This study investigated the protective effects of ampelopsin on H2O2-induced oxidative injury in porcine kidney epithelial cell line, PK-15; cells were pretreated with medium containing 0, 15, 30, and 60 ug mL-1 ampelopsin, respectively, for 1 h prior to the addition of 100 umol L-1 H2O2. After 2 h, the cell viability, intracellular superoxide dismutase （SOD） and glutathione peroxidase （GSH-Px） activity, cellular malondialdehyde （MDA） content, and DNA strand breakage were determined. Results showed that ampelopsin pretreatment did not modify the SOD and GSH-Px inactivation but significantly decreased MDA production; except for the medium dose （30 ug mL-1）, all the tested concentrations of ampelopsin did not significantly inhibit cell viability reduction and gave no influence on DNA damage. The results suggested that all the tested doses of ampelopsin pretreatment before H2O2 addition can protect PK-15 cell from H2O2-induced lipid peroxidation, which might not be mediated by the SOD and GSH-Px responsees. The appropriate dose of ampelopsin pretreatment prevents PK-15 cell from DNA damage and cell viability reduction.

青稞是我国主要分布于西部高原地区极具特色的优势作物,具有耐寒、耐旱、适应性强、高产早熟等优点。发芽作为一种可以提高植物种子营养成分与生物活性成分利用度的方法,在人民健康意识普遍提高的当下受到了越来越多的关注。相比于未发芽青稞,发芽青稞不仅具有更高的营养价值,也具有更良好的生物活性,在食品、医药等相关领域具有良好的应用前景。本文综述了青稞发芽后营养组分和功能成分的变化,发芽有效提高了青稞中的膳食纤维、多种必需氨基酸、ω-6、ω-3脂肪酸、维生素、γ-氨基丁酸等含量,降低了淀粉、脂肪含量。重点综述了发芽青稞抗氧化、抗菌、调节血糖、调节血压等功能特性的研究进展,旨在为发芽青稞的开发利用提供参考。

In recent years, there has been a great deal of research concerning the flag- transitive t-designs, however, few about the block-transitive t-designs with t large （t 〉 4）. In 1993, Cameron and Praeger conjectured that there are no non-trivial block-transitive 6-designs. In this paper, we prove that the conjecture is true when k ≤ 10000 and G ≤ Aut（D） is almost simple.

受地理因素的影响,在偏远地区无法大规模建设通信网络的基础设施,导致这些地区的网络通信质量降低以及一系列时延敏感型任务得不到及时处理和响应。针对偏远地区网络覆盖范围有限的问题,将空天地一体化网络(SAGIN)与移动边缘计算(MEC)相结合,提出基于博弈论的任务卸载策略,可为偏远地区用户的时延敏感型任务卸载提供低延迟和高可靠传输。考虑到SAGIN中卫星资源受限以及本地用户设备能量不足的特点,首先,提出一种卫星-无人机集群-地面的三层边缘计算网络架构,在满足各地面任务的时延要求下,将任务卸载问题转化为地面用户设备和边缘服务器之间的Stackelberg博弈,并证明其是NP难的。此外,利用势博弈证明了地面用户设备之间构成的非合作博弈存在纳什均衡(NE)。最后,寻找任务的最优卸载策略来最小化系统卸载成本,通过最优的卸载任务转发百分比策略来最大化边缘服务器的效用函数,提出一种基于Stackelberg博弈的纳什均衡迭代卸载(NEIO-SG)算法。仿真实验结果表明,与其他基线算法相比,NEIO-SG在任务卸载过程中的系统总时延减少约13%,边缘服务器的能耗降低约35%。

Apolygus lucorum is the dominant pathogenic insect attacking Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt)cotton in ***,20-hydroxyecdysone(20E)has important functions in many biological processes,including insect *** C(PLC),which is an essential enzyme for phosphoinositide metabolism,is involved in 20E signal transduction,but its function in 20E-mediated reproduction in *** remains *** this study,20E increased A/PLCγ transcription as well as the abundance and activity of the encoded protein during molting and *** 20E treatment also induced the considerable accumulation of two second messengers,inositol triphosphate and *** expression levels of genes encoding vitellogenin(AlVg)and soluble trehalase(AlTre-1)were similar to those of AlPLCy,and were upregulated in response to *** silencing of AlPLCγ resulted in downregulated expression o f AITre-γ ***,the silencing of AlTre-1 and AlVg did not affect AlPLCγ ***,the silencing of AlVg did not alter AlTre-1 ***,an examination of the insect specimens indicated that AlPLCy is required for female adult reproduction,and that downregulated expression of this gene is associated with decreases in fecundity,adult longevity,and egg hatching rate as well as delayed oocyte *** propose that 20E regulates AlTre-1 expression via AlPLCy and affects Vg expression as well as ovary development to facilitate the reproductive activities of *** females.

Dynamic interactions of an integrated vehicle–electromagnetic energy harvester–tire system subject to uneven road excitations

An investigation is undertaken of an integrated mechanical-electromagnetic coupling system consisting of a rigid vehicle with heave, roll, and pitch motions, four electromagnetic energy harvesters and four tires subject to uneven road excitations in order to improve the passengers' riding comfort and harvest the lost engine energy due to uneven roads. Following the derived mathematical formulations and the proposed solution approaches, the numerical simulations of this interaction system subject to a continuous sinusoidal road excitation and a single ramp impact are completed. The simulation results are presented as the dynamic response curves in the forms of the frequency spectrum and the time history, which reveals the complex interaction characteristics of the system for vibration reductions and energy harvesting performance. It has addressed the coupling effects on the dynamic characteristics of the integrated system caused by: (1) the natural modes and frequencies of the vehicle; (2) the vehicle rolling and pitching motions; (3) different road excitations on four wheels; (4) the time delay of a road ramp to impact both the front and rear wheels, etc., which cannot be tackled by an often used quarter vehicle model. The guidelines for engineering applications are given. The developed coupling model and the revealed concept provide a means with analysis idea to investigate the details of four energy harvester motions for electromagnetic suspension designs in order to replace the current passive vehicle isolators and to harvest the lost engine energy. Potential further research directions are suggested for readers to consider in the future.

An instrumented drilling system can be applied for the acquisition of drilling process parameters. The system can provide continuous and huge data for geotechnical engineering. However, due to the complexity of ground strata, the variation in the drilling parameters with stratigraphical characteristics is great and the correlation between likely comparable parameters is not high, which limits the use of conventional correlation approaches in this field. How to use the data for engineering and how to get a reasonable interpretation for the relationships among the drilling parameters, as well as between a drilling parameter and formational characteristics, become a technical choke point for the development and application of the instrumented drilling system. Based on similarity criteria, the extraction of sample data and characteristics, the pretreatment of data and feature matching algorithms have been analyzed and an approach of slope coefficient searching identification has been established. A case study was carried out for the similarity between the rotational speed of the drill bit, flushing pressure, and effective thrust force graphics in general weathered granite. The result shows that the similarity coefficients between the rotational speed of the drill bit, flushing pressure, and effective thrust force are 0.72 and 0.83, respectively. Although there are differences between the distances of the graphics, the curves of both rotational speed and flushing pressure agree with the effective thrust curve in shape, which provides a possible method for the identification of various formations by use of the similarity between feature drilling parameters.
