Changes in Polyphenols and Antioxidant Activities of Yingshan Yunwu Tea during Digestion in Vitro

[Objectives]To explore the change rule of polyphenol content and antioxidant activity of coarse old leaves of Yingshan Yunwu Tea in the process of human digestion.[Methods]The coarse and old leaves of Yunwu tea in Yingshan,Huanggang,Hubei Province were selected as the research object,and their digestion in vitro was *** total polyphenol content was determined by Folin-phenol reagent colorimetric method,and the DPPH radical scavenging activity and total antioxidant activity were determined.[Results]After simulated gastrointestinal digestion in vitro,the polyphenol content and antioxidant activity of coarse old leaf tea soup showed a downward *** gastrointestinal digestion,the polyphenol content in tea infusion separately decreased by 31.8%and 8.5%;the scavenging rate of DPPH free radical was 97%before digestion,decreased to 92%after gastric digestion and 65%after intestinal digestion,which decreased by 5%and 27%,respectively;after gastrointestinal digestion,the total antioxidant capacity of tea soup decreased by 4.7%and 3.1%,respectively.[Conclusions]This study provided a reference for the development and application of coarse old leaves of Yingshan Yunwu tea,and provided a reference for the nutritional value evaluation and comprehensive utilization of coarse old leaves,so as to make the best use of coarse tea leaves and reduce the waste of resources.

本文以新疆阿尔泰切木尔切克地区的混合岩和伟晶岩为例,开展区内混合岩、伟晶岩与周围的变沉积岩(二云母片岩)的野外地质、全岩地球化学以及云母类矿物化学组成研究,目的在于揭示深熔作用形成的熔体中稀有金属富集特征。研究结果显示,阿尔泰切木尔切克地区的伟晶岩与混合岩中浅色体有相似的矿物组合和主要化学组成,且伟晶岩与暗色体呈互补的微量元素组成,表明切木尔切克伟晶岩为变沉积岩深熔成因。从二云母片岩到混合岩中浅色体和伟晶岩,白云母中Li、Be、Nb、Ta、Rb、Cs显示增加趋势,表明深熔作用形成浅色体及其汇聚成伟晶岩脉过程中可促进稀有金属的富集,尤其是Be和Ta,富集程度达3倍以上。低温条件下白云母脱水熔融,导致黑云母作为残留相,明显制约Li、Rb、Cs等稀有金属在熔体中的富集,但对Be的影响非常有限。结合阿尔泰伟晶岩广泛的Be成矿作用,推断阿尔泰伟晶岩很可能是深熔成因的。

新疆阿尔泰盛产稀有金属伟晶岩,但缺乏数量上相当的高分异花岗岩。将军山天河石花岗岩是阿尔泰目前发现的唯一富Rb花岗岩,但其岩石成因、Rb的赋存状态及其与周边伟晶岩的关系尚不清楚,从而制约了对Rb富集机理和成矿潜力的认识。据此,本文对将军山天河石花岗岩和伟晶岩开展了全岩组成、年代学、同位素和矿物学研究。结果显示,阿尔泰将军山天河石花岗岩为高分异的A型花岗岩,独居石U-Pb年龄为276.9±2.7Ma,表明形成于早二叠世。独居石Nd同位素组成(ε_(Nd)(t)为+4.15~+6.05,二阶段模式年龄t DM2为548~708Ma)显示亏损的源区特征,表明源自新生地壳或有幔源物质的参与。天河石花岗岩与周边的天河石伟晶岩具有空间、时间和成分上的联系,表明二者具有分异演化上的成因关系。将军山天河石花岗岩类型以及天河石伟晶岩矿物组合指示伟晶岩属于NYF族(富Nb、Y、F)。天河石花岗岩与伟晶岩都显示出Rb的矿化,矿石矿物主要为天河石和多硅白云母。从花岗岩到伟晶岩,天河石和云母中的Rb逐步富集。岩浆高度分异是天河石花岗岩Rb富集的主要机制,但新生地壳物源或幔源物质的加入从源区上限制了Rb的矿化程度。除天河石花岗岩以外,阿尔泰未来的Rb资源勘查应同时关注稀有金属伟晶岩中的钾长石和云母类矿物。

Variational Wavelet Ensemble Empirical(VWEE)Denoising Method for Electromagnetic Ultrasonic Signal in High‑Temperature Environment with Low‑Voltage Excitation

Low excitation voltage for an electromagnetic acoustic transducer(EMAT)is necessary for the petrochemical equipment and facilities inspection,which work at high-temperatures,to avoid potential ***,low excitation voltage causes low signal-to-noise ratio(SNR)signals that are difficult to extract features,especially in a high-temperature environment,which causes high *** this study,a denoising method called the variational wavelet ensemble empirical(VWEE)method was proposed by combining the advantages of the variational modal decomposition(VMD),wavelet threshold(WT)denoising,and ensemble empirical mode decomposition(EEMD)*** validate the VWEE method,EMAT signals obtained in the temperature range of 25 to 700°C were *** results show that,compared with VMD,WT and empirical mode decomposition denoising methods,the SNR of proposed method is improved more than two *** VWEE method dramatically improved the SNR of a high-temperature EMAT signal and enhanced the accuracy of defect echos extraction.

Micro-Sized Pinhole Inspection with Segmented Time Reversal and High-Order Modes Cluster Lamb Waves Based on EMATs

Pinhole corrosion is difficult to discover through conventional ultrasonic guided waves inspection,particularly for micro-sized pinholes less than 1 mm in *** study proposes a new micro-sized pinhole inspection method based on segmented time reversal(STR)and high-order modes cluster(HOMC)Lamb ***,the principle of defect echo enhancement using STR is *** and STR inspection experiments were conducted on aluminum plates with a thickness of 3 mm and defects with different diameters and *** parameters of the segment window are discussed in *** results indicate that the proposed method had an amplitude four times larger than of conventional ultrasonic guided waves inspection method for pinhole defect detection and could detect micro-sized pinhole defects as small as 0.5 mm in diameter and 0.5 mm in ***,the segment window location and width(5-10 times width of the conventional excitation signal)did not affect the detection *** combination of low-power and STR is more conducive to detection in different environments,indicating the robustness of the proposed *** with conventional ultrasonic guided wave inspection methods,the proposed method can detect much smaller defect echoes usually obscured by noise that are difficult to detect with a lower excitation power and thus this study would be a good reference for pinhole defect detection.

目的探究左卡尼汀联合尼可地尔对心力衰竭患者血管内皮功能及瞬时受体电位通道1(TRPC-1)、N端前体脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平的影响。方法将150例心力衰竭患者随机分为2组。对照组采用尼可地尔治疗,研究组采用左卡尼汀联合尼可地尔治疗,均治疗3个月,于治疗后评估疗效,比较血管内皮功能及TRPC1、NT-proBNP水平。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者血清内皮素-1(ET-1)、TRPC-1及N端前体脑钠肽(NT-proBNP)水平低于对照组(P<0.05);一氧化氮(NO)、肱动脉内皮依赖性血管舒张功能(FMD)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论与单用尼可地尔相比,联合左卡尼汀治疗心力衰竭患者可提升疗效,调节患者血清TRPC-1及NT-proBNP水平,减轻患者病情严重程度,改善血管内皮功能。

On the electric behaviour of conductive grease inside the contact zone

Conductive grease has been considered as a potential solution in addressing electric erosion issue inside motor *** the conductive grease performance,especially the electric and tribological behaviour is crucial for its *** paper combines bulk grease characterization and contact film study considering both electrical and tribological loading *** results show that the electric performance for the selected conductive grease sample is electric field dependent,including both frequency and voltage *** film impedance inside the contact area is closely related to the external electric field,running condition,and lubrication *** following film impedance calculation tells that not only bulk grease electric parameters,but the contact parameter,lubricant film contour and lubrication condition should be considered when performing the overall bearing electrical modelling.

A Dual Discriminator Method for Generalized Zero-Shot Learning

Zero-shot learning enables the recognition of new class samples by migrating models learned from semanticfeatures and existing sample features to things that have never been seen before. The problems of consistencyof different types of features and domain shift problems are two of the critical issues in zero-shot learning. Toaddress both of these issues, this paper proposes a new modeling structure. The traditional approach mappedsemantic features and visual features into the same feature space;based on this, a dual discriminator approachis used in the proposed model. This dual discriminator approach can further enhance the consistency betweensemantic and visual features. At the same time, this approach can also align unseen class semantic features andtraining set samples, providing a portion of information about the unseen classes. In addition, a new feature fusionmethod is proposed in the model. This method is equivalent to adding perturbation to the seen class features,which can reduce the degree to which the classification results in the model are biased towards the seen *** the same time, this feature fusion method can provide part of the information of the unseen classes, improvingits classification accuracy in generalized zero-shot learning and reducing domain bias. The proposed method isvalidated and compared with othermethods on four datasets, and fromthe experimental results, it can be seen thatthe method proposed in this paper achieves promising results.

Direct interspecies electron transfer(DIET)may be most important in methanogenic environments,but mechanistic studies of DIET to date have primarily focused on cocultures in which fumarate was the terminal electron *** better understand DIET with methanogens,the transcriptome of Geobacter metallireducens during DIET‐based growth with *** reducing fumarate was compared with *** grown in coculture with diverse *** transcriptome of *** cocultured with *** was significantly different from those with ***,the transcriptome of *** grown with Methanosarcina barkeri,which lacks outer‐surface c‐type cytochromes,differed from those of *** cocultured with *** or ***,which have an outer‐surface c‐type cytochrome that serves as an electrical connect for *** in *** expression patterns for genes involved in extracellular electron transfer were particularly *** with c‐type cytochrome deletion mutant strains,ΔGmet_0930,ΔGmet_0557 andΔGmet_2896,never became established with *** but adapted to grow with all three *** porin–cytochrome complexes,PccF and PccG,were important for DIET;however,PccG was more important for growth with *** cocultures with *** and ***,electrically conductive pili were not needed for growth with *** oneidensis,another electroactive microbe with abundant outer‐surface c‐type cytochromes,did not grow via *** results demonstrate that the presence of outer‐surface c‐type cytochromes does not necessarily confer the capacity for DIET and emphasize the impact of the electron‐accepting partner on the physiology of the electron‐donating DIET partner.

Enhanced Differentiable Architecture Search Based on Asymptotic Regularization

In differentiable search architecture search methods,a more efficient search space design can significantly improve the performance of the searched architecture,thus requiring people to carefully define the search space with different complexity according to various *** rationalizing the search strategies to explore the well-defined search space will further improve the speed and efficiency of architecture *** this in mind,we propose a faster and more efficient differentiable architecture search method,***,we introduce a more efficient search space enriched by the introduction of two redefined convolution ***,we utilize a more efficient architectural parameter regularization method,mitigating the overfitting problem during the search process and reducing the error brought about by gradient ***,we introduce a natural exponential cosine annealing method to make the learning rate of the neural network training process more suitable for the search ***,group convolution and data augmentation are employed to reduce the computational ***,through extensive experiments on several public datasets,we demonstrate that our method can more swiftly search for better-performing neural network architectures in a more efficient search space,thus validating the effectiveness of our approach.
