Group Decision-Making Model of Renal Cancer Surgery Options Using Entropy fuzzy Element Aczel-Alsina Weighted Aggregation Operators under the Environment of fuzzy Multi-Sets

Since existing selection methods of surgical treatment schemes of renal cancer patients mainly depend on physicians’clinical experience and judgments,the surgical treatment options of renal cancer patients lack their scientifical and reasonable information expression and group decision-making model for renal cancer *** multi-sets(FMSs)have a number of properties,which make them suitable for expressing the uncertain information of medical diagnoses and treatments in group decision-making(GDM)*** choose the most appropriate surgical treatment scheme for a patient with localized renal cell carcinoma(RCC)(T1 stage kidney tumor),this article needs to develop an effective GDM model based on the fuzzy multivalued evaluation information of the renal cancer ***,we propose a conversionmethod of transforming FMSs into entropy fuzzy sets(EFSs)based on the mean and Shannon entropy of a fuzzy sequence in FMS to reasonably simplify the information expression and operations of FMSs and define the score function of an entropy fuzzy element(EFE)for ranking ***,we present the Aczel-Alsina t-norm and t-conorm operations of EFEs and the EFE Aczel-Alsina weighted arithmetic averaging(EFEAAWAA)and EFE Aczel-Alsina weighted geometric averaging(EFEAAWGA)***,we develop a multicriteria GDM model of renal cancer surgery options in the setting of ***,the proposed GDM model is applied to two clinical cases of renal cancer patients to choose the best surgical treatment scheme for a renal cancer patient in the setting of *** selected results of two clinical cases verify the efficiency and rationality of the proposed GDM model in the setting of FMSs.

Energy-Work Connection Integration Scheme for Nonholonomic Hamiltonian Systems

This paper focuses on studying a new energy-work relationship numericM integration scheme of nonholonomic Hamiltonian systems. The signal-stage numerical, multi-stage and parallel composition numerical integration schemes are presented. The high-order energy-work relation scheme of the system is constructed by a parallel connection of n multi-stage schemes of order 2, its order of accuracy is 2n. The connection, which is discrete analogue of usual case, between the change of energy and work of nonholonomic constraint forces is obtained for nonholonomie Hamiltonian systems. This paper also gives that there is smaller error of the scheme when taking a large number of stages than a less one. Finally, an applied example is discussed to illustrate these results.

Orthogonal array design for the optimization of stripping Sr(Ⅱ) from ionic liquids using supercritical CO2

The strontium ions extracted from the aqueous phase into 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium bis(trifluoromethylsulfonyl)imide(C_2mimNTf2) with dicyclohexyl-18-crown-6(DCH18C6) was stripped effectively by supercritical CO_2(sc-CO_2).Hexafluoroacetylacetone(HFAA)-acetonitrile was found to be an excellent modifier of sc-CO_2 to enhance the stripping *** the orthogonal array design(OAD),OA_(25)(5~5)matrix was employed to optimize the stripping of Sr(Ⅱ) from the DCH 18C6-C_2mimNTf_2 *** of five experimental factors:temperature,pressure,concentration of HFAA,static and dynamic extraction times as well as each factor at five-levels on the stripping of Sr(Ⅱ) were *** effects of these parameters were treated by the analysis of variance(ANOVA).The results showed that Sr(II) could be nearly 100%extracted from the IL phase at 308 K,30 MPa,40 min of dynamic extraction and 60 mmol·L^(-1) HFAA in acetonitrile,***,the stripping mechanism was studied by ESI-MS.

数据库管理系统(DBMS)是用于高效存储、管理、分析数据的基础软件,在现代数据密集型应用中起着举足轻重的作用.数据库管理系统中存在的漏洞则对数据的安全性和应用的正常运行造成巨大威胁.模糊测试是当前最为流行的动态漏洞检测技术之一,它已经被应用于分析DBMS,并发现许多漏洞.分析DBMS的测试需求和难点,提出对DBMS进行模糊测试的一般框架,同时分析DBMS模糊测试工具面临的挑战和需要支持的维度;接着从挖掘不同类型漏洞的角度介绍典型的DBMS模糊测试工具;然后总结包括SQL表达式合成、代码覆盖追踪、测试准则构建在内的DBMS模糊测试的关键技术.接着就测试的覆盖率,生成测试用例的语法语义正确性和漏洞的发现能力对当前的几个流行模糊测试工具进行评估.最后,讨论当前DBMS模糊测试技术研究和实践中面临的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行展望.

X-linked recessive Kallmann syndrome:A case report

BACKGROUND Kallmann syndrome(KS),also known as hypogonadotropic hypogonadism(HH)or olfactory-gonadal dysplasia,is a genetic condition in which the primary symptom is a failure to begin puberty or a failure to fully complete *** occurs in both males and females and has the additional symptoms of hypogonadism and almost invariably *** condition has a low prevalence that is estimated to be 1 in 4000 for male HH cases overall and 1:50000 for *** is three to five times more common in males than *** this is a true sex imbalance or a reflection of how difficult KS/HH is to diagnose correctly in males vs females has yet to be fully *** SUMMARY This article reports a 26-year-old male presenting with delayed *** synthetic decapeptide luteinizing hormone-releasing hormone stimulation test showed that the secretion levels of follicle-stimulating hormone and luteinizing hormone were *** eigengenes commonly associated with idiopathic HH(IHH)were screened,and an X-linked recessive(KAL-1)mutation was *** gonadotropin and testosterone levels increased significantly after pulsatile gonadotropin-releasing hormone(GnRH)subcutaneous therapy by pump.A relevant literature review on the recent advances in the diagnosis and treatment of KS and genetic counseling was *** KS is caused by a KAL-1 mutation that follows an X-linked recessive inheritance *** GnRH subcutaneous therapy by pump was effective in this patient.

Identification of Colour Reconnection using Factorial Correlator

A new signal is proposed for the colour reconnection in the hadronic decay of W^(+) W^(-) in e^(+)e^(-) *** Pythia Monte Carlo it is shown that factorial correlators for W^(+) and W^(-) without colour reconnection are almost identical to unity,while those for the cases with colour reconnection fall down approximately linearly in the loglog plot-This signal,being based on the tactorial correlator,is more sensitive than the ones using only averaged quantities.

Influence of molecular weight of modified ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylene with Cu(II) chelate of bissalicylaldehyde-ethylenediamine on wear-resistant materials

Reciprocating friction and wear performances of pure ultrahigh-molecular-weight polyethylenes (UHMWPEs) with molecular weights (MWs) of 2, 3, 5, and 9 million and their modified UHMWPEs with 15 wt.% Cu(II) chelate of bissalicylaldehyde-ethylenediamine (add1) against titanium alloy (Ti6Al4V) were investigated under boundary lubrication with 25 vol.% calf serum deionized water solution. Differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) of purchased UHMWPE powders was performed. The enthalpy changed with an increase in MW. UH300 had the lowest temperature of an extrapolated peak and the best peak symmetry in DSC analysis. The friction coefficient curves of molded pure and modified UHMWPEs/Ti6Al4V were compared, and the volume loss by the wear of polymers was measured. 3D topographies of the worn surfaces of polymers and images of the worn surfaces of polymers and titanium alloy against polymers were analyzed by confocal white light microscopy and scanning electron microscopy, respectively. Results showed that the influence of MW of UHMWPE was obvious on the friction and wear characteristics of pure UHMWPEs and 15% add1 UHMWPEs. An MW of 3 million was the best to reduce the friction of rubbing pairs, enhance the wear resistance of pure UHMWPEs and 15% add1-UHMWPEs, and improve the mating properties of Ti6Al4V.

Noether＇s Theorem of Nonholonomic Systems in Optimal Control

In this paper, we extend Noether＇s theorem to nonholonomic constraints systems in optimal control. We present a systematic way to calculate conserved quantities along the Pontryagin extremals for optimal control problems with nonholonomic constraints, which are invariant under the parameter groups of infinitesimal transformations that change all （time, state, control） variables. Meanwhile, the Noether equalities corresponding to the conservation laws are given. Then, we obtain a new version of Noether＇s theorem to optimal control systems. An example is given to illustrate the application of these results.

Sound Speed in a Shocked Tungsten Alloy: Its Significance in Studying “Softening” Mechanism to Multiphase Alloys

Optical analyzer technique are used to measure the sound speed as a function of pressure for shocked multiphase alloy 93 W containing 93%W, with 4.2%Ni-2.45%Fe-0.35%Co alloy as binder, all in wt.%. Below 250 GPa, the speed increases with pressure, then a bulk“softening” process occurs at 250 to 340 GPa, afterwards the speed again rises with pressure and coincides with the calculated bulk sound speed, showing a fluid-like behavior for this alloy. Lindemann melting law calculations were made for both the binder and the tungsten. The results showed that 250 GPa corresponds approximately to the pressure for the binder beginning to melt, and 340GPa corresponds to that for tungsten. Therefore, we believe that the shock-induced “softening” mechanism for this kind of multiphase alloys can be attributed to the binder melting.

An Approach to the Simultaneous Detection of Multiple Biomarkers for the Early Diagnosis of Liver Cancer Using Quantum Dot Nanoprobes

Biomarker-based early diagnosis of liver cancer is of high clinical value for reducing the mortality ***,it has been challenging to establish early detection methods with a single biomarker such as alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)because of limited diagnostic sensitivity and ***,developing multiplexed biomarker detection assays is crucially important for early ***,simultaneous detection methods involving three or more biomarkers have been *** we suggest employing the serological biomarker panel of glypican-3(GPC3),dickkopf-1(DKK1),and AFP for liver cancer *** present a rapid simultaneous detection approach for the biomarker panel labeled with three fluorescent quantum dot nanoprobes(emission wavelengths at 565 nm,605 nm,and 655 nm).As a proof-of-concept,simultaneous fluorescence detection of the biomarker panel was demonstrated using mixed reference samples containing human recombinant GPC3,DKK1,and AFP *** simultaneous detection approach conferred a linear range of 0.625–2.5 ng·mL^(-1)for the entire biomarker panel,which merits further clinical validation for the simultaneous and accurate determination of the biomarker panel in human serum samples.
