Spinal cord injuries impose a notably economic burden on society,mainly because of the severe after-effects they *** the ongoing development of various therapies for spinal cord injuries,their effectiveness remains ***,a deeper understanding of metabolism has opened up a new therapeutic opportunity in the form of metabolic *** this review,we explore the metabolic changes that occur during spinal cord injuries,their consequences,and the therapeutic tools available for metabolic *** spinal cord metabolism is characterized by independent cellular metabolism and intercellular metabolic ***,spinal cord injury results in metabolic disorders that include disturbances in glucose metabolism,lipid metabolism,and mitochondrial *** metabolic disturbances lead to corresponding pathological changes,including the failure of axonal regeneration,the accumulation of scarring,and the activation of *** rescue spinal cord injury at the metabolic level,potential metabolic reprogramming approaches have emerged,including replenishing metabolic substrates,reconstituting metabolic couplings,and targeting mitochondrial therapies to alter cell *** available evidence suggests that metabolic reprogramming holds great promise as a next-generation approach for the treatment of spinal cord *** further advance the metabolic treatment of the spinal cord injury,future efforts should focus on a deeper understanding of neurometabolism,the development of more advanced metabolomics technologies,and the design of highly effective metabolic interventions.

Real-time object tracking via least squares transformation in spatial and Fourier domains for unmanned aerial vehicles

This paper addresses the problem of real-time object tracking for unmanned aerial vehicles. We consider the task of object tracking as a classification problem. Training a good classifier always needs a huge number of samples, which is always time-consuming and not suitable for realtime applications. In this paper, we transform the large-scale least-squares problem in the spatial domain to a series of small-scale least-squares problems with constraints in the Fourier domain using the correlation filter technique. Then, this problem is efficiently solved by two stages. In the first stage, a fast method based on recursive least squares is used to solve the correlation filter problem without constraints in the Fourier domain. In the second stage, a weight matrix is constructed to prune the solution attained in the first stage to approach the constraints in the spatial domain. Then, the pruned classifier is used for tracking. To evaluate proposed tracker’s performance, comprehensive experiments are conducted on challenging aerial sequences in the UAV123 dataset. Experimental results demonstrate that proposed approach achieves a state-ofthe-art tracking performance in aerial sequences and operates at a mean speed of beyond 40 frames/s. For further analysis of proposed tracker’s robustness, extensive experiments are also performed on recent benchmarks OTB50, OTB100, and VOT2016.

Study on the Influence of a Wake Vortex on an ARJ21 Aircraft Using the Strip Method

A model for the vortex distribution in the wake of an aircraft is elaborated to investigate the wake influence on the behaviour of other aircrafts potentially interacting with *** a realistic case,the interaction of an ARJ21 aircraft with a(leading)A330-200 aircraft is *** distances are considered,namely,6 km,7 km,8 km,9.3 km,and 10 *** based on the used wake dissipation mechanism are used to investigate different conditions,namely,the ARJ21 in take-off and level flight and the changes induced in the related lift by the front aircraft A330-200 during *** induced roll moment is also studied and analyzed by means of a strip *** a result,the roll moment coefficient is determined to quantify the roll degree of the aircraft when it is influenced by the wake *** results show the overall roll moment coefficient of the considered ARJ21 aircraft is less than 0.05,and the wing roll moment coefficient is less than *** results are interpreted and discussed according to existing standards.

Clinical Efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder Classical Formula in Treating Chronic Superficial Gastritis with Liver-Stomach Disharmony

[Objectives] To investigate the clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder on chronic superficial gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome.[Methods] A total of 72 patients diagnosed with chronic superficial gastritis characterized by liver-stomach disharmony syndrome between September 2023 and August 2024 were randomly assigned into two groups. The control group received treatment with western medicine, and the treatment group was administered both western medicine and Chaihu Shugan Powder. The therapeutic effects, TCM syndrome scores, adverse reactions, and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.[Results] The total effective rate was 88.89% in the treatment group and 80.56% in the control group. The differences between the two groups were statistically significant ( P <0.05), indicating that the improvement observed in the treatment group was significantly greater than that in the control group ( P <0.05). In comparison to pre-treatment levels, the TCM syndrome scores for both patient groups exhibited a reduction following treatment. Notably, the extent of this reduction in the treatment group was significantly greater than that observed in the control group ( P <0.05). Neither group of patients experienced serious adverse reactions during treatment. Furthermore, the recurrence rate among patients in the control group was found to be higher than that in the treatment group.[Conclusions] The clinical efficacy of Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis with liver-stomach disharmony syndrome is significant, demonstrating a notable reduction in the recurrence rate of the condition.

An estimation framework of regional rooftop photovoltaic potential based on satellite remote sensing images

This paper proposes a comprehensive framework for estimating the regional rooftop photovoltaic(PV)*** required rooftop information is extracted from Gao Fen-7 satellite *** particular,the rooftop area is obtained using a semantic segmentation *** azimuth and inclination angles are calculated based on the digital surface *** addition,to improve the accuracy of the economic evaluation,buildings are divided into commercial and industrial buildings and residential *** on the difference in the roof inclination,the rooftops can be divided into flat roofs,on which the PV panels are installed with the optimal inclination angle,and sloped rooftops,on which the PV panels are installed in a lay-flat *** solar irradiation on the plane-of-array is calculated using the isotropic sky translocation ***,the available installed capacity and generation potential of the rooftop PV is ***,the net present value,dynamic payback period,and internal rate of return are used to evaluate the economic efficiency of the rooftop PV *** proposed framework is applied in the Da Xing district of Beijing,China,with a total area of 546.84 km^(2).The results show that the rooftop area and available installed capacity of PV are 25.63 km^(2)and 1487.45 MWp,*** annual rooftop PV generation potential is 2832.23 GWh,with significant economic returns.

Investigation of spatiotemporal distribution and formation mechanisms of ozone pollution in eastern Chinese cities applying convolutional neural network

Severe ground-level ozone(O_(3))pollution over major Chinese cities has become one of the most challenging problems,which have deleterious effects on human health and the sustainability of *** study explored the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of ground-level O_(3) and its precursors based on conventional pollutant and meteorological monitoring data in Zhejiang Province from 2016 to ***,a high-performance convolutional neural network(CNN)model was established by expanding the moment and the concentration variations to general ***,the response mechanism of O_(3) to the variation with crucial influencing factors is explored by controlling variables and interpolating target *** results indicated that the annual average MDA8-90th concentrations in Zhejiang Province are higher in the northern and lower in the *** the wind direction(WD)ranges from east to southwest and the wind speed(WS)ranges between 2 and 3 m/sec,higher O_(3) concentration prone to *** different temperatures(T),the O_(3) concentration showed a trend of first increasing and subsequently decreasing with increasing NO_(2) concentration,peaks at the NO_(2) concentration around 0.02mg/m^(3).The sensitivity of NO_(2) to O_(3) formation is not easily affected by temperature,barometric pressure and dew point ***,there is a minimum IRNO_(2) at each temperature when the NO_(2) concentration is 0.03 mg/m^(3),and this minimum IRNO_(2) decreases with increasing *** study explores the response mechanism of O_(3) with the change of driving variables,which can provide a scientific foundation and methodological support for the targeted management of O_(3) pollution.

Using the Optical Glauber Monte Carlo Model to Calculate R<sub><i>AA</i></sub>Related Results Produced by the ATLAS Collaboration

The energy loss during jet quenching due to the existence of Quark Gluon Plasma (QGP) is calculated by Optical Glaube Monte Carlo model with data collected by ATLAS Collaboration using the LHC detector. An energy loss formula for this situation was modeled and took the form . The nuclear modification factor, RAA, for jets in a 208Pb + 208Pb nucleus collision with rapidity interval of ∣у∣=2.8 and the initial transverse momentum of 50 GeV ≤ pT ≤ 1000 GeV, are compared with various data plots produced by ATLAS Collaboration. RAA results are plotted in different centrality bins, which are defined by the distribution of number of participating nucleons Npart. The RAA value was found to slowly increase at lower transverse momenta and flatten out at higher transverse momenta. The model’s theoretical calculation results turned out to be similar to the plots produced by the ATLAS Collaboration using data from the LHC with small differences for higher systematic uncertainty events.
