Some insights and analysis are presented concerning the monitoring model of the VLBI(Very Long Baseline Interferometry) antenna,settings of parameters and selection of constraints to the observation equation,which are verified via data simulation analysis to be reasonable and *** effects of the number of targets and antenna orientations,the precision of target positioning observations,the observation outliers detection and deletion on the determination precision of antenna parameters are also analyzed,and some preliminary conclusions are given.

Rodent pest population outbreaks occur frequently in grassland ecosystems in northern *** Mongolian gerbil(Meriones unguiculatus)is a dominant pest rodent which is distributed across the semi-desert grasslands of Inner Mongolia,*** 2009,we studied the contraceptive effect of levonorgestrel-quinestrol(EP-1),concentration 50 ppm,on a wild Mongolian gerbil *** one-off contraceptive treatment was compared with a control group using a semi-monthly live trapping method in the Ordos Semi-desert Grassland Region of Inner *** results show that juveniles were not recruited in spring in the treatment *** of juveniles in the control and treatment groups showed significant semi-monthly differences from spring to summer(one-way ANOVA,F_(2,14)=7.53,P<0.05).Between both groups,annual fluctuations of juvenile and total population densities were significantly different respectively(F_(2,14)=4.64,P<0.05;F_(2,18)=7.72,P<0.05).The contraceptive EP-1 delayed the normal reproductive pattern of Mongolian gerbil *** suppressed birth rates of gerbil populations,reduced their densities,and changed their age *** period of EP-1 baiting should be extended but it could be an ideal method for controlling Mongolian gerbil populations during each breeding season.

The W-doped Fe/TiO2 catalyst prepared by an impregnation method exhibited a good NH3-selective cata- lytic reduction（SCR） activity and N2 selectivity with broad operation temperature window. The interaction between Fe and W could increase the amount of surface chemisorbed oxygen, and thus enhances the low temperature SCR activity by facilitating the fast SCR of 2NH3＋NO＋NO2 →2N2＋3H2O. The NH3-SCR reaction mechanism over the W-Fe/TiO2 was fully investigated via in situ diffuse reflectance infrared Fourier transform spectroscopy（in situ DRIFTS）. In the low temperature range（〈250 ℃）, the reactive surface species were mainly coordinated NH3, ionic NH~ and adsorbed NO2 species, and the SCR mainly followed the Langmuir-Hinshelwood mechanism, during which the adsorbed NO2 species became the important active sites. In the high temperature range（〉250 ℃）, the reactive surface species were mainly NH2, and the SCR mainly followed the Eley-Rideal mechanism, during which the for- mation of NH2NO intermediate species after H-abstraction of NH3 was the rate-determining step.

Influence of microwave on chromium complex composition in tanning liquor

Since microwave irradiation could promote hydrolysis and olation of chromium tanning liquor,but the influence of microwave on chromium complex component in the liquor was still *** sulphate solution(0%basicity)and 33%basicity chromium tanning liquor were subjected microwave(MW)and water bath(WB)heating,and the samples without any warming were regarded as *** exchange chromatography(IEC)and gel filtration chromatography(GFC)were used to measure the charge composition and molecular size of chromium complexes in each ***-IR was used to characterize the structure of chromium complexes in each composition separated by ***,the chromium tanning liquor after warming was used in hide powder tanning trials to illustrate whether microwave would affect its tanning *** results show there are more high positive charge and large molecular size complexes in chromium tanning liquor after warming but the phenomena are more significant in MW samples compared with WB due to non-thermal effect of *** addition,microwave has more powerful effect on 33%basicity chromium tanning liquor hydrolysis and olation to generate larger molecular size *** FT-IR results,the combination pattern between chromium and ligands are changed after warming but there is no difference between WB and *** chromium exhaustion and thermal stability of hide powder tanned with chromium tanning liquor after microwave irradiation are both *** could conclude that both thermal and non-thermal effects of microwave promote the process together,and the nonthermal effect leads to more high positive charge and large molecular size complexes and has stronger influence on high polarity *** short,this work would provide theoretical basis for applying microwave in tanning agent modification and chrome tanning process further.

Fingered Intrusion of Shallow Saucer-shaped Igneous Sills: Insights from the Jiaojiang Sag, East China Sea

An extensive suite of igneous sills was intruded into the Tertiary sedimentary section of the Jiaojiang sag, East China Sea. This suite has been well imaged offshore through 2D and 3D seismic surveys, showing a close relationship with CO2 content in nearby gas discoveries. A new observational model, which incorporates simple upward propagation, simple horizontal propagation, and transgressive propagation, was proposed to interpret these sill intrusions. In this model, the source magma of the saucer-shaped sills was injected from their lowest points near the center. The transgressive propagation can be interpreted as a combination of the vertical and horizontal propagation. Most shallow sub-volcanic intrusions in the Jiaojiang sag exhibit fingered characteristics, both vertically and horizontally. The vertical fingered propagation produced saucer-shaped sills arranged in the flower style. Along the brims of lower sills could usually be found the upper sills, which are interpreted to have formed simultaneously with or later than the lower feeder sills. In the second type, the chilled paths of the older sills were reutilized by subsequent intrusions. The horizontal fingered propagation formed sheet intrusions that exhibit groove, lobate, tubular, and crevasse splay- like geometry in plan view. In 3D view, the sheet intrusions have still preserved the lower center and higher rim that similar with the sub-rounded saucer-shaped sills. Although fracture propagation may be important, flow inflation was the key mechanism of magma intrusion. Further consideration of the mechanisms underlying sill formation may help explain the fingered characteristics of sill propagation.

Treatment of malignant glioma using hyperthermia

Thirty pathologically diagnosed patients with grade Ⅲ-Ⅳ primary or recurrent malignant glioma （tumor diameter 3-7 cm） were randomly divided into two groups. The control group underwent conventional radiotherapy and chemotherapy. In the hyperthermia group, primary cases received hyperthermia treatment, and patients with recurrent tumors were treated with hyperthermia in com- bination with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Hyperthermia treatment was administered using a 13.56-MHz radio frequency hyperthermia device. Electrodes were inserted into the tumor with the aid of a CT-guided stereotactic apparatus and heat was applied for 1 hour. Dudng 3 months a^er hyperthermia, patients were evaluated with head CT or MRI every month. Gliomas in the hyper- thermia group exhibited growth retardation or growth termination. Necrosis was evident in 80% of the heated tumor tissue and there was a decrease in tumor diameter. Our findings indicate that ra- dio frequency hyperthermia has a beneficial effect in the treatment of malignant glioma.

Accurately predicting the trajectories of surrounding vehicles and assessing the collision risks are essential to avoid side and rear-end collisions caused by *** improve the safety of autonomous vehicles in the mixed traffic,this study proposes a cut-in prediction and risk assessment method with considering the interactions of multiple traffic *** integration of the support vector machine and Gaussian mixture model(SVM-GMM)is developed to simultaneously predict cut-in behavior and *** dimension of the input features is reduced through Chebyshev fitting to improve the training efficiency as well as the online inference *** on the predicted trajectory of the cut-in vehicle and the responsive actions of the autonomous vehicles,two risk measurements are introduced to formulate the comprehensive interaction risk through the combination of Sigmoid function and Softmax ***,the comparative analysis is performed to validate the proposed method using the naturalistic driving *** results show that the proposed method can predict the trajectory with higher precision and effectively evaluate the risk level of a cut-in maneuver compared to the methods without considering interaction.
