基于改进生态足迹模型的市域主体功能区划

市域主体功能区的合理划分,有利于市域主体经济的形成和社会经济的可持续发展。生态足迹模型是一种评价人类对资源环境开发利用影响程度和区域可持续发展程度的方法。该文以改进的生态足迹模型作为市域主体功能区划的技术方法,设计主体功能区划评价指标体系,与GIS的空间分析功能相耦合,对以县为评价对象的评价单元进行赋值、加权求和测算主体功能指数,确定开发与保护的阈值,并与建设用地适宜性评价、自然保护区等叠置分析,修正主体功能区的空间布局。结果表明:1)生态压力和开发潜力有明显的空间分布规律,除长清区外,市区其他区域生态压力大,开发潜力小;商河县、章丘市开发潜力大,生态压力较小。2)各评价单元主体功能指数界限明显,以此作为除禁止开发区外的主体功能区初步划分的依据。3)将主体功能初划结果与济南市建设用地适宜性评价、自然保护区、重要生态功能区进行叠置分析,修正功能区初划结果,商河县由重点开发区调整为限制开发区。生态足迹法和地理信息系统空间分析功能耦合的技术方法在市域主体功能区划中取得较好应用。

加强通识教育是当今俄罗斯高等教育改革的重要趋势。圣彼得堡国立大学利用自身优势,基于通识教育原则成立了自由艺术与科学学院,在课程、学习路径、教学方法设计等方面进行了一系列有益尝试,建立了公共必修课、分布必修课和通识选修课课程体系,探索出有特色的通识教育模式。尽管圣彼得堡国立大学的通识教育模式在一定程度上有利于提高利益相关者满意度,增加跻身世界一流大学的"砝码",复兴人文教育传统,但同时也面临诸如教学计划与国家教育标准相分离、学术咨询有效性不高、资金投入压力大等一系列问题。

Bone-like nanohydroxyapatite powders (b-nanoHA) were synthesized in simulated body fluid (SBF). The b-nanoHA, gelatin (Gel) and Polyvinyl Alcohol (PVA) were used to prepare bone-like composites (b-nanoHA/ Gel/PVA) at room temperature. Characterizations of b-nanoHA powders and b-nanoHA/Gel/PVA composites were investigated by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), High-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR). Bending strength and compressive strength of the composite were tested. It was found that microstructure of the b-nanoHA powders was whisker shape and its crystalline degree was low similar to natural bone, bending strength and compressive strength of the b-nanoHA/Gel/PVA composite depended on the mixing ratio of HA, Gel and PVA, and also PVA could induce the network formation in the b-nanoHA/Gel/ PVA composite.

Metal speciation analysis of microsamples in biological and forensic fields is of importance to elucidate its toxicity,mobility and metabolic behaviors .This is usually achieved by nanoliter high performance liquid chromatography(nano HPLC) hyphenated with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS) .An in-column high pressure nebulizer(ICHPN) was developed to facilitate sensitivity and separation efficiency of the sheathless *** ICHPN consisted of two concentric fused-silica capillaries with tapered tips via a PEEK tee,where C18 silica particles were packed in the tapered inner capillary based on keystone *** a heated single pass spray chamber with the addition of a makeup gas,the ICHPN was capable of optimizing the nebulization and transport efficiency *** ICHPN offered high sensitivities,low detection limits and good precisions at nanoflow *** with commercial nebulizers,the fabrication was simple,rapid,reproducible and *** implementing the ICHPN,we achieved rapid separation of four mercury species,i.e.,Hg and methyl-,ethyl-and phenyl-mercuric chloride,within 8.0 min with good *** present nanoHPLC-ICP-MS is a potential alternative to conventional HPLC-ICP-MS for mercury speciation,especially in samples of limited volume.

This essay presents the DSP + FPGA structure based high-performance image processing system. It aims at solving the overtime-processing problem brought by the increasing complexity of images through the cache-structured image-processing driver. This system allows frame-dropping whenever the processing of images runs overtime and achieves one frame. The system simulation result shows in this way the diver achieves higher efficiency than traditional ping-pong mode when dealing with the overtime-processing of images.

Graphene oxide(GO) exhibits huge specific surface area and rich π electrons,which facilitate wide applications in sample pretreatment,separation and *** work demonstrates GO as stationary phase for high performance liquid chromatography with inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometric detection(HPLC-ICP-MS) in elemental speciation analysis for the first *** shown in Scheme 1,inorganic mercuric and organomercuric compounds coordinate with thiosalicylic acid(TSA) to form Hg-TSA complexes,which are retained by GO owing to its strong π electron stacking toward *** anions of arsenic and selenium,and organoarsenicals are electrostatically attracted by aromatic quaternary ammonium cations in mobile phases whereas organoarsenicals can also be drawn by long alkyl groups in quaternary ammonium compounds owing to solvophobic *** aromatic quaternary ammonium compounds are of high affinity to GO because of strong π electron stacking,leading to effective retention of these As/Se anions on the GO based column.
