Cracking on a nickel-based superalloy fabricated by direct energy deposition

Cracks have consistently been a significant challenge limiting the development of additive manufactured nickel-based *** is essential to investigate the location of cracks and their forming *** study extensively examines the impact of solidification process,microstructural evolution,and stress concentration on crack initiation during direct energy deposition(DED).The results emphasize that the crack formation is significantly related to large-angle grain boundaries,rapid cooling *** caused by large-angle grain boundaries and a fast-cooling rate predominantly appear near the edge of the deposited *** cracks are more likely to form near the top of the deposited sample,due to the presence ofγ/γ'*** secondary dendritic arm and the carbides in the interdendritic regions can obstruct liquid flow during the final stage of solidification,which results in the formation of solidification cracks and *** work paves the way to avoid cracks in nickel-based superalloys fabricated by DED,thereby enhancing the performance of superalloys.

Twelve new cis-clerodane diterpenoids, designated as crispinoids A—L (1—12), together with three known analogues (13—15), were isolated from Tinospora crispa. Their structures were fully assigned by comprehensive spectroscopic techniques, single-crystal X-ray diffraction experiments, and electronic circular dichroism (ECD) analyses. The isolated clerodanes displayed diverse heterocyclic frameworks including 6/6/6-, 6/5/6/6-, 6/6/5-, 6/6-, and 6/5/6-fused ring systems. Some of the isolates showed ATP-citrate lyase (ACLY) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) pathway inhibition. The NF-κB inhibitors further suppressed the lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced inflammatory responses in RAW 264.7 cells.

Solid polymer electrolytes(SPEs)are promising substitutes for current flammable liquid electrolytes to achieve high-safety and high-energy-density lithium metal *** oxide(PEO)based solid polymer electrolytes have attracted increasing attention because of their excellent flexibility,manufacturability,light weight,and low-cost processing,while they often suffer from low ionic con-ductivity at room temperature,low lithium transference number and unsatisfactory interfacial resis-tance,which largely restrain their practical ***,two-dimensional holey silica nanosheets(2D-HSN)as the fillers,together with liNO_(3) as the electrolyte additive,are introduced in a PEO/poly(-vinylidene fiuoride-co-hexafluoropropylene)(PVDF-HFP)blended polymer matrix to obtain a *** incorporation of HSN filler creates supplementary channels for lithium ion migration and lowers the crystallinity of the polymer,thereby facilitating the movement of lithium *** HSN-based SPE demonstrates higher ionic conductivity up to 3.7 x 10-4 S cm-1 at 30℃,larger li+transference number close to 0.34,and more stable lithium plating/stripping than that without the fillers,and HSN can promote the formation of more stable solid electrolyte interphase(SEI)*** as-assembled liFePO4||li batteries deliver a high specific capacity of 159 mA h g-1 with the capacity retention of 95.5%after 200 cycles at 30℃,as well as superior rate performance and cycling stability compared to that using the blank SPE.

Objective:The objective of this study is to investigate the inhibitory effect of peony and licorice decoction and its compatibility components on the Nav1.4 voltage-gated sodium channels(VGSCs).Materials and Methods:Writhing test was carried out with ICR *** lactiflora and Glycyrrhiza uralensis group were administrated 0.2 ml of solution of freeze-dried powder dissolved in normal saline with the concentration of 2.94 mg/ml,1.47 mg/ml,and 0.74 mg/ml using intragastric administration,*** and licorice decoction groups were administrated 0.2 ml of solution of freeze-dried powder dissolved in normal saline with the concentration of 5.89 mg/ml,2.94 mg/ml,and 1.47 mg/ml using intragastric administration,*** electrophysiology studies,each freeze-dried powder was dissolved in DMSO to make 10 mg/ml and 50 mg/ml stock *** electrophysiological recordings were obtained under visual control of a *** UPLC analysis,the freeze-dried powder was dissolved in methanol and then determines the contents of the nine marker ***:The effect of *** on incubation period and writhing frequency was significantly better than that of peony and licorice decoction group and *** *** inhibition rate of 50 mg/ml water extracts of the three samples was significantly higher than that of the 10 mg/ml ***,the water extract of *** at 50 mg/ml had the strongest inhibitory effect on I_(Nav) 1.4 of the ***:The possible mechanism of peony and licorice decoction in relieving spasm and pain is most likely by inhibiting Voltage-Gated Sodium Channel Subtype 1.4.

Based on the in-situ self-reduction and chemical stability,graphdiyne(GDY)and graphdiyne oxide(GDYO)are used as trapping agents to investigate the ability for recovering Au^(3+),Ag^+,and Pd^(2+)under different pH values and interfering *** strong acidity at pH=1,these two agents demonstrate high select recovery towards the three precious metal ions,which could be insitu reduced to nanoparticles(NPs).In addition,superparamagnetic Fe_(3)O_(4)NPs are deposited on the surfaces of GDY and *** magnetic responses enable GDYFe_(3)O_(4)to recover precious metals conveniently and efficiently by the aid of an external magnetic *** study also confirms the antibacterial activity of the as-recovered NPs deposited on GDY and GDYO against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus(1×10^(5)colony-forming unit(CFU)·mL^(-1)),and the antibacterial rates are 100%.This strategy of recovering precious metals and subsequently reusing to combat pathogens will be of great significance for environmental remediation and biomedical applications.

目的:鉴于风兰(Vanda falcata(Thunb.)Beer)传统繁殖能力弱,本文拟利用植物组织培养技术建立一种高效的繁殖体系,以满足市场对风兰数量增多的需要.创新点:建立了适用于风兰的高效组培繁殖体系,包括离体种子萌发、原球茎的形成,以及芽和根的生成.方法:本研究首先以5年生母株自花授粉4~5个月后生成的种子为试材,依次经70%乙醇和10%次氯酸钠进行表面消毒后,分别接种于含不同成分的13种培养基中,统计分析种子萌发情况.进而将形成原球茎的试材,接种于含不同植物生长调节剂组合的培养基,统计分析芽和根的生长情况.结论:评估的13种不同配方的培养基中,1/2 MS+维生素+肌醇+20 g/L蔗糖+3 g/L活性炭+100 g/L椰肉组合可达到100%种子萌发率并形成较大原球茎;0.2 mg/Lα-萘乙酸+0.5 mg/L 6-苄基腺嘌呤组合具有最高的芽诱导效率;1 mg/Lα-萘乙酸+0.5 mg/L 6-苄基腺嘌呤+40 g/L蔗糖组合具有最高的根诱导效率.长势良好的植株经炼苗后可适应露天栽培.

Background Respiratory distress syndrome （RDS） is one of the most common causes of neonatal respiratory failure and neonatal death, however, its clinical characteristics are very different from premature RDS, and these characteristics have not been well documented as yet. This study was to investigate the pathogenesis, clinical characteristics and management strategies of RDS in full-term neonates, with the aim of developing a working protocol for improving the outcome in full-term neonates with RDS. Methods A total of 125 full-term infants with RDS were enrolled in this study. Their clinical and laboratory data were collected for analyzing the characteristics of full-term neonatal RDS. Results （1） The 125 cases included 94 male and 31 female infants, vaginal delivery occurred in 80 cases and cesarean section in 45 cases. （2） The onset time of RDS was （3.11±3.59） hours after birth. （3）The possible reasons included severe perinatal infections in 63 patients, elective cesarean section in 34 cases, severe birth asphyxia in 12 patients, meconium aspiration syndrome in 9 patients, pulmonary hemorrhage in 4 patients and maternal diabetes in 3 patients. （4） Complications included multiple organ system failure （MOSF） in 49 patients, persistent pulmonary hypertension of newborn （PPHN） in 25 patients, acute renal failure in 18 patients, severe hyperkalemia in 25 patients, severe metabolic acidosis in 6 cases, severe myocardial injury in 9 cases, pulmonary hemorrhage in 3 cases, disseminated intravascular coagulation in 14 patients and shock in 12 patients.（5） Four patients died, the mortality was therefore 3.2% with the main cause of septicemia complicating of MOSF, but their prognosis was improved while comprehensive treatment measures including early mechanical ventilation and broad spectrum antibiotics were taken into account. Electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction to CH_(4) remains challenging due to multi-electron transfer and intermediates ***,we synthesized electrocatalysts by growing Ni-Cu alloy structure on nitrogen-doped carbon nanotubes(NixCuy-NCNT)for electrocatalytic CO_(2) reduction reaction(CO_(2)RR)via hydrothermal method followed by *** optimized Ni_(1)Cu_(1)-NCNT demonstrated a superior CO_(2)RR performance,achieving 99.7%FECH_(4)(FE=Faradaic efficiency)and 11.54 mA·cm^(−2) current density at−1.2 V *** hydrogen electrode(RHE),which outperformed single metal *** outstanding performance was due to the electrons transferred from Cu to Ni and Ni-Cu alloy shifted the d-band center toward the Fermi level,which was more conducive to the intermediate *** situ electrochemical attenuated total reflection(EC-ATR)and density functional theory(DFT)calculations revealed the appearance of *CHO intermediate and the pathway during the CO_(2)RR *** design of the bimetallic electrocatalyst in this study provides a new perspective for the highly selective reduction of CO_(2).
