and BaCo3,and titanium citrate and Ba1-xCaxCo3 solid solution *** were crystallized at a temperature range from 400℃to 700℃for different *** obtained powders were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),thermogravimetry(TG)and differential thermal analysis(DTA),and Raman and infrared *** infrared spectroscopy indicated that the chelation processes of Ba,Ca,Ti and CA ions are very *** results showed that the use of CaCo_(3)and BaCo3 or Ba1-xCaxCo3 solid solution as precursors does not affect the final properties of BCT powders obtained by CPM.
