重+轻链淀粉样变性二例报道并文献复习

目的探讨重+轻链淀粉样变性(heavy-and light-amyloidosis,AHL)的临床表现、诊断及预后。方法通过回顾北京大学人民医院收治的2例AHL患者的临床资料及复习文献21例患者资料,明确AHL的临床与预后特点。结果与轻链型淀粉样变性相比,AHL患者多为男性,血、尿免疫固定电泳阳性率高且为完整的免疫球蛋白;肾脏表现为以白蛋白为主的蛋白尿,可出现肾病综合征,镜下血尿常见,肾活检病理可见刚果红染色阳性物质多部位沉积(系膜区、毛细血管壁、小动脉、肾间质),免疫荧光可见单克隆重链合并轻链(类型与血M蛋白一致)团块样沉积、与淀粉样物质沉积部位一致。心脏受累少见,骨髓中浆细胞比例高。结论AHL罕见,在临床表现上不同于轻链型淀粉样变性,预后有待累积病例进一步观察。

In molecular modeling of electrical double layers(EDLs),the constant charge method(CCM)is prized for its computational efficiency but cannot maintain electrode equipotentiality like the more resourceintensive constant potential method(CPM),potentially leading to *** certain scenarios,CCM can yield results identical to ***,there are no clear guidelines to determine when CCM is sufficient and when CPM is ***,we conduct a series of molecular simulations across various electrodes and electrolytes to present a comprehensive comparison between CCM and CPM under different charging *** reveal that CCM approximates CPM effectively in capturing equilibrium EDL and current-driven dynamics in open electrode systems featuring ionic liquids or regular concentration aqueous electrolytes,while CPM is indispensable in scenarios involving organic and highly concentrated aqueous electrolytes,nanoconfinement effects,and voltage-driven *** work helps to select appropriate methods for modeling EDL systems,prioritizing accuracy while considering computationalefficiency.

The xylem undergoes physiological changes in response to various environmental conditions during the process of plant *** understand these physiological changes,it is extremely important to observe the transport of *** this study,the distribution and structure of vascular bundle in Lilium lancifolium were observed using the method of semithin *** for introducing a fluorescent tracer into the xylem of the stems were ***,the transport rule of 5(6)-Carboxyfluorescein diacetate(CFDA)in the xylem of the stem of *** was studied by fluorescence dye in live cells tracer *** results showed that the vascular bundles of *** were scattered in the basic tissue,the peripheral vascular bundles were smaller and densely distributed,and the closer to the center,the larger the volume of vascular bundles and the more sparsely *** vascular bundles of *** are limited external tenacity vascular bundles,which are composed of phloem and *** most suitable method for CFDA labeling the xylem of isolated stem segments of *** was solution soaking for 24 *** running speed of CF in the isolated stem was 0.3 cm/h,which was consistent with the running speed of the material in the *** could be transported between the xylem and parenchyma cells,indicating that the material transport in the xylem could be through the symplastic *** above results laid a foundation for the study of the xylem transport mechanism and the xylem pathogen disease of lily.

Ubiquitination-mediated protein degradation is integral to plant immunity,with E3 ubiquitin ligases acting as key factors in this ***,we report the functions of OsATL32,a plasma membrane-localized Arabidopsis Tóxicos En Levadura(ATL)-type E3 ubiquitin ligase,in rice(Oryza sativa)immunity and its associated regulatory *** found that the expression of OsATL32 is downregulated in both compatible and incompatible interactions between rice and the rice blast fungus Magnaporthe *** OsATL32 protein level declines in response to infection by a compatible *** strain or to chitin ***32 negatively regulates rice resistance to blast and bacterial leaf blight diseases,as well as chitin-triggered *** and genetic studies revealed that OsATL32 suppresses pathogen-induced reactive oxygen species(ROS)accumulation by mediating ubiquitination and degradation of the ROS-producing OsRac5–OsRbohB module,which enhances rice immunity against *** protein phosphatase PHOSPHATASE AND TENSIN HOMOLOG enhances rice blast resistance by dephosphorylating OsATL32 and promoting its degradation,preventing its negative effect on rice *** study provides insights into the molecular mechanism by which the E3 ligase OsATL32 targets a ROS-producing module to undermine rice immunity.

BACKGROUND Rhabdomyosarcoma(RMS)of the vagina in postmenopausal women is an extre-mely rare malignant tumor that was originally described as a unique group of soft tissue sarcomas originating from primitive mesenchymal *** was first re-ported in postmenopausal women in 1970,and fewer than 50 postmenopausal patients have been reported to *** SUMMARY A 68-year-old multiparous female was admitted to the hospital on October 11,2023,with the chief complaint of a mass causing vaginal prolapse with incomplete urination that had persisted for 4 *** vaginal mass was approximately the size of a pigeon egg;after lying down,the vaginal mass *** resection was performed,and vaginal pleomorphic RMS was diagnosed based on pathology and immunohistochemical staining *** patient is currently undergoing *** present study also reviewed the clinical,histolo-gical,and immunohistochemical features and latest treatment recommendations for vaginal *** abnormal vaginal mass should be promptly investigated through pelvic examination and appropriate *** current initial treat-ment for vaginal RMS is biopsy and primary *** When surgery is planned for vaginal RMS,an organ-preserving approach should be considered.

Boosting the interfacial stability between electrolyte and Li-rich cathode material at high operating voltage is vital important to enhance the cycling stability of Li-rich cathode materials for high-performance Li-ion *** this work,vinyltrimethylsilane as a new type of organic silicon electrolyte additive is studied to address the interfacial instability of Li-rich cathode material at high operating *** cells using vinyltrimethylsilane additive shows the high capacity retention of 73.9%after 300 cycles at 1 C,whereas the cells without this kind of additive only have the capacity retention of 58.9%.The improvement of stability is mainly attributed to the additive helping to form a more stable surface film for Li-rich cathode material,thus avoiding direct contact between the electrolyte and the cathode material,slowing down the dissolution of metal ions and the decomposition of the electrolyte under high operating *** findings in this work shed some light on the design of stable cycling performance of Li-rich cathode toward advanced Li-ion batteries.

Pancreatitis and pancreatic cancer(PC)stand as the most worrisome ailments affecting the *** have dedicated efforts to unraveling the mechanisms underlying these diseases,yet their true nature continues to elude their *** this realm,oxidative stress is often believed to play a causal and contributory role in the development of pancreatitis and *** accumulation of reactive oxygen species(ROS)can cause oxidative stress,and the key enzyme responsible for inducing ROS production in cells is nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide phosphate hydrogen oxides(NOX).NOX contribute to pancreatic fibrosis and inflammation by generating ROS that injure acinar cells,activate pancreatic stellate cells,and mediate macrophage *** ROS production occurs during malignant transformation and pancreatic carcinogenesis,creating an oxidative microenvironment that can cause abnormal apoptosis,epithelial to mesenchymal transition and genomic ***,understanding the role of NOX in pancreatic diseases contributes to a more in-depth exploration of the exact pathogenesis of these *** this review,we aim to summarize the potential roles of NOX and its mechanism in pancreatic disorders,aiming to provide novel insights into understanding the mechanisms underlying these diseases.
