目的探讨脑胶质瘤患者组织中环状RNA circSMAD2(hsa_circ_0047603和hsa_circ_0108525)的水平及临床意义。方法收集本院手术切除并经病理证实的脑胶质瘤组织85例,以32例正常脑组织为参照采用实时定量PCR检测脑胶质瘤组织中hsa_circ_0047603和hsa_circ_0108525水平,分层分析hsa_circ_0047603和hsa_circ_0108525水平与脑胶质瘤临床病理特征的关系,结合随访数据和Cox比例风险回归模型评估hsa_circ_0047603和hsa_circ_0108525水平在脑胶质瘤预后中的价值。结果脑胶质瘤组织的hsa_circ_0047603和hsa_circ_0108525水平均高于正常组织(P0.05)。单因素分析显示组织hsa_circ_0047603和hsa_circ_0108525水平与脑胶质瘤的总生存期(OS)有关(P<0.05),其中hsa_circ_0047603、hsa_circ_0108525低水平者的中位OS均为47.0个月,优于高水平者的25.5和35.0个月;多因素分析显示hsa_circ_0047603高表达(HR=2.149,95%CI:1.283~3.598,P=0.006)和hsa_circ_0108525高表达(HR=1.844,95%CI:1.022~3.327,P=0.028)均是脑胶质瘤预后不良的独立因素。结论circSMAD2的上调可能对预测脑胶质瘤患者的临床结果有价值,尤其是对那些病理分级高的患者,有作为该肿瘤生物标志物的潜能。

It has been widely believed that trust is the basis for on-line trading by both academia and practice. The process of f initial trust formation is a dynamic and repeated process. In the electric business environment, this work chose to research the first phase of the process, which is initial trust. The Writer established dynamic model of initial trust formation biased on theory of planned behavior with other theories, such as TAM and social exchange theory, after micro-analyzing this formation mechanism from. in order to confirming effectiveness of the dynamic model, the writer adopted empirical study, from which writer got an order of. From the result of empirical study, we got the strength order of main factors that can influence the establishment of initial trust.

Platelet-rich plasma(PRP)that has various growth factors has been used clinically in cartilage ***,the short residence time and release time at the injury site limit its therapeutic *** present study fabricated a granular hydrogel that was assembled from gelatin microspheres and tannic acid through their abundant hydrogen *** microspheres with the gelatin concentration of 10wt%and the diameter distribution of 1-10 lm were used to assemble by tannic acid to form the granular hydrogel,which exhibited elasticity under low shear strain,but flowability under higher shear *** viscosity decreased with the increase in shear ***,the granular hydrogel exhibited self-healing feature during rheology ***,granular hydrogel carrying PRP not only exhibited well-performed injectability but also performed like a‘plasticine’that possessed good *** granular hydrogel showed tissue adhesion ability and reactive oxygen species scavenging *** hydrogel carrying PRP transplanted to full-thickness articular cartilage defects could integrate well with native cartilage,resulting in newly formed cartilage articular fully filled in defects and well-integrated with the native cartilage and subchondral *** unique features of the present granular hydrogel,including injectability,plasticity,porous structure,tissue adhesion and reactive oxygen species scavenging provided an ideal PRP carrier toward cartilage tissue engineering.

Self-occlusions are common in rice canopy images and strongly influence the calculation accuracies of panicle traits. Such interference can be largely eliminated if panicles are phenotyped at the 3 D *** on 3 D panicle phenotyping has been limited. Given that existing 3 D modeling techniques do not focus on specified parts of a target object, an efficient method for panicle modeling of large numbers of rice plants is lacking. This paper presents an automatic and nondestructive method for 3 D panicle modeling. The proposed method integrates shoot rice reconstruction with shape from silhouette, 2 D panicle segmentation with a deep convolutional neural network, and 3 D panicle segmentation with ray tracing and supervoxel clustering. A multiview imaging system was built to acquire image sequences of rice canopies with an efficiency of approximately 4 min per rice plant. The execution time of panicle modeling per rice plant using 90 images was approximately 26 min. The outputs of the algorithm for a single rice plant are a shoot rice model, surface shoot rice model, panicle model, and surface panicle model, all represented by a list of spatial coordinates. The efficiency and performance were evaluated and compared with the classical structure-from-motion algorithm. The results demonstrated that the proposed method is well qualified to recover the 3 D shapes of rice panicles from multiview images and is readily adaptable to rice plants of diverse accessions and growth stages. The proposed algorithm is superior to the structure-from-motion method in terms of texture preservation and computational efficiency. The sample images and implementation of the algorithm are available online. This automatic, cost-efficient, and nondestructive method of 3 D panicle modeling may be applied to high-throughput 3 D phenotyping of large rice populations.

Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is the global leading cause of cancer-related deaths due to the deficiency of targets for precision therapy.A new modality of epigenetic regulation has emerged involving RNA-RNA crosstalk networks where two or more competing endogenous RNAs(ceRNAs)bind to the same ***,the contribution of such mechanisms in HCC has not been well ***,potential HMGB1-driven RNA-RNA crosstalk networks were evaluated at different HCC stages,identifying the mT0RC2 component RICTOR as a potential HMGB1 ceRNA in HBV^(+)early stage ***,elevated HMGB1 mRNA was found to promote the expressio n of RICTOR mRNA through competitively bin ding with the miR-200 family,especially *** nal assays emplo ying overexpressi on or in terference strategies dem on strated that the HMGB1 and RICTOR 3zuntra nslated regions(UTR)epigenetically promoted the malignant proliferation,self-renewal,and tumorigenesis in HCC ***,in terference agai nst HMGB1 and RICTOR in HCC cells promoted a stron ger an ti-PD-L1 immuno therapy resp on se,which appeared to associate with the production of PD-L1^(+)***,the HMGB1-driven RNA-RNA crosstalk network facilitated HCC cell glutamine metabolism via dual mechanisms,activating a positive feedback loop involving mT0RC2-AKT-C-MYC to upregulate glutamine synthetase(GS)expression,and inducing mTORCI signaling to derepress SIRT4 on glutamate dehydrogenase(GDH).Meanwhile,this crosstalk network could impede the efficacy of immunotherapy through mTORCI-P70S6K dependent PD-L1 production and PD-L1^(+)exosomes *** conclusion,our study highlights the non-coding regulatory role of HMGB1 with implicatio ns for RNA-based therapeutic targeting together with a predictio n of an ti-PD-L1 immuno therapy in HCC.

In this tutorial paper, we explore the field of quantized feedback control, which has gained significant attention due to the growing prevalence of networked control systems. These systems require the transmission of feedback information, such as measurements and control signals, over digital networks, presenting novel challenges in estimation and control design. Our examination encompasses various topics, including the minimal information needed for effective feedback control, the design of quantizers, strategies for quantized control design and estimation,achieving consensus control with quantized data, and the pursuit of high-precision tracking using quantized measurements.

By casting evolution to the Bloch sphere, the dynamics of 2 × 2 matrix non-Hermitian systems are investigated in detail. This investigation reveals that there are four kinds of dynamical modes for such systems. The different modes are classified by different kinds of fixed points, namely,the elliptic point, spiral point, critical node, and degenerate point. The Hermitian systems and the unbroken PT non-Hermitian cases belong to the category with elliptic points. The degenerate point just corresponds to the systems with exceptional point(EP). The topological properties of the fixed point are also discussed. It is interesting that the topological charge for the degenerate point is two, while the others are one.
