Aging is accompanied by significant inhibition of hematopoietic and immune system function and disruption of bone marrow ***-related alterations in the inflammatory response,immunity,and stem cell niches are at the root of hematopoietic *** the molecular mechanisms underlying hematopoietic and bone marrow aging can aid the clinical treatment of aging-related *** particular,it is unknown how the niche reprograms hematopoietic stem cells(HSCs)in an age-dependent manner to maintain normal hematopoiesis in elderly ***,specific inhibitors and blood exchange methods have been shown to reshape the hematopoietic niche and reverse hematopoietic ***,we present the latest scientific discoveries related to hematopoietic aging and hematopoietic system rejuvenation,discuss the relationships between hematopoietic niche aging and HSC aging,and describe related studies on stem cell-mediated regulation of hematopoietic aging,aiming to provide new ideas for further study.

High-energy-density fuels are important for volume-limited aerospace vehicles,but the increase in fuel energy density always leads to poor cryogenic ***,we investigated the transposed Paternò-Büchi reaction of biomass cyclic ketone and cyclic alkene to synthesize a new kind of alkyl-substituted polycyclic hydrocarbon fuel with high energy density and good cryogenic *** triplet-energy-quenching results and phosphorescent emission spectra reveal the sensitization mechanism of the reaction,including photosensitizer excitation,triplettriplet energy transfer,cyclization,and relaxation,and the possible reaction path was revealed by the density functional theory(DFT)*** reaction conditions of photosensitizer type and addition,molar ratio of substrates,reaction temperature,and incident light intensity were optimized,with the target product yield achieving 65.5%.Moreover,the reaction dynamics of the reaction rate versus the light intensity are *** the hydrogenation-deoxygenation reaction,three fuels with a high density of 0.864-0.938 g·ml^(-1) and a low freezing point of<-55℃ are *** work provides a benign and effective approach to synthesize high-performance fuels.

目的对1孕22周有异常生育史并染色体平衡易位携带者孕妇进行产前诊断。方法采用超声检查、羊水产前诊断(染色体核型+CNV-seq)。结果超声检查提示:胎儿小下颌,胎儿生殖器发育不良、小阴茎。羊水穿刺产前诊断结果:胎儿染色体核型为47,X?,+der(22)t(11;22)(q23.3;q11.1)mat。人类基因组拷贝数变异(CNV)检测结果:seq[hg19]11q23.3q25(116680000–134960000)×3;22q11.1q11.21(16840000–20320000)×3。结合临床表现和实验室检测结果,胎儿诊断为Emanuel综合征,为罕见病。结论对有异常生育史、染色体异常携带者、超声提示胎儿发育异常者进行产前诊断及家系研究,可明确病因,早发现早诊断早干预,是减少患儿出生的关键。

Fluoro-ruby was injected into the posterior funiculus of the spinal cord in the cervical （C5-T2） and lumbar （L3-6） segments of adult guinea pigs. The spinal cord was cut into serial frozen sections. The Fluoro-ruby labeling was clearly delineated from the surrounding structure. The labeling traversed the cervical, thoracic and lumbar segments, and was located on the ventral portion of the posterior funiculus on the injected side, proximal to the intermediate zone of the dorsal gray matter. The fluorescence area narrowed rostro-caudally. The spinal cord, spinal cord gray matter and corticospinal tract were reconstructed using 3D-DOCTOR 4.0 software, resulting in a robust three-dimensional profile. Using functionality provided by the reconstruction software, free multi-angle observation and sectioning could be conducted on the spinal cord and corticospinal tract. Our experimental findings indicate that the Fluoro-ruby retrograde fluorescent tracing technique can accurately display the anatomical location of corticospinal tract in the guinea pig and that three-dimensional reconstruction software can be used to provide a three-dimensional image of the corticospinal tract.

YAP（yes-associated protein）, a key transcriptional cofactor that is negatively regulated by Hippo pathway, is critical for the development and size control of multiple organs such as liver. However, its role in the brain remains largely unclear. Here we provide evidence for YAP regulation of mouse neocortical astrocytic differentiation and proliferation. YAP was undetectable in neurons, but selectively expressed in neural stem cells（NSCs） and astrocytes. YAP in NSCs was required for neocortical astrocytic differentiation, with little role in self-renewal or neural differentiation. However, YAP in astrocytes was necessary for astrocytic proliferation. YAP knock-out mice, Yapnestin-CKO and YapGFAP-CKO, displayed reduced neocortical astrocytes and impaired astrocytic proliferation, consequently, death of neocortical neurons. Mechanistically, YAP was activated by BMP2, and the active/nuclear YAP was critical for BMP2 induction and stabilization of Smad1 and astrocytic differentiation. Expression of Smad1 in YAPdeficient NSCs diminished the astrocytic differentiation deficit in response to BMP2. Taken together, these results identify an unrecognized function of YAP in neocortical astrocytic differentiation and proliferation, and reveal a pathway, BMP2-YAP-Smad1, underlying astrocytic differentiation in developing mouse neocortex.

该文利用韩国天气图、中国气象局气象要素、PM_(2.5)和PM_(2.5)质量浓度及NAQPM_(2.5)S模式模拟资料对2021年3月8-17日的一次先PM_(2.5)污染后沙尘传输作用的污染过程对空气质量影响、形成原因及数值模型预报效果进行了初步分析。结果表明:此次污染过程造成北京市空气质量持续10 d超标,污染过程主要经历2个不同的阶段,第一阶段为以PM_(2.5)为首污阶段(8-14日):不利的大气扩散条件叠加区域传输影响,导致北京市持续68 h空气重污染,PM_(2.5)峰值浓度达到264μg/m^(3);第二阶段为沙尘影响阶段,前期受上游强沙尘影响而形成的PM_(2.5)峰值浓度超过7 000μg/m^(3)的严重污染过程,后期在西南风作用下受沙尘回流影响。此次污染过程的成因PM_(2.5)污染时段为静稳、高湿度、偏南风的不利大气扩散条件影响,数值模式结果表明区域传输达到69%;沙尘污染时段随着蒙古气旋的发展引起冷空气南下造成华北地区、华中、华东等地大面积的沙尘天气,而后暖空气盛行的一支南风造成沙尘回流重新影响华北地区。NAQPM_(2.5)S模式对PM_(2.5)污染阶段预报效果较好,而受本身技术机制、污染源清单准确性等因素影响对沙尘过程导致漏报。

目的了解ICU护士实践护理人文关怀的真实体验,分析其实践的障碍及促进因素,以期为提高护理人文关怀质量提供依据。方法采用目的抽样,于2023年3月—4月对长沙市3所三级甲等医院的23名ICU护士进行半结构访谈,应用能力、机会、动机、行为模型及主题分析法进行资料收集、整理和提炼主题。结果ICU护士实践护理人文关怀受到能力、机会和动机三方面影响。能力方面,人文关怀素养、知识和技能不足是主要障碍;机会方面,工作强度高和人文循证实践不足,影响ICU护士人文关怀实践的条件和机会;动机方面,人文关怀意识和信心不足是主要障碍因素,而强烈的职业责任感、患者及家属的正向反馈、良好的团队合作氛围则是促进因素。结论推进ICU护理人文关怀过程中,需重视护士对人文关怀理念、知识和技能的培训需求,制订并实施人文关怀管理规范和评价制度,并创造支持人文关怀实践的组织氛围及环境,以期提升ICU护理人文关怀临床实践。

2018年11—12月北京市发生了4次以PM2.5为首要污染物的重污染天气过程,为了分析数值模型对4次重污染过程的预报能力,将CMAQ模式提前1~7 d对北京市PM2.5的小时预报结果与观测结果对比,分别从离散统计和分类统计2个方面评估CMAQ模式对4次重污染天气过程的预报效果,并简要分析了偏差产生的气象方面原因。结果表明:CMAQ模式提前1~6 d对重污染天气过程的预报显示出良好的性能,为日常业务预报提供了可借鉴的参考信息,可较好地预报出PM2.5小时浓度变化趋势和浓度水平,离散统计结果显示提前1~4 d的预报结果好于提前5~7 d,相关系数r基本大于0.8,但有一定程度的低估趋势;分类统计结果显示不同预报时效预报准确率大于70%,探测准确率高于55%,部分时段可以达到80%~90%,对人工预报起到了良好的参考作用;输入的气象场的变化及其偏差对于重污染的起始时间、持续时间及清除时间有一定的影响,对相对湿度预报偏小和风速预报偏大是造成CMAQ模式低估的一个重要原因。
